栽培技術
隆堯大(da)(da)蔥(cong)一般(ban)要(yao)在清(qing)明(ming)前后開(kai)始播(bo)種,6月下旬前定植;立秋至(zhi)秋分(fen)是隆堯大(da)(da)蔥(cong)栽(zai)培(pei)(pei)管(guan)理的關鍵(jian)時(shi)期,此期管(guan)理的好壞對大(da)(da)蔥(cong)的品質和產量(liang)有很大(da)(da)的影響(xiang);霜降(jiang)到立冬為大(da)(da)蔥(cong)的采收期。收獲時(shi)先刨開(kai)培(pei)(pei)土,露出蔥(cong)白,然后撥(bo)出,排(pai)開(kai)晾曬(shai)(shai)。大(da)(da)蔥(cong)植株的生命(ming)力(li)很強(qiang),一般(ban)曬(shai)(shai)不(bu)死、凍不(bu)死。當地(di)蔥(cong)農有句諺語:”大(da)(da)蔥(cong)要(yao)起(qi)事,土要(yao)埋至(zhi)心“。這說明(ming)在大(da)(da)蔥(cong)栽(zai)培(pei)(pei)上(shang)進行鱗莖培(pei)(pei)土軟(ruan)化是非常(chang)重(zhong)要(yao)的。
生長環境
隆(long)堯大蔥(cong)的(de)主(zhu)(zhu)要產地(di)在隆(long)堯縣西半部,地(di)處冀南平原太行山東麓,屬(shu)東部季風區暖溫帶半干旱性氣候區,這(zhe)里大陸性氣候非常明顯,四季交替分明,光照充(chong)足(zu)。年均降水(shui)(shui)量524毫(hao)米,主(zhu)(zhu)要靠(kao)地(di)下水(shui)(shui)灌(guan)溉,水(shui)(shui)質(zhi)較好,為重(zhong)碳酸型,適于長期(qi)灌(guan)溉。大蔥(cong)集中產區為石灰性褐土,主(zhu)(zhu)要分布在河兩岸以及故道流域,土壤(rang)疏松(song)肥(fei)沃,群眾稱之為蒙金地(di)。這(zhe)里生長的(de)大蔥(cong)品質(zhi)特好,蔥(cong)白質(zhi)地(di)細膩,內質(zhi)肥(fei)厚,味道鮮辣,風味奇特,植株健壯,沒(mei)有(you)分枝(zhi)。
