所(suo)在(zai)全(quan)(quan)國(guo)蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)區(qu)(qu)(qu)劃意見(jian)中(zhong),把昭(zhao)(zhao)通(tong)(tong)定(ding)為全(quan)(quan)國(guo)蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)生長(chang)最適(shi)宜區(qu)(qu)(qu)。與(yu)北(bei)(bei)方(fang)蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)產(chan)區(qu)(qu)(qu)相(xiang)比,昭(zhao)(zhao)通(tong)(tong)蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)具(ju)有四大(da)(da)(da)優(you)(you)勢(shi):一是生態優(you)(you)勢(shi)。從氣(qi)候條(tiao)件上看冬無嚴寒、夏無酷暑、年(nian)較(jiao)(jiao)差小(xiao)、日較(jiao)(jiao)差大(da)(da)(da),光照充足,雨量適(shi)中(zhong),光、熱、水資源豐(feng)富,是蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)生產(chan)最適(shi)宜區(qu)(qu)(qu)。由(you)于(yu)(yu)地處云(yun)(yun)貴高原,紫外(wai)(wai)線(xian)強烈,晝夜溫差大(da)(da)(da),有機質積累較(jiao)(jiao)快(kuai),大(da)(da)(da)大(da)(da)(da)利于(yu)(yu)蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)生長(chang)。生產(chan)條(tiao)件上看昭(zhao)(zhao)、魯(lu)兩縣區(qu)(qu)(qu)屬于(yu)(yu)農業大(da)(da)(da)縣,大(da)(da)(da)氣(qi)環境清潔,無工業污染,發(fa)展無公(gong)害蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)生產(chan)具(ju)有得天獨厚的(de)(de)(de)自然(ran)條(tiao)件。二是品(pin)質優(you)(you)勢(shi)。由(you)于(yu)(yu)得天獨厚的(de)(de)(de)自然(ran)環境,所(suo)產(chan)蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)色澤鮮艷,肉質細脆、甜(tian)酸適(shi)度(du),汁(zhi)液(ye)豐(feng)富,風味濃(nong)郁,多次獲省(sheng)優(you)(you)質水果(guo)(guo)稱號及全(quan)(quan)國(guo)第二屆農業博覽會(hui)銀獎,昭(zhao)(zhao)通(tong)(tong)蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)在(zai)西南(nan)(nan)三省(sheng)、兩廣(guang)(guang)、東(dong)(dong)南(nan)(nan)亞聞名(ming)遐邇(er)。三是早(zao)(zao)熟(shu)(shu)優(you)(you)勢(shi),昭(zhao)(zhao)通(tong)(tong)蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)具(ju)有較(jiao)(jiao)北(bei)(bei)方(fang)產(chan)區(qu)(qu)(qu)早(zao)(zao)熟(shu)(shu)一個月(yue)(yue)的(de)(de)(de)特點,在(zai)北(bei)(bei)方(fang)蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)尚未成熟(shu)(shu)時,昭(zhao)(zhao)通(tong)(tong)蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)即成熟(shu)(shu)上市,其早(zao)(zao)熟(shu)(shu)種(zhong)在(zai)7月(yue)(yue)上中(zhong)旬(xun)即成熟(shu)(shu),晚(wan)熟(shu)(shu)品(pin)種(zhong)9月(yue)(yue)中(zhong)旬(xun)成熟(shu)(shu),銷(xiao)售時間(jian)較(jiao)(jiao)北(bei)(bei)方(fang)具(ju)有較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)市場(chang)(chang)空間(jian)和市場(chang)(chang)競爭優(you)(you)勢(shi)。四是區(qu)(qu)(qu)位優(you)(you)勢(shi),市場(chang)(chang)廣(guang)(guang)闊。昭(zhao)(zhao)通(tong)(tong)市地處云(yun)(yun)、貴、川三省(sheng)結合部。這些省(sheng)市由(you)于(yu)(yu)氣(qi)候因素,基本不產(chan)蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)。昭(zhao)(zhao)通(tong)(tong)與(yu)國(guo)內蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)產(chan)區(qu)(qu)(qu)山東(dong)(dong)、陜西等(deng)產(chan)區(qu)(qu)(qu)相(xiang)比,具(ju)有地理位置(zhi)上的(de)(de)(de)優(you)(you)勢(shi)以及在(zai)多年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)銷(xiao)售中(zhong)已(yi)形成了固定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)消費(fei)市場(chang)(chang),所(suo)產(chan)蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)可北(bei)(bei)上四川、重慶,東(dong)(dong)進貴州(zhou)、湖南(nan)(nan)、湖北(bei)(bei),南(nan)(nan)下(xia)廣(guang)(guang)東(dong)(dong)、廣(guang)(guang)西。除此之(zhi)外(wai)(wai),南(nan)(nan)下(xia)東(dong)(dong)南(nan)(nan)亞也僅三天即可實現(xian)由(you)田間(jian)到(dao)餐桌。昭(zhao)(zhao)通(tong)(tong)蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)銷(xiao)往(wang)香(xiang)港、泰國(guo)、緬甸、越(yue)南(nan)(nan)等(deng)國(guo)地區(qu)(qu)(qu),東(dong)(dong)盟自由(you)貿易區(qu)(qu)(qu)的(de)(de)(de)建設(she),更為昭(zhao)(zhao)通(tong)(tong)蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)銷(xiao)售提供(gong)了廣(guang)(guang)闊的(de)(de)(de)市場(chang)(chang)。
為(wei)(wei)(wei)了(le)發揮昭(zhao)通(tong)(tong)自(zi)然(ran)資源優勢,幫(bang)助農(nong)民盡快脫貧致富(fu)。1989年農(nong)業(ye)部將昭(zhao)通(tong)(tong)列(lie)為(wei)(wei)(wei)我國(guo)南方優質蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)基(ji)地(di)(di),1996年云南省又將昭(zhao)通(tong)(tong)列(lie)為(wei)(wei)(wei)省優質蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)基(ji)地(di)(di)。基(ji)地(di)(di)列(lie)項后,蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)得(de)到(dao)(dao)了(le)前(qian)所未有的(de)(de)(de)(de)重視,從地(di)(di)委行(xing)署到(dao)(dao)市縣政(zheng)(zheng)府都(dou)將蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)列(lie)為(wei)(wei)(wei)農(nong)業(ye)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)結構調整的(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)范疇(chou)加以考(kao)慮,納入了(le)各級政(zheng)(zheng)府部門領(ling)導(dao)農(nong)業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內管和(he)議事來(lai)加以研究。首先在(zai)昭(zhao)、魯兩(liang)市縣分別成立了(le)蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)基(ji)地(di)(di)建設領(ling)導(dao)小組,通(tong)(tong)過制定水果(guo)(guo)發展規(gui)劃、行(xing)政(zheng)(zheng)管理法規(gui)和(he)政(zheng)(zheng)策措施運用行(xing)政(zheng)(zheng)職能(neng)和(he)經濟調節(jie)手段(duan),加強對蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)建設的(de)(de)(de)(de)領(ling)導(dao)。二(er)是在(zai)昭(zhao)通(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)永豐(feng)、土城、灑漁、樂(le)居、守望、小龍洞、北閘、蒙泉、蘇家(jia)院及(ji)魯甸的(de)(de)(de)(de)桃源、巖洞、文屏(ping)、茨院等鄉鎮擴大(da)種(zhong)(zhong)植面積,發展規(gui)模生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)。三、進(jin)(jin)行(xing)了(le)大(da)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)品(pin)(pin)(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)引試和(he)更(geng)新換代(dai),先后引入新品(pin)(pin)(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)30余(yu)個,通(tong)(tong)過篩選(xuan),選(xuan)出了(le)紅(hong)(hong)富(fu)士(shi)、新紅(hong)(hong)星(xing)、喬(qiao)納金、神沙(sha)、2001、紅(hong)(hong)王(wang)將、美(mei)國(guo)八號等一批適應我區(qu)更(geng)新換代(dai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)品(pin)(pin)(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)積極(ji)組織推廣應用。紅(hong)(hong)富(fu)士(shi)系(xi)、新紅(hong)(hong)星(xing)、喬(qiao)納金已逐替代(dai)了(le)原有金帥(shuai)(shuai)、國(guo)光、元帥(shuai)(shuai)等老品(pin)(pin)(pin)種(zhong)(zhong),逐漸形成了(le)早中晚熟的(de)(de)(de)(de)合理搭配(pei)。基(ji)地(di)(di)建設工作的(de)(de)(de)(de)實施有效(xiao)地(di)(di)促進(jin)(jin)了(le)昭(zhao)通(tong)(tong)蘋(pin)(pin)果(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發展。
從品種與貯(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)藏(zang)(zang)(zang)特性來看,早中(zhong)(zhong)熟蘋果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)成熟后(hou),肉質(zhi)細,多(duo)甜中(zhong)(zhong)帶酸,易(yi)生果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)銹(xiu),貯(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)藏(zang)(zang)(zang)后(hou)易(yi)發(fa)綿,不宜久貯(zhu)(zhu)(zhu),適宜鮮銷;在常溫下(xia),早熟蘋果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)的貯(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)藏(zang)(zang)(zang)期僅為(wei)7~10d,中(zhong)(zhong)熟蘋果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)的貯(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)藏(zang)(zang)(zang)期為(wei)20 ~ 30d,故早中(zhong)(zhong)熟蘋果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)只能作(zuo)短期貯(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)藏(zang)(zang)(zang)。而晚熟紅富士(shi)等蘋果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)因(yin)色澤好、 內(nei)質(zhi)緊實(shi)、含糖量(liang)高,積累養分較多(duo),故貯(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)藏(zang)(zang)(zang)期較長,通常在常溫下(xia)可(ke)貯(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)2~3個月,可(ke)自(zi)然(ran)存(cun)放(fang)到春節,也(ye)可(ke)用冷藏(zang)(zang)(zang)等方法長期貯(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)藏(zang)(zang)(zang),且貯(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)后(hou)果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)實(shi)品質(zhi)變化甚微。因(yin)此,人們(men)首選紅富士(shi)蘋果(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)貯(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)藏(zang)(zang)(zang)保鮮。
發展
