干煸菜花的做法:
【主料】:菜花(hua)350克
【輔料】:紅尖椒(jiao)適(shi)(shi)(shi)量(liang)(liang),植物(wu)油適(shi)(shi)(shi)量(liang)(liang),鹽適(shi)(shi)(shi)量(liang)(liang),生姜適(shi)(shi)(shi)量(liang)(liang),大蒜適(shi)(shi)(shi)量(liang)(liang),花椒(jiao)適(shi)(shi)(shi)量(liang)(liang),醬油適(shi)(shi)(shi)量(liang)(liang)
步驟:
1.生姜,蒜瓣切片,紅尖椒切條(tiao)
2.菜花(hua)洗凈后撕(si)成(cheng)小(xiao)朵
3.炒(chao)鍋里倒入(ru)植物油,油熱后(hou)放入(ru)菜花煸炒(chao)至菜花邊緣焦糊,盛出備(bei)用
4.炒(chao)(chao)鍋里另倒入植(zhi)物油,油熱后(hou)放入花椒(jiao)、姜片、蒜片炒(chao)(chao)香
5.炒(chao)(chao)香后,倒入紅椒條,炒(chao)(chao)出辣味(wei)
6.倒(dao)入菜花,調入精(jing)鹽,倒(dao)入少許的醬油,炒勻(yun)即可(ke)
