2、看產地:好(hao)(hao)(hao)果(guo)(guo)汁,種(zhong)出來。用好(hao)(hao)(hao)產地的水果(guo)(guo)制成的果(guo)(guo)汁自然比一般的要好(hao)(hao)(hao)很多。口味一好(hao)(hao)(hao),自然不(bu)會添(tian)加(jia)過多的食(shi)品添(tian)加(jia)劑(ji)。如果(guo)(guo)果(guo)(guo)汁原料來自好(hao)(hao)(hao)的產地,一般生產商都樂意在瓶標上明(ming)示,比如農夫(fu)果(guo)(guo)園標明(ming)其番茄、胡蘿卜來自新疆、橙子來自巴西(xi)和江西(xi)安遠。
3、看沉淀(dian)(dian)(dian):有(you)沉淀(dian)(dian)(dian),好果(guo)汁(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。有(you)沉淀(dian)(dian)(dian)的果(guo)汁(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)說(shuo)明(ming)生產商(shang)在生產過程中保(bao)留了水果(guo)中的纖維素(su),而(er)纖維素(su)對人(ren)(ren)體是非常有(you)利的。因此有(you)沉淀(dian)(dian)(dian)的果(guo)汁(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)一(yi)般(ban)比無沉淀(dian)(dian)(dian)的果(guo)汁(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)更適合人(ren)(ren)體飲(yin)用,需要“喝前搖一(yi)搖”。
4、看成色:越醇厚(hou),越天(tian)然(ran)。剛生產的果汁顏色鮮(xian)艷是(shi)正常的,放置很(hen)久之(zhi)后顏色就(jiu)變得醇厚(hou),有質感,透(tou)明度和艷麗度會降低。如(ru)果依然(ran)是(shi)鮮(xian)艷的有可(ke)能是(shi)添加了護色劑和防(fang)腐劑,建(jian)議消費(fei)者飲(yin)用時(shi)要(yao)謹慎。
