1、看(kan)濃(nong)(nong)度(du):高濃(nong)(nong)度(du),好營(ying)養(yang)。果(guo)汁(zhi)飲(yin)料都會在瓶貼上(shang)標明濃(nong)(nong)度(du),目前市(shi)場(chang)上(shang)大(da)(da)致有4種濃(nong)(nong)度(du)的果(guo)汁(zhi)飲(yin)料:10%、30%、50%和100%,大(da)(da)部分(fen)為(wei)10%。拿380ml10%濃(nong)(nong)度(du)的果(guo)汁(zhi)為(wei)例,其原果(guo)汁(zhi)的含量(liang)只有10%,即區區38ml,其他則是(shi)水(shui)和食(shi)品(pin)添(tian)加劑,其作為(wei)“果(guo)汁(zhi)”的價值可想而知了。
2、看產(chan)地:好果(guo)(guo)(guo)汁(zhi),種(zhong)出來。用好產(chan)地的水果(guo)(guo)(guo)制成(cheng)的果(guo)(guo)(guo)汁(zhi)自然比(bi)一般(ban)的要好很多(duo)。口味一好,自然不會(hui)添加過多(duo)的食品添加劑。如果(guo)(guo)(guo)果(guo)(guo)(guo)汁(zhi)原料來自好的產(chan)地,一般(ban)生產(chan)商都樂(le)意在瓶標(biao)上(shang)明(ming)示,比(bi)如農夫果(guo)(guo)(guo)園標(biao)明(ming)其番茄(qie)、胡蘿卜來自新(xin)疆、橙子來自巴西和(he)江西安遠。
3、看沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian):有沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian),好果(guo)(guo)汁(zhi)。有沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)的果(guo)(guo)汁(zhi)說(shuo)明生產商(shang)在(zai)生產過程中(zhong)保留了水(shui)果(guo)(guo)中(zhong)的纖維(wei)素,而(er)纖維(wei)素對人(ren)體(ti)(ti)是(shi)非常有利的。因此有沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)的果(guo)(guo)汁(zhi)一般比(bi)無(wu)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)的果(guo)(guo)汁(zhi)更(geng)適合(he)人(ren)體(ti)(ti)飲(yin)用,需(xu)要“喝(he)前(qian)搖一搖”。
4、看成色(se):越(yue)醇(chun)厚,越(yue)天然。剛生產的果汁顏色(se)鮮(xian)(xian)艷(yan)是(shi)(shi)正常的,放置很(hen)久(jiu)之后顏色(se)就變得醇(chun)厚,有質感(gan),透明度和艷(yan)麗(li)度會降低。如果依(yi)然是(shi)(shi)鮮(xian)(xian)艷(yan)的有可(ke)能是(shi)(shi)添加(jia)了護色(se)劑(ji)和防(fang)腐劑(ji),建(jian)議(yi)消費者(zhe)飲用(yong)時要謹慎。
