二、房東強制繳納物業費怎么辦
很多情況下,租(zu)房(fang)的時(shi)候,房(fang)東和租(zu)客(ke)都(dou)未提到物業費的問題,等房(fang)子到期(qi)后,房(fang)東才(cai)跳(tiao)出來(lai)說租(zu)房(fang)期(qi)間物業費該(gai)租(zu)客(ke)承(cheng)擔,物業費從押(ya)金里面(mian)扣,這時(shi)候該(gai)怎么辦?
