2020年6月19日,貴州(zhou)省市場(chang)監管局發布(bu)了關于端午節食用(yong)粽子(zi)的消費提示,提醒消費者在選購(gou)、烹飪、儲存和食用(yong)粽子(zi)等環(huan)節中需要注意的事項。
一、選擇正規渠道購買具有清晰標識的粽子產品
消費(fei)者在選購粽(zong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)時應從(cong)正規渠道購買。粽(zong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)尖角容(rong)易刺破(po)(po)軟包裝(zhuang)(zhuang)材(cai)料(liao),一旦(dan)破(po)(po)損,易造成(cheng)細菌侵(qin)入從(cong)而引起粽(zong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)變質。因此消費(fei)者在挑選時,需查(cha)看真空包裝(zhuang)(zhuang)粽(zong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)、塑料(liao)袋或(huo)鋁箔(bo)袋粽(zong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)包裝(zhuang)(zhuang)是(shi)(shi)否完好,要注意觀察包裝(zhuang)(zhuang)袋是(shi)(shi)否有破(po)(po)損、漏(lou)氣或(huo)脹袋等現象。還(huan)要鼻聞粽(zong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)是(shi)(shi)否有霉味(wei)(wei)等其(qi)它異味(wei)(wei),清香味(wei)(wei)濃(nong)郁(yu)的(de)粽(zong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)食用時風味(wei)(wei)更好。同時,要注意觀察粽(zong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)外包裝(zhuang)(zhuang)是(shi)(shi)否有印刷清晰的(de)廠名(ming)、廠址及生(sheng)產(chan)日期和保(bao)(bao)質期等。尤其(qi)是(shi)(shi)新鮮粽(zong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi),由于其(qi)保(bao)(bao)質期較短(duan),要盡可(ke)能挑選出廠時間(jian)較近的(de)產(chan)品。
二、不過度追求粽葉顏色,注意煮熟煮透粽子
粽(zong)葉(xie)過(guo)(guo)度鮮(xian)綠,并不(bu)真實自然。粽(zong)葉(xie)經過(guo)(guo)高溫(wen)蒸煮后(hou)綠色(se)(se)會褪去(qu)一(yi)(yi)些,略發黃(huang),屬正常(chang)現象。消(xiao)費(fei)者在購買粽(zong)子(zi)時,不(bu)要過(guo)(guo)于追求粽(zong)葉(xie)的顏色(se)(se)。一(yi)(yi)般情況(kuang)下,墨綠、黃(huang)綠、淡黃(huang)都是正常(chang)的。

四、科學食用,尤其對糖尿病患者等特殊人群
