一、電池管理系統是怎么保護電池的
新能(neng)源(yuan)汽(qi)車發展越來(lai)(lai)越快,但人們(men)對(dui)于動力電池(chi)的(de)安全(quan)性一直非(fei)常(chang)在(zai)意,誰都不(bu)希望自(zi)己花錢買(mai)來(lai)(lai)的(de)電動汽(qi)車存在(zai)極大的(de)安全(quan)風(feng)險,電池(chi)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)系(xi)統就是為了(le)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)電池(chi)而(er)設計(ji)的(de),俗稱電池(chi)保(bao)(bao)(bao)姆。
電池管理系統對于電池的保護,主要是(shi)通(tong)過下面兩種方式實現的:
1、電(dian)池(chi)管(guan)理系統實時監(jian)控每個電(dian)池(chi)單元的(de)(de)電(dian)壓、電(dian)流和溫度,通過(guo)精確的(de)(de)數據監(jian)測來(lai)確保電(dian)池(chi)工作(zuo)在設計的(de)(de)安(an)全參數范圍(wei)內。當任何(he)關(guan)鍵指標達到或超過(guo)預(yu)設閾值時,BMS會立即采取應對(dui)措施(shi),例(li)如切斷電(dian)源或降(jiang)低(di)電(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)充電(dian)和放(fang)電(dian)速率,從而避免電(dian)池(chi)過(guo)熱(re)、過(guo)充或過(guo)放(fang),預(yu)防可能導(dao)致的(de)(de)損壞甚至安(an)全事故。
2、BMS電池管(guan)理系統(tong)具(ju)備強大的(de)故障(zhang)檢(jian)測(ce)和診斷功能,它可(ke)以即時(shi)識別出電池系統(tong)中的(de)異(yi)常行(xing)為(wei),如電壓(ya)不穩、電流異(yi)常或(huo)(huo)是溫(wen)度突變等,并向駕駛員或(huo)(huo)維(wei)修人(ren)員發送警報,這(zhe)些及時(shi)的(de)反饋可(ke)以幫助迅速解(jie)決潛在的(de)問題,從而保(bao)障(zhang)用戶的(de)行(xing)車安全。
二、電池保姆對電池的保護有哪幾種
電池保姆(mu)對(dui)電池的(de)保護(hu)是它的(de)主要(yao)功能(neng)之(zhi)一,一般電池管理系(xi)統主要(yao)有四大保護(hu)功能(neng):
1、過充保護
過充(chong)(chong)保護(hu)是指鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池在充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)過程中,隨著電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)升高(gao)到(dao)超出合理(li)范(fan)(fan)圍后,會帶來不確定的(de)危險。而電(dian)(dian)(dian)池管理(li)系統的(de)過充(chong)(chong)保護(hu)功能就是實時監測電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),當充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)到(dao)安全電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)范(fan)(fan)圍頂點時,就切(qie)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,防止電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)繼續(xu)升高(gao),從而起到(dao)保護(hu)作(zuo)用。
新(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)汽車(che)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)時,電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)管理系統會(hui)(hui)實(shi)時監測電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組(zu)的(de)(de)每串電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),只要有其中一串電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)到達(da)過(guo)充(chong)保(bao)護值(三(san)元(yuan)的(de)(de)過(guo)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)默(mo)認為(wei)4.25V±0.05V,鐵鋰的(de)(de)過(guo)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)默(mo)認為(wei)3.75V±0.05V),電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)管理系統就會(hui)(hui)切斷電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),整組(zu)鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)都停止充(chong)電(dian)(dian)。
2、過放保護
過(guo)放(fang)(fang)保(bao)護是指(zhi)鋰電(dian)池在放(fang)(fang)電(dian)的(de)(de)過(guo)程中(zhong),隨著(zhu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)下(xia)降,如果把電(dian)全部放(fang)(fang)完耗盡,鋰電(dian)池內部的(de)(de)化學材料就會失去活性,導致充不進電(dian)或(huo)容量下(xia)降。而電(dian)池管理系(xi)統的(de)(de)過(guo)放(fang)(fang)保(bao)護功能就是實時(shi)監測電(dian)池組的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),當放(fang)(fang)電(dian)到電(dian)池電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)最低點時(shi),就切斷(duan)電(dian)源,防止電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)繼續下(xia)降,從而起到保(bao)護作(zuo)用。
新能源(yuan)汽車(che)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池管(guan)理系統(tong)會實時監測(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組的每(mei)串電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,只要有其中一串電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓到(dao)達過(guo)放保護值(三(san)元的過(guo)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓默(mo)認為(wei)2.7V±0.1V,鐵鋰的過(guo)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓默(mo)認為(wei)2.2V±0.1V),電(dian)(dian)(dian)池管(guan)理系統(tong)就(jiu)會切斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),整組鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池都停止放電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
3、過流保護
鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)在給負載供電(dian)(dian)時(shi),電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)會隨著電(dian)(dian)壓和功(gong)率(lv)的變(bian)化而(er)變(bian)化,當(dang)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)很(hen)大時(shi),容易燒壞保護板(ban)、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)或(huo)設備(bei)。而(er)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)管理系(xi)統的過流(liu)(liu)保護功(gong)能就是充放電(dian)(dian)的過程(cheng)中實時(shi)監測電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)組的電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),當(dang)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)超過安全范圍內(nei)時(shi),就切(qie)斷電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的經過,防止電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)過大損壞電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)或(huo)設備(bei),從(cong)而(er)起到保護作(zuo)用。
新能源汽車充放電時,電池管理系統會(hui)實時監(jian)測(ce)電池組(zu)電流,只要到達了設定的過(guo)流保護值,電池管(guan)理系統就會(hui)切斷電源,整(zheng)組(zu)鋰電池都停止充放電。
4、溫度保護
電(dian)池管理(li)系統的(de)(de)硬件(jian)保護(hu)(hu)(hu)板的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)控(kong)探頭是焊接到(dao)保護(hu)(hu)(hu)板內部主板的(de)(de),不可拔插。溫(wen)(wen)控(kong)探頭能實時(shi)監測電(dian)池組或工(gong)作(zuo)環(huan)境的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度變化,當監測到(dao)溫(wen)(wen)度超出設定的(de)(de)值(硬件(jian)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)控(kong)保護(hu)(hu)(hu)默(mo)認:充電(dian)-20~55℃,放電(dian)-40~75℃,可根據(ju)客戶的(de)(de)要求更改,客戶不能自行(xing)設置)時(shi),斷開電(dian)池組的(de)(de)充放電(dian),當溫(wen)(wen)度恢復指合理(li)范圍后(hou),才可繼(ji)續充放電(dian),起到(dao)保護(hu)(hu)(hu)作(zuo)用。
