驚嘆號故障

1、故障原因

一般這(zhe)個故(gu)(gu)障在排除硬件(jian)問題以后,大多是(shi)軟件(jian)和系(xi)(xi)統標定的問題。大致原因是(shi)系(xi)(xi)統檢(jian)測(ce)到電(dian)池溫度超(chao)過預設(she)的安(an)全值,或者(zhe)系(xi)(xi)統檢(jian)測(ce)到偶(ou)發故(gu)(gu)障信號,自作主張的限(xian)制了(le)車輛的部分功(gong)能。

2、應對方案

和(he)解(jie)決電(dian)腦死(si)機(ji),手(shou)機(ji)卡頓的方法(fa)一樣,重啟就能解(jie)決大部分(fen)問題。純(chun)電(dian)動(dong)汽車(che)其實也可以看做一個(ge)大個(ge)頭的電(dian)子產(chan)品,所有(you)電(dian)子系統(tong)和(he)主(zhu)機(ji)的供(gong)電(dian)都由發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)艙內的小電(dian)瓶負責。

此時只要用扳手擰(ning)下小電(dian)(dian)瓶的負(fu)極接線并保持(chi)斷開5分鐘(zhong)左右,讓(rang)車(che)(che)輛車(che)(che)載系統處于(yu)徹底斷電(dian)(dian)狀態,之(zhi)后(hou)再將(jiang)小電(dian)(dian)瓶負(fu)極線擰(ning)緊(jin)恢復。

此(ci)(ci)時車輛(liang)的(de)系(xi)統經過斷電處理后,可(ke)視為“重啟”,所有標定和(he)檢(jian)測都恢復初始值,此(ci)(ci)時再(zai)啟動(dong)車輛(liang),幾乎都可(ke)以順利(li)成功。

動力電池絕緣故障

可能原因:電動汽車電池箱或插(cha)件進(jin)水,電芯漏液,環境濕度大,絕緣誤(wu)報,整(zheng)車其他高壓(ya)部件(控(kong)制器(qi)、壓(ya)縮機等(deng))絕緣不過。

處理方法:正極對地,如果有電壓或絕緣阻值小于規定值,則判處負極電路漏電;負極(ji)對地,如果有(you)電(dian)壓或絕緣阻值(zhi)(zhi)小于規(gui)定值(zhi)(zhi),則判處(chu)正極(ji)電(dian)路漏(lou)電(dian)。根(gen)據其漏(lou)電(dian)電(dian)壓大小除(chu)以此時的單串電(dian)壓值(zhi)(zhi)就可以計算出漏(lou)電(dian)點(dian)位,然后根(gen)據不同情況(kuang)分析(xi)處(chu)理(li)。

功率限制燈亮

這是車主常見的(de)“烏龜燈”亮了,故障現象是車輛的(de)輸出(chu)功率受到限制(zhi),車輛只能在40公里/小時的(de)限速(su)下行駛。

1、故障原因

出現這(zhe)種現象有幾個原因,其中除去(qu)動力電(dian)池即將耗盡,車(che)(che)輛(liang)進(jin)入保(bao)護狀態這(zhe)個非故(gu)障原因之外,最重要的(de)就(jiu)是系統檢測(ce)車(che)(che)輛(liang)在電(dian)路(lu)系統有故(gu)障,或動力電(dian)池溫度超(chao)過安(an)全范圍(wei),需要降低功率以保(bao)證車(che)(che)輛(liang)相關部件的(de)安(an)全。

2、應對方案

如果是因(yin)為動力電(dian)池(chi)(chi)虧電(dian)出現烏龜燈,那(nei)么(me)只要盡(jin)快找(zhao)地(di)方充電(dian)就能解(jie)決;如果是電(dian)池(chi)(chi)溫度(du)過高,建議找(zhao)地(di)方暫時(shi)停(ting)車熄(xi)火,等電(dian)池(chi)(chi)恢復安全溫度(du)后(hou)再(zai)繼(ji)續行駛;如果急著趕路,車主又能自行確認車輛沒有(you)其他故障(zhang),那(nei)么(me)可(ke)以臨時(shi)停(ting)車,斷掉發動機艙內小(xiao)電(dian)瓶的(de)負極,讓車輛重啟并“沖掉”之前(qian)的(de)故障(zhang)警(jing)告記(ji)錄。

如果在重啟以及(ji)長時間冷卻都無法讓烏龜燈(deng)熄滅,而且確認動力電(dian)池電(dian)量充沛,那就(jiu)還是趕緊聯系(xi)修車吧。

動力電池溫度故障

1、電池溫差過大

可能原(yuan)因:散熱風扇插頭松(song)動,散熱風扇故障。

故障排(pai)除:重新(xin)拔插(cha)(cha)風(feng)扇插(cha)(cha)頭線;給風(feng)扇單獨供(gong)電(dian),檢查風(feng)扇是否正常。

2、電池溫度過高或過低

可能原因:散熱風(feng)扇(shan)插頭松動(dong),散熱風(feng)扇(shan)故障,溫度探(tan)頭損壞。

故(gu)障排除:重新拔插風扇(shan)插頭線;給(gei)風扇(shan)單獨供電,檢查(cha)風扇(shan)是否(fou)正常(chang);檢查(cha)電池實際溫度(du)是否(fou)過(guo)高或過(guo)低;測量溫度(du)探頭內阻。

3、電動機產生大量火花,局部過熱、抖動

可能原因:

電動機(ji)進水(shui)造成(cheng)短(duan)路把電動機(ji)燒壞;

電動機(ji)超負載運行使換向器短路燒壞,現象是(shi)換向器變黑。

電動機異響

可能原因:

電動機和后橋連接同(tong)心度達不到(dao)標準;

電刷和換(huan)向器接合(he)不好,需校正調(diao)整;

電動機里(li)面(mian)轉子上的軸承壞,需更換。

動力電池故障

動力電池故(gu)障(零(ling)部件(jian)自身故(gu)障除外,如顯(xian)示(shi)、采集模塊異常(chang),實際并未出現(xian)該故(gu)障)

當(dang)出(chu)(chu)現(xian)(xian)①類(lei)型故(gu)障(zhang)時(shi)(shi),確定單節電(dian)池在幾(ji)號(hao)電(dian)池箱(xiang)內,拆箱(xiang)更(geng)換該節電(dian)池,此類(lei)故(gu)障(zhang)目(mu)前均(jun)由電(dian)池廠家售后人員處理;當(dang)出(chu)(chu)現(xian)(xian)②類(lei)型故(gu)障(zhang)時(shi)(shi),需(xu)溫(wen)度恢復至正常(chang)范圍,方可使(shi)用;當(dang)出(chu)(chu)現(xian)(xian)③類(lei)型故(gu)障(zhang)時(shi)(shi),需(xu)使(shi)用絕(jue)緣(yuan)檢測(ce)(ce)表(biao),使(shi)用1000V測(ce)(ce)試(shi)檔對(dui)所有高壓連接(jie)線進(jin)行(xing)絕(jue)緣(yuan)值測(ce)(ce)試(shi),正常(chang)絕(jue)緣(yuan)均(jun)在1GΩ以(yi)上,出(chu)(chu)現(xian)(xian)異常(chang)值則需(xu)確認是(shi)否為(wei)該線束絕(jue)緣(yuan)出(chu)(chu)現(xian)(xian)問(wen)題,或該線束連接(jie)的高壓用電(dian)器(qi)出(chu)(chu)現(xian)(xian)絕(jue)緣(yuan)故(gu)障(zhang)。

電氣設備件不工作

電(dian)動汽(qi)車主(zhu)要電(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備有各種燈具(ju)(前組(zu)合(he)燈、測(ce)燈、倒車燈、后組(zu)合(he)燈等(deng)(deng))、收音機、頂部風扇、真(zhen)(zhen)空泵、刮(gua)水器(qi)、組(zu)合(he)儀表(biao)(biao)、電(dian)動助(zhu)力(li)轉向器(qi)、空調(diao)等(deng)(deng)。現場調(diao)試(shi)過程中,收音機、真(zhen)(zhen)空泵、組(zu)合(he)儀表(biao)(biao)和刮(gua)水器(qi)經常出現不(bu)工(gong)作故障。?電(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備工(gong)作不(bu)正常主(zhu)要是指(zhi)工(gong)作狀態(tai)與設(she)計狀態(tai)不(bu)一致,如(ru)真(zhen)(zhen)空泵不(bu)停地抽氣(qi)、組(zu)合(he)儀表(biao)(biao)顯示不(bu)正常、收音機有很大的干擾等(deng)(deng)。

電氣設備不工作的故障分析與處理

電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備工作需(xu)要(yao)符合一(yi)定(ding)的(de)條件,普遍的(de)條件是(shi)(shi)需(xu)要(yao)有(you)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)供(gong)(gong)給(gei)、搭鐵。電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備不工作多是(shi)(shi)因為沒有(you)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)供(gong)(gong)給(gei),首先使用萬用表確定(ding)有(you)無電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)供(gong)(gong)給(gei),確認(ren)線束(shu)插接口有(you)無松動情況出現(xian),再確認(ren)搭鐵是(shi)(shi)否正常。如(ru)果均無上述情況,則有(you)可能是(shi)(shi)此電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備自身問題,可以換一(yi)個同款設(she)備接上嘗試。這類故(gu)障一(yi)般(ban)是(shi)(shi)線束(shu)環節導致電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)供(gong)(gong)給(gei)中斷,可以根據電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)原理圖往前推確定(ding)故(gu)障點。

電動汽車整車沒電

1、保(bao)(bao)險(xian)絲壞,用萬用表測量(liang)電池(chi)(chi)(chi)端電壓如(ru)有電壓輸出則正常(chang),如(ru)無電壓輸出則保(bao)(bao)險(xian)絲壞或(huo)電池(chi)(chi)(chi)接插頭掉或(huo)電池(chi)(chi)(chi)壞。

2、接線(xian)插頭松動,檢查電源(yuan)開關接插件(jian)。

3、電(dian)源(yuan)開(kai)關(guan)(guan)壞,用(yong)萬用(yong)表(biao)測量電(dian)源(yuan)開(kai)關(guan)(guan)輸入(ru)、輸出線兩端電(dian)壓(ya),如有(you)正(zheng)常電(dian)壓(ya)輸出則電(dian)源(yuan)開(kai)關(guan)(guan)正(zheng)

常,如無(wu)電壓輸出(chu)。則電源開關壞〔電池(chi)有電壓輸出(chu)情況下(xia)〕則予以維修(xiu)或(huo)更(geng)換。

充電機不充電

1、充(chong)電機(ji)保險絲(si)(si)燒壞,此時充(chong)電機(ji)各指(zhi)示燈均(jun)不(bu)亮,須更換保險絲(si)(si)。

2、電(dian)池組線掉,則把電(dian)池連接線接好。

3、充電(dian)(dian)機插頭和電(dian)(dian)池插座接(jie)插不到位(wei),應重新接(jie)插。

4、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)壞,此時充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)保險絲正常,用(yong)(yong)(yong)萬(wan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)表測充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓應為(wei)零。這種情況下,先斷開電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)、停(ting)止使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji),過十幾分種后(hou)重新使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)。

電動機不轉

1、保險絲燒掉,更換。

2、電(dian)(dian)源開(kai)關(guan)壞,更換電(dian)(dian)源開(kai)關(guan)。判斷(duan)方法:打開(kai)電(dian)(dian)源開(kai)關(guan),用萬用表歐姆檔(dang)測量一(yi)下電(dian)(dian)源開(kai)關(guan)的輸(shu)入端(duan)與輸(shu)出端(duan)之間的電(dian)(dian)阻,如電(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi)為(wei)零則正常,如電(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi)無窮(qiong)大,則電(dian)(dian)源開(kai)關(guan)壞。

3、加(jia)速器(qi)壞(huai),用萬用表直流電(dian)(dian)壓檔測量一下(xia)加(jia)速器(qi)輸(shu)出端(duan)電(dian)(dian)壓,如(ru)有電(dian)(dian)壓輸(shu)出則(ze)正(zheng)常(chang),如(ru)無電(dian)(dian)壓輸(shu)出則(ze)不正(zheng)常(chang),入(ru)伍電(dian)(dian)壓輸(shu)出則(ze)加(jia)速器(qi)壞(huai),須更換。

4、控(kong)制器壞,須更換電(dian)(dian)控(kong)。用萬(wan)用表測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)控(kong)輸出端電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),有輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)則(ze)好,否(fou)則(ze)則(ze)壞。

5、電(dian)動機(ji)燒(shao)壞,更換電(dian)動機(ji)。

6、電動(dong)機各連接線線頭(tou)松(song)動(dong),把電動(dong)機各連接線頭(tou)重新檢查(cha)一遍。
