蒙頂甘露,主要產于四川蒙山山頂的名茶,蒙頂名茶種類繁多,有甘露、上清、菱角、蒙頂黃芽、石花、玉葉長春、萬春銀針等
蒙山(shan)(shan)茶(cha)主(zhu)要產于山(shan)(shan)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding),故被稱做(zuo)“蒙頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)茶(cha)”。揚(yang)子江中(zhong)水,蒙山(shan)(shan)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)上(shang)茶(cha)。蒙頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)茶(cha)產于地跨(kua)四(si)川省名山(shan)(shan)、雅安兩縣的蒙山(shan)(shan),四(si)川蒙頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)山(shan)(shan)上(shang)清峰漢代甘露祖師吳理真手植七株仙茶(cha)的遺址(zhi)。蒙頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)甘露是(shi)中(zhong)國古老的名茶(cha),被尊為(wei)茶(cha)中(zhong)故舊,名茶(cha)先驅。
蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)頂(ding)(ding)甘露茶(cha)(cha)形(xing)狀纖細,湯色(se)黃碧,清澈(che)明亮;使人(ren)尺(chi)頰留香。歷(li)代(dai)(dai)文(wen)人(ren)墨(mo)客留下(xia)了(le)不(bu)少贊頌蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)頂(ding)(ding)茶(cha)(cha)的(de)文(wen)章(zhang):白(bai)居易在《琴茶(cha)(cha)》一詩眾寫道(dao)(dao):“琴里知聞惟《淥水》,茶(cha)(cha)中(zhong)故(gu)舊(jiu)是蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)山(shan)(shan)。”唐代(dai)(dai)黎陽《蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)山(shan)(shan)白(bai)云(yun)巖茶(cha)(cha)》詩中(zhong)稱頌“若(ruo)教陸羽持公論,應詩人(ren)間地(di)一茶(cha)(cha)。”宋代(dai)(dai)文(wen)人(ren)《謝人(ren)寄蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)頂(ding)(ding)新(xin)茶(cha)(cha)詩》:“蜀(shu)土茶(cha)(cha)稱圣,蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)山(shan)(shan)味(wei)獨珍。”文(wen)彥博(bo)在《謝人(ren)惠寄蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)頂(ding)(ding)茶(cha)(cha)》詩中(zhong)云(yun)“舊(jiu)譜最稱蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)頂(ding)(ding)味(wei),露芽云(yun)腋勝(sheng)醒(xing)醐。”明代(dai)(dai)錢(qian)椿年《茶(cha)(cha)譜》中(zhong)記述(shu):“茶(cha)(cha)之產于天下(xia)多矣!劍南油能(neng)頂(ding)(ding)石花(hua),湖州油顧渚紫(zi)筍,峽州油時澗明月……其名皆著(zhu)。品地(di)之,則石花(hua)最上(shang),紫(zi)筍次之……”清朝趙(zhao)恒(heng)葉留油“色(se)淡(dan)香長自(zi)仙”的(de)佳句。從這些(xie)文(wen)辭優美的(de)詞句中(zhong),我們(men)不(bu)難體會道(dao)(dao)歷(li)代(dai)(dai)文(wen)人(ren)對蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)頂(ding)(ding)茶(cha)(cha)的(de)酷愛程度之深。
甘(gan)露在梵語是“念祖”之(zhi)意;二說是茶湯似甘(gan)露。甘(gan)露茶采摘(zhai)細嫩(nen),制工精湛,外形(xing)美觀,內(nei)質(zhi)優異。
其品質特點:緊卷多毫,淺綠油潤,葉(xie)嫩芽壯,芽葉(xie)純整,湯黃微碧,清澈明(ming)亮,香(xiang)馨高爽,味醇甘鮮。
特點:緊湊多銀毫、嫩綠色潤,香氣馥郁芬(fen)芳鮮嫩,外(wai)形美觀,淺綠油(you)(you)潤,香氣高爽,味(wei)醇(chun)甘鮮,茶形狀纖(xian)細,葉(xie)整芽泉,葉(xie)嫩芽壯;色澤嫩綠油(you)(you)潤;
湯色:茶(cha)湯似甘露(lu),碧清微黃(huang),滋(zi)味鮮(xian)爽(shuang),濃(nong)郁回甜。 嫩綠色潤,內(nei)質香高而(er)(er)爽(shuang),味醇(chun)而(er)(er)甘,湯色黃(huang)中(zhong)透綠,透明清亮(liang),葉底勻整,嫩綠鮮(xian)亮(liang);香馨高爽(shuang),味醇(chun)甘鮮(xian),沏二遍時,越發鮮(xian)醇(chun),使(shi)人(ren)尺(chi)頰留(liu)香。
