歪(wai)把紅(hong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)楂(zha)(zha)因(yin)果梗部歪(wai)斜呈肉瘤(liu)狀而得名,歪(wai)把紅(hong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)楂(zha)(zha)單果比正常(chang)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)楂(zha)(zha)大(da)。由于(yu)果大(da),著色(se)艷麗,耐貯,品(pin)質優良(liang),歪(wai)把紅(hong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)楂(zha)(zha)很受市(shi)場歡迎。歪(wai)把紅(hong)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)楂(zha)(zha)樹冠緊湊(cou),萌芽率(lv)和(he)成(cheng)枝力(li)均極強,花(hua)序平均座果率(lv)8.9個,適(shi)應性(xing)強,是加工兼鮮食的優良(liang)品(pin)種,在市(shi)場上的冰(bing)糖葫蘆主要用它作為原料。
歪(wai)把紅山(shan)楂的母樹在山(shan)東省臨沂(yi)市(shi)平邑縣天寶山(shan)新華村,為當地主栽品(pin)種之一。
歪把(ba)紅(hong)(hong)山楂的(de)果(guo)實(shi)倒卵形,單重15克左右,肩部較(jiao)(jiao)瘦,頂端較(jiao)(jiao)肥(fei)大,果(guo)梗基部一(yi)側著生(sheng)較(jiao)(jiao)肥(fei)大的(de)紅(hong)(hong)色(se)肉瘤是其典型特(te)征,果(guo)皮(pi)鮮紅(hong)(hong)色(se),有光澤(ze),蠟(la)質較(jiao)(jiao)厚,果(guo)稀且較(jiao)(jiao)大,萼(e)片開張(zhang)反卷,果(guo)面有殘存苞片,萼(e)筒陡深,果(guo)肉乳白色(se),肉質細密軟綿,味酸爽口,總(zong)(zong)糖7.52%,總(zong)(zong)酸2.18%,可溶性固形物14.5%,每100克含鈣24.6mg,磷1.3mg,鐵2mg,維生(sheng)素(su)C60.8mg。
歪把紅(hong)山(shan)楂果實10月上中(zhong)旬(xun)成熟,耐(nai)貯(zhu)性好。
