董河碧(bi)珍(zhen)茶(cha)屬直條(tiao)(tiao)形綠茶(cha),以一芽一葉(xie)或一芽二葉(xie)初(chu)展的鮮葉(xie)為原料(liao),以特殊工藝加工制成。外形條(tiao)(tiao)索緊細,白毫(hao)顯露,均(jun)勻一致;葉(xie)底完整綠亮(liang),顯芽均(jun)勻;湯(tang)色嫩綠明亮(liang),持(chi)久清(qing)香,爽口(kou)回甘(gan),滋味綿(mian)長。
董(dong)(dong)河(he)碧珍茶(cha)(cha)產于(yu)湖(hu)(hu)(hu)北省浠(xi)水縣(xian)散(san)花鎮,生產地(di)(di)(di)域范(fan)圍為散(san)花鎮所(suo)轄的(de)董(dong)(dong)河(he)村(cun)、天(tian)然寺村(cun)、天(tian)然寺林(lin)場、新(xin)廟村(cun)、沙洋湖(hu)(hu)(hu)村(cun)、月畈村(cun)、先(xian)豐村(cun)等七個行政村(cun)(場)。產區地(di)(di)(di)理坐標:北緯30o16′30〞-30o19′05〞,東經115o13′25〞-115o15′46〞。東、東北與湖(hu)(hu)(hu)北省黃岡市蘄春縣(xian)接(jie)壤,北、西北與蘭溪(xi)鎮毗(pi)連,南(nan)鄰浠(xi)水境內最大淡(dan)水湖(hu)(hu)(hu)-策湖(hu)(hu)(hu),西與長江相望。范(fan)圍內東西橫(heng)距12公(gong)(gong)里,南(nan)北縱距10公(gong)(gong)里,國(guo)土面(mian)積(ji)40.3平方(fang)千米,其中耕地(di)(di)(di)總資源面(mian)積(ji)560公(gong)(gong)頃(qing)(qing)(qing),常用耕地(di)(di)(di)面(mian)積(ji)530公(gong)(gong)頃(qing)(qing)(qing),范(fan)圍內茶(cha)(cha)葉種植面(mian)積(ji)200公(gong)(gong)頃(qing)(qing)(qing),年產董(dong)(dong)河(he)碧珍茶(cha)(cha)150噸(dun)。
(1)感官特征 董(dong)河(he)碧珍茶屬直條(tiao)形(xing)綠茶,以(yi)一(yi)芽(ya)一(yi)葉或一(yi)芽(ya)二葉初展(zhan)的鮮葉為原(yuan)料,以(yi)特殊工(gong)藝(yi)加(jia)工(gong)制成。外形(xing)條(tiao)索(suo)緊(jin)細,白毫(hao)顯(xian)露,均勻一(yi)致;葉底完整綠亮,顯(xian)芽(ya)均勻;湯色(se)嫩綠明亮,持(chi)久清香,爽口回甘,滋味綿長。
(2)內在(zai)品質 董河(he)碧珍茶內在(zai)品質特征突出(chu),水(shui)浸出(chu)物≥40%,茶多酚≥16%,游(you)離(li)氨基(ji)酸≥2.8%。
(3)質量安(an)(an)全要(yao)求 董(dong)河碧(bi)珍茶(cha)產地(di)環境要(yao)符合(he)NY/T391-2013《綠(lv)色食(shi)(shi)品(pin) 產地(di)環境條件》的要(yao)求,產品(pin)質量安(an)(an)全嚴格執行NY/T288-2012《綠(lv)色食(shi)(shi)品(pin) 茶(cha)葉》標準(zhun)(zhun);生(sheng)產過程中(zhong)合(he)理使用農(nong)業投入品(pin),嚴禁使用國家明令禁止使用的高劇(ju)毒農(nong)藥,生(sheng)產過程中(zhong)農(nong)藥和化肥的使用必須符合(he)《綠(lv)色食(shi)(shi)品(pin) 肥料使用準(zhun)(zhun)則》(NT/T394-2013)和《綠(lv)色食(shi)(shi)品(pin) 農(nong)藥使用準(zhun)(zhun)則》(NY/T393-2013)。嚴格執行農(nong)藥安(an)(an)全間(jian)隔期,產品(pin)經(jing)農(nong)藥殘留檢測合(he)格后方(fang)可上(shang)市。

董河(he)(he)碧珍茶(cha)生(sheng)產地(di)(di)(di)域(yu)地(di)(di)(di)形地(di)(di)(di)貌為(wei)山(shan)(shan)地(di)(di)(di)、丘陵(ling)崗地(di)(di)(di)、河(he)(he)谷沖擊平地(di)(di)(di)兼(jian)而有(you)之,東北部(bu)(bu)山(shan)(shan)地(di)(di)(di)占(zhan)(zhan)產地(di)(di)(di)總面積的38.5%,中部(bu)(bu)丘陵(ling)崗地(di)(di)(di)占(zhan)(zhan)產地(di)(di)(di)總面積的41.2%,西南部(bu)(bu)區河(he)(he)谷沖擊平地(di)(di)(di)占(zhan)(zhan)產地(di)(di)(di)總面積的20.3%。董河(he)(he)碧珍茶(cha)種(zhong)植區域(yu)在海拔(ba)600米以下,產地(di)(di)(di)分布在大(da)別山(shan)(shan)余脈蔣家山(shan)(shan)南坡的青獅山(shan)(shan)周圍,區域(yu)內山(shan)(shan)亙連綿(mian),云霧(wu)繚繞,溪(xi)流縱(zong)橫交錯(cuo),茶(cha)園錯(cuo)落其間,三面環水(shui),西南瀕臨長(chang)江(jiang)和策湖,南北兩端有(you)天然(ran)水(shui)庫、黃梅(mei)坳水(shui)庫,產地(di)(di)(di)遠離城(cheng)鎮、村民生(sheng)活(huo)區、工業區及交通要道,隔(ge)離條件好,自然(ran)生(sheng)態環境獨特,無污染。
(2)土(tu)壤情況
董河碧珍茶(cha)生產(chan)地域(yu)土壤(rang)質(zhi)地較好,砂粘(zhan)合(he)理,酸堿度適中。區域(yu)內(nei)黃(huang)棕壤(rang)土質(zhi)占耕(geng)地面積(ji)的(de)(de)93.2%,pH值在5.5-6.5之間的(de)(de)土壤(rang)占耕(geng)地面積(ji)的(de)(de)98.5%,無過(guo)酸過(guo)堿土壤(rang)。耕(geng)地土層(ceng)深厚(hou)肥沃,保墑性(xing)(xing)、通氣和排水性(xing)(xing)良好,有(you)機質(zhi)含(han)量較為豐富,有(you)機質(zhi)含(han)量22.8g/kg以(yi)上(shang)的(de)(de)地塊(全(quan)縣平(ping)均(jun)(jun)水平(ping)21.0g/kg)占產(chan)區面積(ji)的(de)(de)85%,土壤(rang)中堿解(jie)氮大(da)于 95 mg/kg、速(su)效(xiao)磷(lin)大(da)于 10.6 mg/kg、速(su)效(xiao)鉀大(da)于 62 mg/kg,土壤(rang)中礦物(wu)營養元素(su)豐富,特別(bie)是錳含(han)量達30mg/kg以(yi)上(shang)(全(quan)縣平(ping)均(jun)(jun)水平(ping)≤20mg/kg),鋅含(han)量1.1mg/kg以(yi)上(shang)(全(quan)縣平(ping)均(jun)(jun)水平(ping)≤0.5mg/kg)。

董河(he)碧珍(zhen)茶產區內(nei)(nei)共有(you)一(yi)條河(he)流(liu),兩(liang)座水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku),即董河(he)、天(tian)然(ran)水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)、黃梅(mei)坳(ao)水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku),董河(he)在地域(yu)內(nei)(nei)總(zong)(zong)長(chang)8.2千米,總(zong)(zong)流(liu)域(yu)面(mian)積(ji)95公頃,常年(nian)平(ping)均(jun)徑(jing)流(liu)量8600M3,豐水(shui)(shui)年(nian)達10400M3,天(tian)然(ran)水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)、黃梅(mei)坳(ao)水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)庫(ku)(ku)容分別為9500M3、7800M3,產區毗鄰長(chang)江,有(you)浠水(shui)(shui)第一(yi)大淡水(shui)(shui)湖-策湖月牙型環抱,茶園(yuan)三面(mian)環水(shui)(shui),有(you)豐富的(de)水(shui)(shui)資源,加(jia)上多年(nian)興建(jian)的(de)塘堰、排(pai)灌系統、茶園(yuan)滴(di)灌系統,地域(yu)內(nei)(nei)茶園(yuan)灌溉水(shui)(shui)基(ji)本能得到保證。
(4)氣候情況
董河(he)碧(bi)珍茶(cha)(cha)產(chan)地氣(qi)(qi)候(hou)屬亞熱帶(dai)大(da)陸性(xing)季風(feng)(feng)氣(qi)(qi)候(hou),氣(qi)(qi)候(hou)溫(wen)和(he)、雨(yu)量充沛、光照(zhao)充足、熱量比較豐富,光、熱、水基本同期。產(chan)區年均氣(qi)(qi)溫(wen)17.6℃,年平均降(jiang)雨(yu)量1550毫米左右,年平均日照(zhao)時(shi)數(shu)在1900-2000小(xiao)時(shi)之間,無霜期258天以上(shang),高于(yu)(yu)(yu)、等(deng)于(yu)(yu)(yu)15℃初日至高于(yu)(yu)(yu)、等(deng)于(yu)(yu)(yu)20℃終日80%保(bao)證率的(de)日數(shu)140-146天,高于(yu)(yu)(yu)、等(deng)于(yu)(yu)(yu)10℃積(ji)溫(wen)5100-5390℃,產(chan)區山峰層巒疊嶂,受東南(nan)季風(feng)(feng)影(ying)響(xiang)和(he)策湖、長江以及茶(cha)(cha)園南(nan)北(bei)兩端(duan)水庫的(de)龐大(da)的(de)水體效應,產(chan)區冬季氣(qi)(qi)溫(wen)高于(yu)(yu)(yu)縣域其他(ta)地方茶(cha)(cha)園。該區雨(yu)量充沛,云繞(rao)霧障,云霧、山崗形成了茶(cha)(cha)園的(de)漫射(she)光,營(ying)(ying)造出了獨特的(de)小(xiao)氣(qi)(qi)候(hou),使董河(he)碧(bi)珍茶(cha)(cha)具獨特的(de)風(feng)(feng)味品(pin)質(zhi),加(jia)之水體對(dui)氣(qi)(qi)溫(wen)的(de)調節效應,冬季晝夜溫(wen)差(cha)小(xiao),茶(cha)(cha)葉可免(mian)遭凍(dong)害,均衡生(sheng)長,充分積(ji)累營(ying)(ying)養,形成脆嫩品(pin)質(zhi)。
(1)產(chan)地要(yao)求
董河碧珍茶產地(di)(di)(di)(di)海拔高(gao)度在(zai)600米以下(xia)的南向坡地(di)(di)(di)(di),土(tu)(tu)(tu)層(ceng)深厚、土(tu)(tu)(tu)質疏松,土(tu)(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang)呈微(wei)酸性最為(wei)適宜,水(shui)源方便(bian)、充足,地(di)(di)(di)(di)下(xia)水(shui)位在(zai)1米以下(xia)。要保(bao)證(zheng)旱能抗(kang),澇(lao)能排。選擇地(di)(di)(di)(di)勢比較(jiao)平緩,環境開闊通(tong)風,相對集中連片的地(di)(di)(di)(di)塊,以潮(chao)濕、肥沃的黃(huang)壤(rang)(rang)土(tu)(tu)(tu)為(wei)宜,土(tu)(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang)有機質含量要求在(zai)22g/kg以上(shang);對滲漏較(jiao)重,持水(shui)率差的粘質土(tu)(tu)(tu)須進行改(gai)良,改(gai)善土(tu)(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang)結構,提高(gao)土(tu)(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang)通(tong)氣、透(tou)水(shui)能力(li)。
(2)品種選擇
董河碧(bi)珍茶(cha)應選擇適合本地生(sheng)態環境、抗寒(han)耐旱性(xing)強、產量(liang)高、品質好的品種(zhong),以鄂茶(cha)系(xi)、本地極早發種(zhong)為(wei)主,選定的良種(zhong)經無性(xing)繁(fan)殖擴(kuo)大種(zhong)苗(miao)規(gui)模;建設茶(cha)園所用(yong)品種(zhong)應符合DB42/111-2002茶(cha)樹(shu)無性(xing)系(xi)良種(zhong)苗(miao)木(mu)的要求。
(3)生產過程控(kong)制
為了保證董河碧珍茶的品(pin)質(zhi)特色,尤其要(yao)注意以下(xia)環(huan)節:
①、整(zheng)地種植
采用(yong)雙行(xing)雙株條(tiao)植(zhi)的(de)種植(zhi)模(mo)式,即(ji)(ji)大行(xing)寬1.5米(mi)(mi)(mi),小(xiao)行(xing)寬0.3米(mi)(mi)(mi),叢(窩(wo))距(ju)0.4米(mi)(mi)(mi),每(mei)叢(窩(wo))2株,(茶(cha)(cha)苗(miao)(miao)中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)間(jian)隔(ge)4厘(li)(li)(li)(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi)),畝用(yong)茶(cha)(cha)苗(miao)(miao)3500~4000株。建園時(shi)(shi)依(yi)照規劃劃線(xian)(xian),在(zai)小(xiao)行(xing)線(xian)(xian)內抽(chou)槽,要(yao)求槽寬0.6米(mi)(mi)(mi),槽深0.5米(mi)(mi)(mi)。抽(chou)槽時(shi)(shi)將表(biao)(biao)土(tu)與底(di)土(tu)分開(kai)放在(zai)槽的(de)兩(liang)邊(bian),便于回(hui)填(tian)(tian)時(shi)(shi)表(biao)(biao)土(tu)填(tian)(tian)底(di)。在(zai)茶(cha)(cha)苗(miao)(miao)定植(zhi)前3個月(yue)(yue)施底(di)肥,每(mei)畝施入餅肥200公(gong)(gong)斤(jin)、過磷酸鈣30公(gong)(gong)斤(jin)、硫酸鉀20公(gong)(gong)斤(jin),或(huo)農家肥500公(gong)(gong)斤(jin)、餅肥200公(gong)(gong)斤(jin)、過磷酸鈣50公(gong)(gong)斤(jin),分層(ceng)(ceng)施肥,分層(ceng)(ceng)回(hui)填(tian)(tian)掩埋肥料(liao)。春(chun)栽(zai)(zai)(zai)在(zai)秋天準(zhun)備(bei),讓(rang)土(tu)壤“凍垡”,秋栽(zai)(zai)(zai)在(zai)夏季準(zhun)備(bei),讓(rang)土(tu)壤“烤(kao)伏”。回(hui)填(tian)(tian)時(shi)(shi)表(biao)(biao)土(tu)填(tian)(tian)底(di),回(hui)填(tian)(tian)完后槽面(mian)形(xing)成(cheng)龔(gong)(gong)廂(xiang),龔(gong)(gong)高5-8厘(li)(li)(li)(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi),同時(shi)(shi)修暢茶(cha)(cha)園的(de)溝(gou)渠,做(zuo)到小(xiao)雨能蓄,大雨能排。穴(xue)盤茶(cha)(cha)苗(miao)(miao)的(de)最(zui)適宜(yi)移(yi)栽(zai)(zai)(zai)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)是(shi)3月(yue)(yue)底(di)至4月(yue)(yue)中(zhong)(zhong)旬(xun),次適宜(yi)移(yi)栽(zai)(zai)(zai)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)是(shi)9月(yue)(yue)下旬(xun)至10月(yue)(yue)中(zhong)(zhong)旬(xun)。栽(zai)(zai)(zai)植(zhi)時(shi)(shi),以(yi)抽(chou)槽回(hui)填(tian)(tian)后的(de)龔(gong)(gong)廂(xiang)中(zhong)(zhong)心線(xian)(xian)為(wei)基線(xian)(xian),在(zai)其兩(liang)邊(bian)15厘(li)(li)(li)(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi)處(chu)用(yong)鋤(chu)頭(tou)掏兩(liang)條(tiao)小(xiao)定植(zhi)溝(gou)(雙行(xing)定植(zhi)),小(xiao)溝(gou)深5厘(li)(li)(li)(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi),寬以(yi)1鋤(chu)頭(tou)寬為(wei)宜(yi),盡量做(zuo)到即(ji)(ji)時(shi)(shi)開(kai)溝(gou)即(ji)(ji)時(shi)(shi)栽(zai)(zai)(zai)苗(miao)(miao),每(mei)窩(wo)兩(liang)棵茶(cha)(cha)苗(miao)(miao),定植(zhi)時(shi)(shi)每(mei)窩(wo)茶(cha)(cha)苗(miao)(miao)的(de)苗(miao)(miao)與苗(miao)(miao)之(zhi)間(jian)應保(bao)持4厘(li)(li)(li)(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi)的(de)距(ju)離(li)(li),防止互(hu)相(xiang)緊靠在(zai)一(yi)起影響其生長,每(mei)窩(wo)茶(cha)(cha)苗(miao)(miao)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)距(ju)離(li)(li)為(wei)40厘(li)(li)(li)(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi),栽(zai)(zai)(zai)在(zai)兩(liang)條(tiao)定植(zhi)溝(gou)的(de)茶(cha)(cha)苗(miao)(miao)要(yao)互(hu)呈三角形(xing)錯開(kai),這樣(yang)有利于茶(cha)(cha)苗(miao)(miao)的(de)地上(shang)部分和地下部分充分利用(yong)空間(jian),早日形(xing)成(cheng)豐產茶(cha)(cha)園。
②、幼齡茶園管(guan)理
幼齡茶園(yuan)是指樹齡在(zai)四(si)齡以(yi)前的(de)新建茶園(yuan),管(guan)理(li)的(de)重點是抗旱保苗(miao)、間(jian)苗(miao)補苗(miao)、合理(li)施肥、定(ding)型修剪、病(bing)蟲防治。
2.1 抗旱防(fang)凍保苗(miao)
茶苗(miao)移栽后,要(yao)保持茶園土壤濕潤。一周內無雨,要(yao)及(ji)時澆水抗(kang)旱保苗(miao)。最好(hao)在茶苗(miao)兩旁各(ge)30cm蓋草10cm厚,上壓碎土,既保水分又(you)防凍,還可防止雜草生(sheng)長。
2.2 補苗(miao)
新建茶園(yuan),一般均有不(bu)同程度的缺(que)(que)株,必須(xu)抓緊時間在(zai)建園(yuan)1-2年(nian)內將缺(que)(que)苗補齊,最(zui)好(hao)采用同齡茶苗補苗,補植(zhi)后(hou)要澆透水。
2.3 淺耕(geng)除草、施肥
茶苗移栽后在4月底前,進行第一次除草,用手(shou)拔除茶苗附近(jin)雜草;6月底至(zhi)8月上旬干旱(han)前,進行第二次和第三次淺耕除草,淺耕后淋施有(you)機水肥(fei)。
2.4 定型(xing)修(xiu)剪
2.4.1 第(di)一(yi)(yi)次(ci)定型(xing)修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian) 當移栽茶苗高(gao)達30cm以上(shang),莖粗3mm以上(shang)時(shi),在離地面15-20cm處留(liu)1-2個較(jiao)強分枝,剪(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)去頂端新梢。凡不符合第(di)一(yi)(yi)次(ci)定型(xing)修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)標(biao)準的茶苗不剪(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),留(liu)待次(ci)年,高(gao)度粗度達標(biao)準后再剪(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)時(shi)只(zhi)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)主枝,不剪(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)側枝,剪(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)口(kou)要平滑,剪(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)后留(liu)柄宜短。
2.4.2 第二次定型(xing)修剪(jian)(jian)(jian) 一般(ban)在上(shang)次修剪(jian)(jian)(jian)后一年(nian)進(jin)行(xing)。用整枝剪(jian)(jian)(jian)在第一次定型(xing)修剪(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)口上(shang)提高(gao)15-20cm,剪(jian)(jian)(jian)去(qu)上(shang)部(bu)枝梢,剪(jian)(jian)(jian)后茶(cha)樹高(gao)度為30-40cm。修剪(jian)(jian)(jian)時注意剪(jian)(jian)(jian)去(qu)內側(ce)芽(ya),保(bao)留外側(ce)芽(ya),以促使(shi)茶(cha)樹向外分枝伸展,同(tong)時剪(jian)(jian)(jian)去(qu)根頸處(chu)的(de)下垂枝及弱小分枝。
2.4.3 第三次(ci)(ci)(ci)定型修剪(jian)(jian) 一(yi)般在(zai)第二次(ci)(ci)(ci)定型修剪(jian)(jian)一(yi)年后進(jin)行(xing),若茶(cha)(cha)苗生(sheng)長勢(shi)旺盛也可(ke)提(ti)前(qian)。用籬剪(jian)(jian)在(zai)第二次(ci)(ci)(ci)剪(jian)(jian)口上(shang)提(ti)高10-15cm,即離地面(mian)40-55cm處水(shui)平(ping)剪(jian)(jian)除上(shang)部(bu)枝(zhi)梢,并用整枝(zhi)剪(jian)(jian)將根頸和樹蓬內的(de)(de)(de)下垂枝(zhi)、弱枝(zhi)剪(jian)(jian)去(qu),促(cu)進(jin)骨干枝(zhi)正常生(sheng)長。 2.5 茶(cha)(cha)園(yuan)鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)草(cao) 茶(cha)(cha)園(yuan)鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)草(cao)可(ke)以(yi)起到防止水(shui)土(tu)流(liu)失、蓄水(shui)抗旱(han)、保暖防凍、消滅某(mou)些頑固性雜(za)草(cao)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。在(zai)鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)草(cao)之前(qian),茶(cha)(cha)園(yuan)先進(jin)行(xing)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)除草(cao)、耕作(zuo)、施肥、灌溉等作(zuo)業,再用草(cao)覆(fu)蓋(gai)效果會(hui)更(geng)(geng)好。鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)草(cao)方法為行(xing)間全面(mian)滿鋪(pu)(pu)(pu),每畝(mu)用干草(cao)1噸以(yi)上(shang),稻草(cao)、麥桿、豆(dou)秸(jie)、油菜桿、留(liu)種綠肥的(de)(de)(de)莖桿及麥殼、豆(dou)殼、菜籽殼等更(geng)(geng)是良好的(de)(de)(de)覆(fu)蓋(gai)材料,泥炭(tan)、落葉、樹皮(pi)、木屑等也可(ke)利用。 ③、生(sheng)產(chan)茶(cha)(cha)園(yuan)管理
3.1 茶園施肥(fei)
3.1.1施(shi)(shi)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)原(yuan)則:重施(shi)(shi)基肥(fei)(fei)(fei),分期追(zhui)肥(fei)(fei)(fei),一基三追(zhui)/年。基肥(fei)(fei)(fei)以有(you)(you)機肥(fei)(fei)(fei)為(wei)主,并與無(wu)機肥(fei)(fei)(fei)配(pei)合(he)施(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong);追(zhui)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)以速(su)效性的氮肥(fei)(fei)(fei)為(wei)主,禁止使(shi)用(yong)(yong)硝態氮肥(fei)(fei)(fei)以及帶有(you)(you)氯元(yuan)素的無(wu)機肥(fei)(fei)(fei)料,農(nong)家肥(fei)(fei)(fei)要先腐熟并達到無(wu)公害化(hua)要求后方可使(shi)用(yong)(yong)。
3.1.2 施用時(shi)(shi)(shi)間: 基肥(fei)(fei)的(de)施用時(shi)(shi)(shi)期(qi):10月中旬到11月上旬期(qi)間施下(xia)。 追肥(fei)(fei)的(de)施用時(shi)(shi)(shi)期(qi):催芽肥(fei)(fei)一(yi)般在(zai)投采前15-20天左右施下(xia)為宜。春茶結(jie)束之后,依(yi)據土(tu)壤(rang)墑情、氣溫(wen)狀況及市場行情,必要時(shi)(shi)(shi)進行第二(er)次(ci)追肥(fei)(fei);夏茶結(jie)束后依(yi)據土(tu)壤(rang)墑情、降雨(yu)狀況,在(zai)氣溫(wen)開始回落時(shi)(shi)(shi)進行第三次(ci)追肥(fei)(fei),以提高秋茶產量。
3.1.3 施(shi)肥(fei)(fei)量: 基肥(fei)(fei)及其(qi)施(shi)用:幼齡茶(cha)園,畝施(shi)餅肥(fei)(fei)250公(gong)(gong)斤、過(guo)磷酸鈣(gai)25公(gong)(gong)斤、硫酸鉀15公(gong)(gong)斤;生產茶(cha)園,畝施(shi)餅肥(fei)(fei)200公(gong)(gong)斤、過(guo)磷酸鈣(gai)30公(gong)(gong)斤、硫酸鉀20公(gong)(gong)斤。 追肥(fei)(fei)及其(qi)施(shi)用:成齡茶(cha)園,每生產100斤干(gan)毛茶(cha)時,要歸(gui)還給茶(cha)園土壤(rang)10-15斤純氮,茶(cha)園全(quan)年3次(ci)追肥(fei)(fei)用肥(fei)(fei)比例(li):第1次(ci)追肥(fei)(fei):第2次(ci)追肥(fei)(fei):第3次(ci)追肥(fei)(fei)為(wei)40%:20%:30%。
3.1.4 施(shi)肥(fei)(fei)方法(fa) 基肥(fei)(fei):開(kai)(kai)溝(gou)埋施(shi),成齡茶(cha)園通常(chang)在茶(cha)叢邊緣垂直向下位置開(kai)(kai)溝(gou)施(shi)肥(fei)(fei),也可隔行開(kai)(kai)溝(gou),每年(nian)(nian)更(geng)換位置,一(yi)左一(yi)右,溝(gou)深20~30厘米;幼齡茶(cha)園按苗穴施(shi),施(shi)肥(fei)(fei)穴距根頸:1-2年(nian)(nian)生茶(cha)樹為5~10厘米,3-4年(nian)(nian)生茶(cha)樹為10~15厘米,深度(du)15~25厘米。 追(zhui)肥(fei)(fei):地面(mian)撒施(shi)或葉面(mian)噴(pen)施(shi)。
3.2 茶園耕(geng)鋤 茶園經過(guo)耕(geng)鋤能及時將雜(za)草(cao)翻(fan)埋于土壤(rang)中,避免(mian)雜(za)草(cao)與茶樹爭(zheng)水肥(fei),能增加土壤(rang)肥(fei)力,改良土壤(rang)理化性(xing)質(zhi)。
3.2.1淺(qian)(qian)耕:一年3-5次(ci)(ci)(ci),其中(zhong)必不(bu)可少的有3次(ci)(ci)(ci)。第一次(ci)(ci)(ci)淺(qian)(qian)耕在春茶開采(cai)前(2月(yue)中(zhong)旬)進行(xing)(xing),深度10-15厘(li)(li)米;第二(er)次(ci)(ci)(ci)淺(qian)(qian)耕在春茶結束后(hou)(5月(yue)中(zhong)旬)進行(xing)(xing),深度10厘(li)(li)米;第三次(ci)(ci)(ci)淺(qian)(qian)耕在夏茶結束后(hou)(7月(yue)上旬至8月(yue)上旬)進行(xing)(xing),深度7-8厘(li)(li)米。淺(qian)(qian)耕可與追肥結合進行(xing)(xing)。
3.2.2 深(shen)耕:在茶季(ji)基本結(jie)束時進(jin)行深(shen)耕。深(shen)耕要求達(da)20厘米(mi)(mi)以上,成齡生產茶園的深(shen)耕與施基肥結(jie)合進(jin)行,基肥溝深(shen)、寬(kuan)各30厘米(mi)(mi)左右。
3.3 茶樹(shu)修剪
3.3.1 輕修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian) 第(di)一次(ci)定型修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)一般在(zai)翌年(nian)的(de)3月(yue)(yue)進行,在(zai)茶(cha)(cha)樹離地15-20厘(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi)處剪(jian)(jian)(jian)去(qu)以上(shang)(shang)部分(fen),第(di)二、第(di)三次(ci)修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)均在(zai)上(shang)(shang)一次(ci)的(de)基礎上(shang)(shang)提高(gao)(gao)15-20厘(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi),經過(guo)3次(ci)修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)后(hou)(hou),茶(cha)(cha)蓬(peng)(peng)高(gao)(gao)度可達45-60厘(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi),以后(hou)(hou)通過(guo)輕修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)和(he)重修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)控制(zhi)茶(cha)(cha)蓬(peng)(peng)高(gao)(gao)度,培養茶(cha)(cha)蓬(peng)(peng)冠幅,成年(nian)茶(cha)(cha)園的(de)茶(cha)(cha)蓬(peng)(peng)一般高(gao)(gao)70厘(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi)、寬80-90厘(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi)左右。輕修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)時間在(zai)夏茶(cha)(cha)停采后(hou)(hou)的(de)6月(yue)(yue)中旬至7月(yue)(yue)上(shang)(shang)旬進行以及秋(qiu)茶(cha)(cha)結束后(hou)(hou)的(de)10月(yue)(yue)下旬至11月(yue)(yue)上(shang)(shang)旬進行,修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)方法(fa)是每次(ci)修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)在(zai)上(shang)(shang)次(ci)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)口上(shang)(shang)提高(gao)(gao)3-6cm,秋(qiu)茶(cha)(cha)后(hou)(hou)的(de)輕修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)宜(yi)輕不(bu)宜(yi)重,否則會推遲春茶(cha)(cha)開采期(qi),造(zao)成春茶(cha)(cha)減產(chan)。
3.3.2 深(shen)(shen)修(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian) 深(shen)(shen)修(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)一(yi)般在(zai)秋茶(cha)(cha)(cha)結(jie)束(shu)后進(jin)行,每隔3-5年進(jin)行一(yi)次深(shen)(shen)修(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian),剪(jian)(jian)(jian)去(qu)樹冠上(shang)部10-15cm以(yi)上(shang)的細弱枝(zhi)(zhi)條(tiao),再用整枝(zhi)(zhi)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)清(qing)除(chu)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)蓬中的弱枝(zhi)(zhi)、病枝(zhi)(zhi)、枯枝(zhi)(zhi)及下垂(chui)枝(zhi)(zhi)。為(wei)了減少(shao)當年經濟損失,也可在(zai)春(chun)(chun)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)結(jie)束(shu)后進(jin)行。剪(jian)(jian)(jian)后須留(liu)養(yang)一(yi)季春(chun)(chun)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)或夏茶(cha)(cha)(cha),才可采茶(cha)(cha)(cha)。
3.4 病蟲(chong)(chong)(chong)害(hai)防治(zhi) 以“預(yu)防為主,綜合(he)防治(zhi)”為原則。采用農業、物(wu)理、生(sheng)物(wu)防治(zhi)方(fang)(fang)法。一(yi)是(shi)對于(yu)(yu)茶(cha)毛蟲(chong)(chong)(chong)、茶(cha)蠶、大蓑(suo)蛾(e)、茶(cha)蓑(suo)蛾(e)等(deng)形(xing)體較(jiao)大,行(xing)動較(jiao)遲緩,容易發現(xian)、容易捕捉(zhuo)或群集性的(de)(de)害(hai)蟲(chong)(chong)(chong),均可(ke)(ke)采用人工捕殺的(de)(de)辦(ban)法;對于(yu)(yu)綠麗紋象等(deng)具(ju)有假死習性的(de)(de)害(hai)蟲(chong)(chong)(chong),在振落的(de)(de)同時,要(yao)用器具(ju)承接(jie);對于(yu)(yu)蛀(zhu)干害(hai)蟲(chong)(chong)(chong)可(ke)(ke)以刺殺;對于(yu)(yu)許多病害(hai)可(ke)(ke)以摘除(chu)病葉、剪除(chu)病枝或拔除(chu)病枝;對地(di)衣(yi)、苔鮮可(ke)(ke)于(yu)(yu)雨后用半圓形(xing)側(ce)口竹刀(dao)刮除(chu)。 二是(shi)采用每3-5畝面積掛(gua)一(yi)盞(zhan)頻(pin)振式殺蟲(chong)(chong)(chong)燈殺滅蛾(e)類;三(san)是(shi)每畝掛(gua)30-50張(zhang)粘蟲(chong)(chong)(chong)板(ban),降低害(hai)蟲(chong)(chong)(chong)危害(hai)指數;四是(shi)可(ke)(ke)根據害(hai)蟲(chong)(chong)(chong)種類,選用從茶(cha)尺(chi)蠖(huo)體內分離(li)的(de)(de)生(sheng)物(wu)農藥(yao)-茶(cha)尺(chi)蠖(huo)多角體病毒于(yu)(yu)春茶(cha)封園(yuan)、7月(yue)中旬(xun)全園(yuan)噴施兩次(ci)。在用農業防治(zhi)、物(wu)理、機(ji)械防治(zhi)和(he)生(sheng)物(wu)防治(zhi)三(san)種方(fang)(fang)法不能有效地(di)控制病蟲(chong)(chong)(chong)危害(hai)時,可(ke)(ke)以使(shi)用農藥(yao)進行(xing)化(hua)學防治(zhi),產地(di)茶(cha)園(yuan)使(shi)用的(de)(de)農藥(yao)必須符合(he)NY/T393-2013《綠色(se)食品 農藥(yao)使(shi)用準則》的(de)(de)規定(ding)。
3.5 鮮(xian)葉采摘(zhai)與(yu)裝運(yun)管理(li)
3.5.1 鮮葉采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)摘(zhai)技術 按標(biao)準(zhun)及時(shi)(shi)(shi)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai):春(chun)茶當蓬面有(you)5%-10%左(zuo)右的新(xin)稍達到采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)摘(zhai)標(biao)準(zhun)時(shi)(shi)(shi)開采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)。 分批多次采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai):在采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)摘(zhai)旺期要盡量(liang)爭取時(shi)(shi)(shi)間,把采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)摘(zhai)面上可(ke)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)的新(xin)稍采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)下 ,春(chun)茶每隔1-2天采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)一批次,夏、秋茶每隔3-5天采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)1次。采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)摘(zhai)提(ti)倡以采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)為(wei)主、采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)養(yang)結合、采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)高(gao)養(yang)低、采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)中養(yang)側的原(yuan)則。 留(liu)葉采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai):全年留(liu)魚葉或春(chun)夏茶留(liu)魚葉、秋茶留(liu)1葉采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)。 嚴(yan)格掌握好采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)摘(zhai)標(biao)準(zhun): 1)隨時(shi)(shi)(shi)注(zhu)(zhu)意(yi)茶樹(shu)梢生長(chang)動態,掌握季(ji)節,及時(shi)(shi)(shi)標(biao)準(zhun)開采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai); 2) 盡量(liang)在采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)摘(zhai)面上采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai),樹(shu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)夠高(gao)度(du),新(xin)梢不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)達標(biao)準(zhun)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai),留(liu)待(dai)下次采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai); 3) 采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)時(shi)(shi)(shi)注(zhu)(zhu)意(yi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)要傷(shang)芽(ya)葉,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)碎(sui)葉片,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)老葉; 4) 采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)下的芽(ya)葉不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能握在手(shou)中過緊,及時(shi)(shi)(shi)放入(ru)專用容器(qi)中,容器(qi)中的芽(ya)葉不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能擠壓,避免發熱,傷(shang)害葉質。 5) 每季(ji)開采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)時(shi)(shi)(shi)應盡量(liang)把采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)面的對夾(jia)葉采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)下。
3.5.2 采(cai)(cai)摘(zhai)方(fang)法 新(xin)生芽(ya)(ya)尖或一(yi)(yi)芽(ya)(ya)一(yi)(yi)葉采(cai)(cai)用(yong)折(zhe)采(cai)(cai);一(yi)(yi)芽(ya)(ya)二葉鮮葉采(cai)(cai)用(yong)提(ti)手(shou)采(cai)(cai)的采(cai)(cai)摘(zhai)方(fang)法。采(cai)(cai)摘(zhai)質量要求:芽(ya)(ya)葉完整、新(xin)鮮、勻(yun)凈,不(bu)帶蒂頭、茶(cha)果、老葉。
3.5.3 鮮(xian)(xian)葉(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)裝(zhuang)運
