董河(he)碧(bi)珍茶屬直條形綠茶,以(yi)一(yi)(yi)芽一(yi)(yi)葉(xie)或一(yi)(yi)芽二葉(xie)初展的鮮葉(xie)為(wei)原料,以(yi)特殊(shu)工藝(yi)加工制成。外形條索緊細,白毫(hao)顯露,均勻(yun)一(yi)(yi)致;葉(xie)底完(wan)整綠亮,顯芽均勻(yun);湯(tang)色嫩綠明亮,持久清香,爽口回甘,滋(zi)味綿長。
董(dong)(dong)河(he)碧珍茶產(chan)(chan)于湖(hu)(hu)北(bei)(bei)省(sheng)浠水(shui)縣散花鎮,生產(chan)(chan)地域范圍為散花鎮所轄的董(dong)(dong)河(he)村(cun)(cun)、天(tian)然寺村(cun)(cun)、天(tian)然寺林場(chang)、新(xin)廟村(cun)(cun)、沙(sha)洋湖(hu)(hu)村(cun)(cun)、月畈村(cun)(cun)、先豐村(cun)(cun)等七個行政村(cun)(cun)(場(chang))。產(chan)(chan)區地理坐標:北(bei)(bei)緯30o16′30〞-30o19′05〞,東(dong)經115o13′25〞-115o15′46〞。東(dong)、東(dong)北(bei)(bei)與(yu)湖(hu)(hu)北(bei)(bei)省(sheng)黃岡市蘄春縣接壤,北(bei)(bei)、西北(bei)(bei)與(yu)蘭溪(xi)鎮毗(pi)連(lian),南鄰浠水(shui)境內最大(da)淡水(shui)湖(hu)(hu)-策湖(hu)(hu),西與(yu)長江(jiang)相望。范圍內東(dong)西橫距(ju)(ju)12公(gong)里,南北(bei)(bei)縱(zong)距(ju)(ju)10公(gong)里,國土(tu)面積40.3平方千(qian)米,其中耕地總資(zi)源(yuan)面積560公(gong)頃(qing),常用(yong)耕地面積530公(gong)頃(qing),范圍內茶葉種植面積200公(gong)頃(qing),年產(chan)(chan)董(dong)(dong)河(he)碧珍茶150噸。
(1)感官特征 董河(he)碧珍茶屬(shu)直條形綠(lv)(lv)茶,以(yi)一(yi)芽(ya)一(yi)葉或一(yi)芽(ya)二葉初(chu)展的鮮葉為原料,以(yi)特殊工藝加工制成。外形條索緊細(xi),白毫(hao)顯露,均(jun)(jun)勻一(yi)致(zhi);葉底完整綠(lv)(lv)亮,顯芽(ya)均(jun)(jun)勻;湯色嫩綠(lv)(lv)明(ming)亮,持(chi)久清(qing)香,爽口回甘,滋味綿長。
(2)內在品質 董(dong)河碧珍茶內在品質特征突出,水浸出物(wu)≥40%,茶多酚≥16%,游離(li)氨基(ji)酸≥2.8%。

董河(he)碧珍(zhen)(zhen)茶(cha)生產地(di)(di)(di)(di)域地(di)(di)(di)(di)形地(di)(di)(di)(di)貌為(wei)山(shan)(shan)地(di)(di)(di)(di)、丘陵崗(gang)地(di)(di)(di)(di)、河(he)谷沖擊(ji)平地(di)(di)(di)(di)兼而(er)有之,東北部(bu)山(shan)(shan)地(di)(di)(di)(di)占(zhan)產地(di)(di)(di)(di)總(zong)(zong)面積的(de)(de)38.5%,中部(bu)丘陵崗(gang)地(di)(di)(di)(di)占(zhan)產地(di)(di)(di)(di)總(zong)(zong)面積的(de)(de)41.2%,西南(nan)部(bu)區(qu)(qu)河(he)谷沖擊(ji)平地(di)(di)(di)(di)占(zhan)產地(di)(di)(di)(di)總(zong)(zong)面積的(de)(de)20.3%。董河(he)碧珍(zhen)(zhen)茶(cha)種(zhong)植(zhi)區(qu)(qu)域在海拔600米以下(xia),產地(di)(di)(di)(di)分布在大(da)別山(shan)(shan)余脈蔣(jiang)家山(shan)(shan)南(nan)坡的(de)(de)青獅山(shan)(shan)周圍(wei),區(qu)(qu)域內山(shan)(shan)亙連綿,云(yun)霧繚繞,溪流縱(zong)橫交錯,茶(cha)園錯落其間,三(san)面環水(shui),西南(nan)瀕(bin)臨長江和(he)策(ce)湖,南(nan)北兩端有天然水(shui)庫、黃梅坳水(shui)庫,產地(di)(di)(di)(di)遠離城鎮(zhen)、村民生活區(qu)(qu)、工業區(qu)(qu)及交通要道,隔離條件好,自然生態環境獨特(te),無污染。
(2)土壤情況
董(dong)河碧珍茶生(sheng)產(chan)地(di)(di)域(yu)土(tu)壤質地(di)(di)較好,砂(sha)粘(zhan)合理(li),酸(suan)堿(jian)度(du)適中(zhong)。區(qu)域(yu)內(nei)黃棕(zong)壤土(tu)質占耕地(di)(di)面(mian)積的(de)93.2%,pH值在(zai)5.5-6.5之間的(de)土(tu)壤占耕地(di)(di)面(mian)積的(de)98.5%,無過酸(suan)過堿(jian)土(tu)壤。耕地(di)(di)土(tu)層深厚肥沃,保(bao)墑性(xing)、通(tong)氣(qi)和排水性(xing)良好,有機質含量較為豐(feng)富,有機質含量22.8g/kg以(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)的(de)地(di)(di)塊(kuai)(全(quan)縣(xian)平(ping)(ping)均水平(ping)(ping)21.0g/kg)占產(chan)區(qu)面(mian)積的(de)85%,土(tu)壤中(zhong)堿(jian)解氮大(da)于(yu)(yu) 95 mg/kg、速(su)效磷大(da)于(yu)(yu) 10.6 mg/kg、速(su)效鉀(jia)大(da)于(yu)(yu) 62 mg/kg,土(tu)壤中(zhong)礦物營養元素豐(feng)富,特別是錳(meng)含量達30mg/kg以(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)(全(quan)縣(xian)平(ping)(ping)均水平(ping)(ping)≤20mg/kg),鋅含量1.1mg/kg以(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)(全(quan)縣(xian)平(ping)(ping)均水平(ping)(ping)≤0.5mg/kg)。

董(dong)河碧珍茶(cha)產區內共有一條河流,兩座水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫,即董(dong)河、天然水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫、黃梅坳(ao)水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫,董(dong)河在地域內總(zong)長8.2千(qian)米,總(zong)流域面積95公頃,常年(nian)平均徑流量8600M3,豐水(shui)(shui)(shui)年(nian)達10400M3,天然水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫、黃梅坳(ao)水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫庫容分別(bie)為9500M3、7800M3,產區毗(pi)鄰長江,有浠水(shui)(shui)(shui)第一大(da)淡水(shui)(shui)(shui)湖-策湖月(yue)牙型環抱,茶(cha)園(yuan)(yuan)三面環水(shui)(shui)(shui),有豐富的水(shui)(shui)(shui)資源(yuan),加上(shang)多年(nian)興建的塘堰、排灌系(xi)統(tong)、茶(cha)園(yuan)(yuan)滴灌系(xi)統(tong),地域內茶(cha)園(yuan)(yuan)灌溉(gai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)基本能得到保證(zheng)。
(4)氣候情(qing)況
董河(he)碧珍茶(cha)(cha)(cha)產地(di)氣(qi)候屬亞(ya)熱帶大陸性季(ji)風氣(qi)候,氣(qi)候溫(wen)和、雨量(liang)充(chong)沛、光(guang)(guang)照充(chong)足、熱量(liang)比較豐富,光(guang)(guang)、熱、水(shui)(shui)基本同期。產區年均(jun)氣(qi)溫(wen)17.6℃,年平均(jun)降雨量(liang)1550毫米左右,年平均(jun)日(ri)照時數(shu)在1900-2000小(xiao)時之間,無霜期258天以上,高(gao)于、等于15℃初日(ri)至高(gao)于、等于20℃終(zhong)日(ri)80%保證率的(de)(de)日(ri)數(shu)140-146天,高(gao)于、等于10℃積(ji)溫(wen)5100-5390℃,產區山峰層巒疊嶂,受東南季(ji)風影響和策湖、長江以及茶(cha)(cha)(cha)園南北兩端水(shui)(shui)庫的(de)(de)龐(pang)大的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)體效應,產區冬(dong)季(ji)氣(qi)溫(wen)高(gao)于縣(xian)域其他地(di)方茶(cha)(cha)(cha)園。該區雨量(liang)充(chong)沛,云繞霧障,云霧、山崗形(xing)成了茶(cha)(cha)(cha)園的(de)(de)漫射光(guang)(guang),營(ying)造出了獨特的(de)(de)小(xiao)氣(qi)候,使(shi)董河(he)碧珍茶(cha)(cha)(cha)具獨特的(de)(de)風味品質,加之水(shui)(shui)體對氣(qi)溫(wen)的(de)(de)調(diao)節效應,冬(dong)季(ji)晝夜溫(wen)差小(xiao),茶(cha)(cha)(cha)葉可免(mian)遭凍害,均(jun)衡(heng)生長,充(chong)分積(ji)累(lei)營(ying)養,形(xing)成脆嫩品質。
(1)產地要求
董(dong)河碧珍茶產地(di)海拔高度在(zai)600米(mi)以(yi)(yi)下的南向坡地(di),土(tu)(tu)(tu)層深(shen)厚、土(tu)(tu)(tu)質(zhi)疏松,土(tu)(tu)(tu)壤(rang)呈微酸(suan)性最為適宜,水(shui)(shui)(shui)源(yuan)方(fang)便(bian)、充足,地(di)下水(shui)(shui)(shui)位在(zai)1米(mi)以(yi)(yi)下。要保證旱(han)能抗,澇能排。選擇地(di)勢比較平緩,環境開(kai)闊通風,相對集中連片的地(di)塊,以(yi)(yi)潮(chao)濕、肥(fei)沃的黃壤(rang)土(tu)(tu)(tu)為宜,土(tu)(tu)(tu)壤(rang)有(you)機質(zhi)含量要求在(zai)22g/kg以(yi)(yi)上;對滲漏(lou)較重,持(chi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)率差的粘質(zhi)土(tu)(tu)(tu)須(xu)進行改(gai)良,改(gai)善(shan)土(tu)(tu)(tu)壤(rang)結構(gou),提高土(tu)(tu)(tu)壤(rang)通氣、透水(shui)(shui)(shui)能力。
(2)品種選擇(ze)
董河碧(bi)珍茶應(ying)選擇適合本地(di)生態環(huan)境、抗寒耐旱性(xing)強、產(chan)量高、品質好的(de)品種(zhong),以(yi)鄂(e)茶系(xi)、本地(di)極早(zao)發種(zhong)為主,選定的(de)良種(zhong)經無性(xing)繁殖擴大種(zhong)苗規(gui)模(mo);建(jian)設茶園所用品種(zhong)應(ying)符合DB42/111-2002茶樹(shu)無性(xing)系(xi)良種(zhong)苗木的(de)要求(qiu)。
(3)生產過程(cheng)控制
為(wei)了保證董河(he)碧珍茶的品質特色,尤其(qi)要注意以下(xia)環節(jie):
①、整地種(zhong)植
采用(yong)(yong)(yong)雙(shuang)行雙(shuang)株條(tiao)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)模式,即(ji)大(da)行寬1.5米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),小(xiao)行寬0.3米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),叢(窩(wo))距0.4米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),每(mei)叢(窩(wo))2株,(茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)苗(miao)中間(jian)間(jian)隔4厘(li)(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)),畝用(yong)(yong)(yong)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)苗(miao)3500~4000株。建(jian)園(yuan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)依(yi)照(zhao)規(gui)劃(hua)劃(hua)線(xian),在(zai)小(xiao)行線(xian)內(nei)抽(chou)槽(cao),要求槽(cao)寬0.6米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),槽(cao)深0.5米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)。抽(chou)槽(cao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)將表土(tu)與底(di)(di)(di)土(tu)分(fen)(fen)開(kai)放在(zai)槽(cao)的(de)(de)(de)兩(liang)(liang)邊,便(bian)于(yu)回(hui)填(tian)時(shi)(shi)(shi)表土(tu)填(tian)底(di)(di)(di)。在(zai)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)苗(miao)定(ding)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)前3個月施(shi)底(di)(di)(di)肥(fei),每(mei)畝施(shi)入餅肥(fei)200公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)斤、過(guo)磷酸(suan)鈣30公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)斤、硫(liu)酸(suan)鉀20公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)斤,或農家肥(fei)500公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)斤、餅肥(fei)200公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)斤、過(guo)磷酸(suan)鈣50公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)斤,分(fen)(fen)層施(shi)肥(fei),分(fen)(fen)層回(hui)填(tian)掩埋(mai)肥(fei)料。春栽在(zai)秋(qiu)天準備,讓土(tu)壤(rang)“凍垡”,秋(qiu)栽在(zai)夏季準備,讓土(tu)壤(rang)“烤伏”。回(hui)填(tian)時(shi)(shi)(shi)表土(tu)填(tian)底(di)(di)(di),回(hui)填(tian)完后(hou)槽(cao)面形(xing)成(cheng)龔(gong)廂(xiang),龔(gong)高5-8厘(li)(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),同時(shi)(shi)(shi)修(xiu)暢(chang)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)園(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)溝(gou)渠(qu),做(zuo)(zuo)到小(xiao)雨(yu)能蓄,大(da)雨(yu)能排(pai)。穴盤茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)苗(miao)的(de)(de)(de)最(zui)適(shi)宜(yi)移(yi)栽時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)是3月底(di)(di)(di)至4月中旬(xun),次適(shi)宜(yi)移(yi)栽時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)是9月下(xia)旬(xun)至10月中旬(xun)。栽植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi)(shi)(shi),以(yi)抽(chou)槽(cao)回(hui)填(tian)后(hou)的(de)(de)(de)龔(gong)廂(xiang)中心線(xian)為(wei)基線(xian),在(zai)其兩(liang)(liang)邊15厘(li)(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)處用(yong)(yong)(yong)鋤(chu)頭(tou)掏兩(liang)(liang)條(tiao)小(xiao)定(ding)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)溝(gou)(雙(shuang)行定(ding)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)),小(xiao)溝(gou)深5厘(li)(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),寬以(yi)1鋤(chu)頭(tou)寬為(wei)宜(yi),盡(jin)量做(zuo)(zuo)到即(ji)時(shi)(shi)(shi)開(kai)溝(gou)即(ji)時(shi)(shi)(shi)栽苗(miao),每(mei)窩(wo)兩(liang)(liang)棵(ke)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)苗(miao),定(ding)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)每(mei)窩(wo)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)苗(miao)的(de)(de)(de)苗(miao)與苗(miao)之間(jian)應保持(chi)4厘(li)(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)的(de)(de)(de)距離,防止互相緊靠在(zai)一起(qi)影響(xiang)其生長(chang),每(mei)窩(wo)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)苗(miao)之間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)距離為(wei)40厘(li)(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),栽在(zai)兩(liang)(liang)條(tiao)定(ding)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)溝(gou)的(de)(de)(de)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)苗(miao)要互呈三角(jiao)形(xing)錯開(kai),這樣(yang)有利于(yu)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)苗(miao)的(de)(de)(de)地(di)上(shang)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)和地(di)下(xia)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)充分(fen)(fen)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)空(kong)間(jian),早日形(xing)成(cheng)豐產茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)園(yuan)。
②、幼齡茶園管理
幼齡(ling)(ling)茶園(yuan)是(shi)指樹齡(ling)(ling)在(zai)四齡(ling)(ling)以前的新建(jian)茶園(yuan),管理(li)的重點是(shi)抗旱保苗、間(jian)苗補(bu)苗、合理(li)施肥、定型修剪、病蟲(chong)防治。
2.1 抗旱防凍(dong)保苗
茶(cha)苗移栽后(hou),要保(bao)持(chi)茶(cha)園土(tu)壤(rang)濕(shi)潤(run)。一周內無雨(yu),要及時澆(jiao)水抗旱保(bao)苗。最好在(zai)茶(cha)苗兩旁各30cm蓋(gai)草(cao)10cm厚,上壓碎土(tu),既(ji)保(bao)水分(fen)又(you)防(fang)凍,還可防(fang)止(zhi)雜草(cao)生長(chang)。
2.2 補(bu)苗
新建(jian)茶園,一般均有不同程度的缺株,必須抓(zhua)緊(jin)時(shi)間在建(jian)園1-2年內將缺苗(miao)補齊,最(zui)好采用(yong)同齡(ling)茶苗(miao)補苗(miao),補植后(hou)要澆透水。
2.3 淺耕除(chu)草、施肥
茶(cha)苗移栽后在4月底前(qian),進行第(di)一次(ci)除草(cao),用手拔除茶(cha)苗附近雜草(cao);6月底至8月上旬干旱(han)前(qian),進行第(di)二(er)次(ci)和(he)第(di)三(san)次(ci)淺(qian)耕(geng)除草(cao),淺(qian)耕(geng)后淋施(shi)有機水肥。
2.4 定(ding)型修剪
2.4.1 第一(yi)次定型(xing)修(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian) 當(dang)移栽茶苗高(gao)達(da)30cm以上,莖粗3mm以上時,在離地面15-20cm處留1-2個較強分(fen)枝,剪(jian)(jian)(jian)去頂端(duan)新梢。凡不符合第一(yi)次定型(xing)修(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)標準的茶苗不剪(jian)(jian)(jian),留待(dai)次年,高(gao)度粗度達(da)標準后再(zai)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)。修(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)時只剪(jian)(jian)(jian)主枝,不剪(jian)(jian)(jian)側枝,剪(jian)(jian)(jian)口要平滑,剪(jian)(jian)(jian)后留柄宜短(duan)。
2.4.2 第二次定型(xing)修剪(jian) 一般(ban)在(zai)上次修剪(jian)后一年(nian)進(jin)行(xing)。用整枝(zhi)剪(jian)在(zai)第一次定型(xing)修剪(jian)的剪(jian)口上提(ti)高15-20cm,剪(jian)去(qu)上部枝(zhi)梢,剪(jian)后茶(cha)樹高度為30-40cm。修剪(jian)時(shi)注意剪(jian)去(qu)內側(ce)(ce)芽(ya),保留外側(ce)(ce)芽(ya),以促(cu)使茶(cha)樹向外分(fen)枝(zhi)伸展,同時(shi)剪(jian)去(qu)根(gen)頸處的下(xia)垂枝(zhi)及弱小分(fen)枝(zhi)。
2.4.3 第三(san)次(ci)定(ding)(ding)型修(xiu)剪(jian)(jian) 一(yi)般在第二次(ci)定(ding)(ding)型修(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)一(yi)年后進行,若茶(cha)(cha)苗(miao)生長(chang)(chang)勢旺盛也可提(ti)前(qian)。用籬(li)剪(jian)(jian)在第二次(ci)剪(jian)(jian)口(kou)上提(ti)高10-15cm,即離地面(mian)40-55cm處水(shui)平剪(jian)(jian)除上部枝(zhi)(zhi)梢(shao),并用整枝(zhi)(zhi)剪(jian)(jian)將根(gen)頸和樹蓬內的下垂枝(zhi)(zhi)、弱枝(zhi)(zhi)剪(jian)(jian)去,促進骨(gu)干枝(zhi)(zhi)正常生長(chang)(chang)。 2.5 茶(cha)(cha)園鋪(pu)(pu)草(cao)(cao) 茶(cha)(cha)園鋪(pu)(pu)草(cao)(cao)可以(yi)起到防(fang)止水(shui)土(tu)流失(shi)、蓄(xu)水(shui)抗(kang)旱、保暖(nuan)防(fang)凍、消滅某些頑固性雜草(cao)(cao)的目的。在鋪(pu)(pu)草(cao)(cao)之前(qian),茶(cha)(cha)園先進行一(yi)次(ci)除草(cao)(cao)、耕(geng)作、施(shi)肥、灌溉等作業,再用草(cao)(cao)覆蓋效果會更好(hao)。鋪(pu)(pu)草(cao)(cao)方(fang)法(fa)為行間全面(mian)滿鋪(pu)(pu),每(mei)畝(mu)用干草(cao)(cao)1噸以(yi)上,稻草(cao)(cao)、麥(mai)桿、豆秸、油菜桿、留種(zhong)綠肥的莖桿及麥(mai)殼(ke)、豆殼(ke)、菜籽(zi)殼(ke)等更是良好(hao)的覆蓋材料,泥炭、落葉、樹皮、木屑等也可利用。 ③、生產茶(cha)(cha)園管理
3.1 茶園施肥
3.1.1施肥(fei)(fei)原則:重施基(ji)(ji)肥(fei)(fei),分期(qi)追(zhui)肥(fei)(fei),一基(ji)(ji)三追(zhui)/年。基(ji)(ji)肥(fei)(fei)以有機(ji)(ji)肥(fei)(fei)為主,并(bing)與無(wu)機(ji)(ji)肥(fei)(fei)配(pei)合施用(yong)(yong);追(zhui)肥(fei)(fei)以速效(xiao)性的氮肥(fei)(fei)為主,禁止使(shi)用(yong)(yong)硝態(tai)氮肥(fei)(fei)以及(ji)帶(dai)有氯元素(su)的無(wu)機(ji)(ji)肥(fei)(fei)料,農(nong)家肥(fei)(fei)要先腐熟并(bing)達到無(wu)公害化要求后方可使(shi)用(yong)(yong)。
3.1.2 施(shi)用時間: 基肥的施(shi)用時期(qi):10月(yue)中(zhong)旬(xun)到(dao)11月(yue)上旬(xun)期(qi)間施(shi)下。 追(zhui)肥的施(shi)用時期(qi):催芽肥一般在投采(cai)前15-20天左右(you)施(shi)下為(wei)宜。春茶結(jie)束(shu)之后,依據(ju)土壤墑情、氣(qi)溫狀況(kuang)及市場(chang)行情,必要(yao)時進行第(di)二次(ci)追(zhui)肥;夏茶結(jie)束(shu)后依據(ju)土壤墑情、降雨狀況(kuang),在氣(qi)溫開始(shi)回落時進行第(di)三次(ci)追(zhui)肥,以(yi)提(ti)高秋茶產量。
3.1.3 施(shi)肥(fei)(fei)量: 基肥(fei)(fei)及其施(shi)用:幼齡茶(cha)(cha)(cha)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),畝(mu)施(shi)餅(bing)肥(fei)(fei)250公(gong)(gong)斤(jin)、過磷(lin)酸(suan)鈣25公(gong)(gong)斤(jin)、硫酸(suan)鉀(jia)15公(gong)(gong)斤(jin);生(sheng)產茶(cha)(cha)(cha)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),畝(mu)施(shi)餅(bing)肥(fei)(fei)200公(gong)(gong)斤(jin)、過磷(lin)酸(suan)鈣30公(gong)(gong)斤(jin)、硫酸(suan)鉀(jia)20公(gong)(gong)斤(jin)。 追肥(fei)(fei)及其施(shi)用:成齡茶(cha)(cha)(cha)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),每生(sheng)產100斤(jin)干毛茶(cha)(cha)(cha)時,要歸還給茶(cha)(cha)(cha)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)土壤(rang)10-15斤(jin)純氮,茶(cha)(cha)(cha)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)全年3次(ci)追肥(fei)(fei)用肥(fei)(fei)比例:第1次(ci)追肥(fei)(fei):第2次(ci)追肥(fei)(fei):第3次(ci)追肥(fei)(fei)為40%:20%:30%。
3.1.4 施(shi)(shi)肥(fei)(fei)方法 基(ji)肥(fei)(fei):開(kai)溝埋施(shi)(shi),成齡茶(cha)園通常在茶(cha)叢邊緣垂直向下位置開(kai)溝施(shi)(shi)肥(fei)(fei),也可隔行(xing)開(kai)溝,每年更換位置,一左一右,溝深(shen)20~30厘(li)米(mi);幼(you)齡茶(cha)園按苗穴施(shi)(shi),施(shi)(shi)肥(fei)(fei)穴距根頸:1-2年生茶(cha)樹為5~10厘(li)米(mi),3-4年生茶(cha)樹為10~15厘(li)米(mi),深(shen)度(du)15~25厘(li)米(mi)。 追肥(fei)(fei):地(di)面撒(sa)施(shi)(shi)或葉面噴施(shi)(shi)。
3.2 茶園耕(geng)鋤 茶園經過耕(geng)鋤能及時(shi)將雜(za)草翻埋于土壤中,避免雜(za)草與(yu)茶樹爭(zheng)水肥(fei),能增加(jia)土壤肥(fei)力,改良土壤理化性質。
3.2.1淺(qian)(qian)(qian)耕(geng)(geng):一年3-5次(ci)(ci),其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)必不可少的有3次(ci)(ci)。第一次(ci)(ci)淺(qian)(qian)(qian)耕(geng)(geng)在春(chun)茶開(kai)采(cai)前(2月(yue)中(zhong)(zhong)旬(xun))進(jin)行,深(shen)度10-15厘(li)米;第二次(ci)(ci)淺(qian)(qian)(qian)耕(geng)(geng)在春(chun)茶結(jie)束后(hou)(hou)(5月(yue)中(zhong)(zhong)旬(xun))進(jin)行,深(shen)度10厘(li)米;第三次(ci)(ci)淺(qian)(qian)(qian)耕(geng)(geng)在夏(xia)茶結(jie)束后(hou)(hou)(7月(yue)上旬(xun)至8月(yue)上旬(xun))進(jin)行,深(shen)度7-8厘(li)米。淺(qian)(qian)(qian)耕(geng)(geng)可與追肥結(jie)合進(jin)行。
3.2.2 深(shen)(shen)耕:在(zai)茶(cha)季(ji)基(ji)本結束(shu)時(shi)進(jin)行(xing)深(shen)(shen)耕。深(shen)(shen)耕要求達(da)20厘(li)米(mi)以(yi)上(shang),成齡生產茶(cha)園的深(shen)(shen)耕與施基(ji)肥結合(he)進(jin)行(xing),基(ji)肥溝(gou)深(shen)(shen)、寬各30厘(li)米(mi)左右。
3.3 茶樹修剪(jian)
3.3.1 輕(qing)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian) 第一次(ci)定型修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)一般在翌年的(de)3月(yue)(yue)進行,在茶(cha)(cha)(cha)樹離地15-20厘米(mi)處剪(jian)去以上(shang)部分(fen),第二、第三次(ci)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)均在上(shang)一次(ci)的(de)基礎上(shang)提(ti)高(gao)15-20厘米(mi),經過3次(ci)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)后(hou)(hou),茶(cha)(cha)(cha)蓬高(gao)度可達45-60厘米(mi),以后(hou)(hou)通(tong)過輕(qing)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)和重修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)控制茶(cha)(cha)(cha)蓬高(gao)度,培養茶(cha)(cha)(cha)蓬冠幅,成年茶(cha)(cha)(cha)園的(de)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)蓬一般高(gao)70厘米(mi)、寬80-90厘米(mi)左(zuo)右。輕(qing)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)時間在夏茶(cha)(cha)(cha)停采(cai)后(hou)(hou)的(de)6月(yue)(yue)中旬(xun)至(zhi)7月(yue)(yue)上(shang)旬(xun)進行以及(ji)秋(qiu)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)結束后(hou)(hou)的(de)10月(yue)(yue)下(xia)旬(xun)至(zhi)11月(yue)(yue)上(shang)旬(xun)進行,修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)方(fang)法是每次(ci)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)在上(shang)次(ci)剪(jian)口上(shang)提(ti)高(gao)3-6cm,秋(qiu)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)后(hou)(hou)的(de)輕(qing)修(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)宜(yi)(yi)輕(qing)不宜(yi)(yi)重,否則會推遲春茶(cha)(cha)(cha)開采(cai)期,造成春茶(cha)(cha)(cha)減產。
3.3.2 深修剪 深修剪一般在秋(qiu)茶(cha)(cha)結束后(hou)進(jin)行(xing),每(mei)隔3-5年(nian)進(jin)行(xing)一次(ci)深修剪,剪去樹冠(guan)上部10-15cm以上的(de)細弱(ruo)枝(zhi)(zhi)條,再(zai)用整枝(zhi)(zhi)剪清除茶(cha)(cha)蓬中的(de)弱(ruo)枝(zhi)(zhi)、病枝(zhi)(zhi)、枯枝(zhi)(zhi)及下垂枝(zhi)(zhi)。為(wei)了(le)減少當(dang)年(nian)經濟損失(shi),也(ye)可在春茶(cha)(cha)結束后(hou)進(jin)行(xing)。剪后(hou)須留養一季春茶(cha)(cha)或(huo)夏茶(cha)(cha),才可采(cai)茶(cha)(cha)。
3.4 病(bing)蟲害(hai)防(fang)治(zhi) 以“預防(fang)為(wei)主,綜合(he)防(fang)治(zhi)”為(wei)原則(ze)。采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)農(nong)業、物理(li)、生物防(fang)治(zhi)方法(fa)(fa)。一(yi)是(shi)對于(yu)茶(cha)(cha)毛蟲、茶(cha)(cha)蠶、大蓑(suo)蛾、茶(cha)(cha)蓑(suo)蛾等(deng)(deng)形體較大,行動(dong)較遲緩,容易發現、容易捕捉或群集性的(de)害(hai)蟲,均可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)工捕殺(sha)的(de)辦法(fa)(fa);對于(yu)綠(lv)(lv)麗紋象等(deng)(deng)具有(you)假死習性的(de)害(hai)蟲,在(zai)振落的(de)同時,要用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)器具承接;對于(yu)蛀干害(hai)蟲可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)以刺殺(sha);對于(yu)許多(duo)病(bing)害(hai)可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)以摘除(chu)病(bing)葉、剪除(chu)病(bing)枝或拔除(chu)病(bing)枝;對地衣、苔鮮可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)于(yu)雨后用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)半圓形側口竹刀(dao)刮(gua)除(chu)。 二是(shi)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)每3-5畝(mu)(mu)面積掛(gua)一(yi)盞頻振式殺(sha)蟲燈殺(sha)滅蛾類;三是(shi)每畝(mu)(mu)掛(gua)30-50張粘蟲板,降低害(hai)蟲危害(hai)指數;四是(shi)可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)根據害(hai)蟲種(zhong)類,選用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)從茶(cha)(cha)尺蠖體內分(fen)離的(de)生物農(nong)藥(yao)(yao)-茶(cha)(cha)尺蠖多(duo)角(jiao)體病(bing)毒于(yu)春(chun)茶(cha)(cha)封園、7月(yue)中旬全園噴施兩次。在(zai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)農(nong)業防(fang)治(zhi)、物理(li)、機(ji)械防(fang)治(zhi)和生物防(fang)治(zhi)三種(zhong)方法(fa)(fa)不(bu)能有(you)效(xiao)地控制病(bing)蟲危害(hai)時,可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)以使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)農(nong)藥(yao)(yao)進行化學防(fang)治(zhi),產地茶(cha)(cha)園使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)農(nong)藥(yao)(yao)必(bi)須(xu)符合(he)NY/T393-2013《綠(lv)(lv)色(se)食品(pin) 農(nong)藥(yao)(yao)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)準則(ze)》的(de)規定。
3.5 鮮葉采(cai)摘(zhai)與裝(zhuang)運管理(li)

3.5.2 采(cai)(cai)摘方(fang)法(fa) 新(xin)生芽尖或一(yi)芽一(yi)葉采(cai)(cai)用折采(cai)(cai);一(yi)芽二葉鮮葉采(cai)(cai)用提手采(cai)(cai)的采(cai)(cai)摘方(fang)法(fa)。采(cai)(cai)摘質量(liang)要求:芽葉完整、新(xin)鮮、勻凈(jing),不(bu)帶蒂頭、茶果(guo)、老(lao)葉。
