雞蛋土司餃的做法:
【主(zhu)料】:芝士片(pian)3片(pian),吐司3片(pian),雞蛋3個(ge)
【輔料】:色拉油適(shi)(shi)量(liang)(liang)(liang),水(shui)適(shi)(shi)量(liang)(liang)(liang),高(gao)粉適(shi)(shi)量(liang)(liang)(liang),面包糠適(shi)(shi)量(liang)(liang)(liang),黑胡椒適(shi)(shi)量(liang)(liang)(liang),鹽適(shi)(shi)量(liang)(liang)(liang)
步驟:
1、材料,咸吐司去邊,高(gao)粉與適(shi)量的水調成面糊
2、蛋、鹽、黑椒放一(yi)起拌均(jun)勻
3、熱一(yi)不粘鍋,把蛋煎成蛋松狀(我沒用(yong)油煎),晾涼待用(yong)
4、取一方包片,放一片芝士,放點(dian)蛋松在中間,邊上涂點(dian)面(mian)糊
5、對(dui)角合上(shang)吐(tu)司片,邊緣壓實,整個吐(tu)司餃涂上(shang)面糊
6、再粘上面包糠
7、燒熱油,下吐司餃(jiao)
8、燒熱油,下(xia)吐司餃(jiao)炸至(zhi)金黃即可(ke)取出
