用途
變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)電(dian)纜主要用于(yu)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)電(dian)源(yuan)和變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)電(dian)機之(zhi)間(jian)連接用的電(dian)纜,以(yi)及額定電(dian)壓(ya)1KV及以(yi)下的輸配電(dian)線路中,作輸送電(dian)能用。尤其適用于(yu)造紙、冶金(jin)(jin)、金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)加工、礦山、鐵路和食品加工等(deng)行業。

結構設計
1、電纜對稱性設計
對于1.8/3KW及以下變頻電機專用電纜,和對稱3+1芯和4芯電纜僅可用于主電源的輸入纜,但最好使用對稱結構電纜。變頻器與變頻電機問電纜均需采用對稱電纜結構,對稱電纜結構有3芯和3+3芯兩種,3+3芯電纜結構是將三大一小四芯絕緣線芯中第四芯(中性線芯)分解為三個截面較小的絕緣線芯,把三大三小線芯對稱成纜,對于6/10kV變頻電機專用電纜,該電纜結構與6/10kV普通電力電纜有所不同,普通電力電纜是將三根絕緣線芯采用銅帶屏蔽后成纜,而變頻電機專用電纜是由銅絲銅帶屏蔽后擠包分相護套,然后對稱成纜,對稱電纜結構由于導線的互換性,有更好的電磁相容性,對抑制電磁干擾起到一定的作用,能抵消高次諧彼中的奇次頻率,提高變頻電機專用電(dian)纜的(de)抗干擾性,減少了整個(ge)系統中的(de)電(dian)磁(ci)輻射(she)。
2、屏蔽結構的設計
1.8/3kV及以下變頻電機專用電纜的屏蔽一般采用總屏蔽,6/10kv變頻電機專用電纜屏蔽由分相屏蔽和總屏蔽構成,分相屏蔽一般可采用銅帶屏蔽或銅絲銅帶組合屏蔽。總屏蔽結構可采用銅絲銅帶組合屏蔽、銅絲(si)(si)編(bian)(bian)織屏(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)、銅(tong)帶(dai)(dai)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)、銅(tong)絲(si)(si)編(bian)(bian)織銅(tong)帶(dai)(dai)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)等,屏(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)層(ceng)(ceng)截面與主線芯截面按一定比例。此(ci)結構的(de)(de)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜可抗電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁感(gan)應(ying)(ying)、接地不(bu)良和電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源線傳(chuan)導(dao)干擾(rao),減小電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感(gan),防止感(gan)應(ying)(ying)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動勢(shi)過(guo)大。屏(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)層(ceng)(ceng)既起到(dao)(dao)抑制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁波對外(wai)發射(she)的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong),又(you)可作(zuo)(zuo)為短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)(de)通道(dao),能起到(dao)(dao)中性線芯的(de)(de)保(bao)護(hu)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。6/10kV變頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機專用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜,考(kao)慮到(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)過(guo)程(cheng)中經常受到(dao)(dao)徑(jing)向外(wai)力作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong),在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜屏(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)層(ceng)(ceng)外(wai)增(zeng)加鍍(du)鋅鋼帶(dai)(dai)銷裝(zhuang)層(ceng)(ceng)(在(zai)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)層(ceng)(ceng)和鋼帶(dai)(dai)銷裝(zhuang)層(ceng)(ceng)之間(jian)加隔離套)。鋼帶(dai)(dai)銷裝(zhuang)主要是(shi)作(zuo)(zuo)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜的(de)(de)徑(jing)向機械保(bao)護(hu)層(ceng)(ceng),同(tong)時它也起到(dao)(dao)附加性總屏(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong),特別是(shi)鋼帶(dai)(dai)鎧裝(zhuang)和銅(tong)絲(si)(si)、銅(tong)帶(dai)(dai)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)(bi),是(shi)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)了兩種不(bu)同(tong)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)材(cai)料,在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁波屏(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)上起到(dao)(dao)一定的(de)(de)互(hu)補作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong),屏(ping)(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)(bi)效果(guo)將(jiang)更(geng)好。
3、電纜電氣性能設計
1.8/3kV及(ji)以(yi)下變頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)性能均按GB/Tl2706,2002標準設計(ji)。6/10kV變頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)在滿(man)足GBT/l2706.2002標準外, 增(zeng)加(jia)了(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容和電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感等(deng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性能要求。根據變頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)的實(shi)際使用(yong)(yong)情況并參照GB/T 12706。2002和ABB日公司對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力傳動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)的技術條件,確定了(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)性能參數(shu)。
工藝要求
在變頻電機(ji)專用電纜(lan)生產過(guo)程(cheng)中,絕(jue)緣線芯擠包工序、成纜(lan)工序等是最關鍵的工序。

成纜(lan)(lan)工序變(bian)頻(pin)電纜(lan)(lan)要(yao)求結構對稱,成纜(lan)(lan)時必須保證(zheng)絕(jue)緣線(xian)芯(xin)張力均勻,使成纜(lan)(lan)后(hou)的線(xian)芯(xin)長(chang)度盡量保持(chi)一(yi)致,否則會引起結構變(bian)化,導(dao)致電容和電感的不(bu)均勻性(xing),影響電纜(lan)(lan)的電氣性(xing)能。
