筆記本電池的作用是使筆記本電腦在沒有交流電源的情況下可以待機工作,它主要是靠里面的電芯來維持能量,也可以說電芯的質量決定了電池的質量,正常的筆記本電腦電池,其待機時間應不低于2h。使用可充電電池是筆記本電腦相對臺式機的優勢之一,它可以極大地方便筆記本電腦的在各種環境下使用。最早推出的電池是鎳鎘電池(NiCd),但(dan)這種(zhong)電池(chi)具有“記憶(yi)效應”,每次充(chong)電前必須放(fang)電,使用起(qi)來很不(bu)方便(bian),不(bu)久就被鎳氫電池(chi)(NiMH)所取代,NiMH 不(bu)僅(jin)沒有“記憶(yi)效應”,而且每單位重量可多提升10 % 的電量。
在日常使(shi)用的(de)時(shi)候,應該(gai)(gai)盡量(liang)減少使(shi)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)次(ci)(ci)數(shu),因為筆記(ji)本電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)充(chong)(chong)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)次(ci)(ci)數(shu)有(you)限,每充(chong)(chong)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)電(dian)(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)池壽命就減少了一(yi)次(ci)(ci),所以如果(guo)在使(shi)用外接電(dian)(dian)(dian)源時(shi),應該(gai)(gai)將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池取下來,如果(guo)經常在一(yi)天中(zhong)多次(ci)(ci)插拔電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,且筆記(ji)本裝有(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池,對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)損壞更大,因為每次(ci)(ci)外接電(dian)(dian)(dian)源接入(ru)就相當(dang)于給電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)。此外,筆記(ji)本電(dian)(dian)(dian)池有(you)記(ji)憶效應,部分充電(不(bu)到100%)會導致(zhi)(zhi)電池電芯的化學(xue)性能不(bu)一(yi)致(zhi)(zhi),使得電池性能會退降,因而一(yi)定(ding)要將(jiang)電量(liang)用盡后再充(電量(liang)低于(yu)1%),這是避免記憶(yi)效應的最好(hao)方法,否則電池很容易暫時失去供(gong)電能力
