一、電力電纜是什么電纜
(一)定義
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜是用于傳輸和分(fen)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜常用于城市地(di)下(xia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網、發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站引出線(xian)路、工礦企業內部供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)及(ji)過(guo)江海水(shui)下(xia)輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)。
(二)分類
1、按電壓等級分
按(an)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓等級可分(fen)為(wei)中、低壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(35千伏及以下)、高(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(110千伏以上)、超高(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(275~800千伏)以及特高(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(1000千伏及以上)。此外(wai),還(huan)可按(an)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流制分(fen)為(wei)交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)和直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)。
2、按絕緣材料分
(1)油(you)浸紙絕緣電力電纜(lan)
以油(you)浸紙(zhi)作絕緣的電(dian)力電(dian)纜。其應用(yong)歷史最長(chang)。它(ta)安全可靠,使(shi)用(yong)壽(shou)命長(chang),價格低廉。主要缺(que)點是敷(fu)設受落差(cha)限制。自從開發出不滴流浸紙(zhi)絕緣后(hou),解決了落差(cha)限制問題,使(shi)油(you)浸紙(zhi)絕緣電(dian)纜得以繼續廣泛應用(yong)。
(2)塑料絕緣電力電纜
絕緣層為擠壓(ya)塑(su)料(liao)(liao)的電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜(lan)。常用的塑(su)料(liao)(liao)有聚氯(lv)乙烯(xi)、聚乙烯(xi)、交聯聚乙烯(xi)。塑(su)料(liao)(liao)電(dian)纜(lan)結構簡(jian)單,制造(zao)加工方便,重量輕(qing),敷設(she)安裝方便,不受(shou)敷設(she)落差限制。因此廣泛應用作中(zhong)低壓(ya)電(dian)纜(lan),并(bing)有取代粘性浸漬油紙電(dian)纜(lan)的趨勢。
(3)橡皮絕緣電(dian)力電(dian)纜
絕緣(yuan)層為橡膠加上(shang)各種配合劑,經過充(chong)分(fen)混煉后擠(ji)包在導電線芯(xin)上(shang),經過加溫硫化而成。它(ta)柔軟,富有彈性,適合于移動頻(pin)繁、敷設彎曲半徑小的場合。
(三)特點
1、占地更小
傳統的電力電纜更多的(de)(de)出現在地(di)面(mian)(mian)上(shang),形(xing)成(cheng)了蜘蛛網的(de)(de)形(xing)式(shi),很是影響我(wo)們(men)的(de)(de)生活,同(tong)時(shi)也不美觀。而今的(de)(de)電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜更多的(de)(de)埋于地(di)下,所以(yi)有(you)效(xiao)的(de)(de)節(jie)省了地(di)面(mian)(mian)上(shang)的(de)(de)空間,同(tong)時(shi)也更為美觀。

3、電擊可能性小
電(dian)纜線路(lu)敷設(she)于(yu)地下,無論發(fa)生何種故(gu)障,由于(yu)帶電(dian)部(bu)分(fen)在接地屏蔽部(bu)分(fen)內,只會造(zao)成跳(tiao)閘,不會傷害人畜,比較安全。
4、分布電容較大
選作電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜的(de)(de)導電(dian)(dian)線芯的(de)(de)材(cai)料都是具有(you)(you)極高導電(dian)(dian)性的(de)(de),并且(qie)電(dian)(dian)纜內部一般會有(you)(you)多根導電(dian)(dian)線芯,就單位長度的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜與同一截面(mian)的(de)(de)架空線相比,電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)容量也(ye)要大一點。
5、維護工作量少
電(dian)纜(lan)線路在地下,一(yi)般情(qing)況(充油(you)電(dian)纜(lan)線路除外)只需定(ding)期進行路面觀察防(fang)止外損(sun)及(ji)2~3年(nian)做(zuo)一(yi)次預(yu)防(fang)性(xing)試驗即可(ke)。
6、觸電可能性小
電(dian)力電(dian)纜的導電(dian)線芯外包(bao)裹了絕緣層(ceng)(ceng)、屏蔽層(ceng)(ceng)和保護(hu)層(ceng)(ceng),層(ceng)(ceng)層(ceng)(ceng)保護(hu)再加(jia)上它的鋪設方式可以減緩(huan)線路老(lao)化(hua)速(su)度,對(dui)其造成破損(sun)的可能性也比較小(xiao),發生電(dian)擊的可能性就會(hui)相應降低。
(四)用途
電力電纜(lan)常用于城市(shi)地下(xia)電網、發電站引出線路、工礦企業內部供(gong)電及過(guo)江(jiang)海水下(xia)輸(shu)電線。
二、電力電纜和控制電纜的區別
1、電力電纜主要用于電力系統中主干線電能傳輸,其電壓一般在0.6/1kv以上;而控制電纜主要用于電器設備的(de)電(dian)源連接(jie),其電(dian)壓在450/740V。從外表上來看(kan),電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)截面較大(da),護套更厚。比如說(shuo)電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)規格(ge)可大(da)到500平(ping)方,而(er)控制電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)規格(ge)一般不會大(da)于10平(ping)方。
2、電力電纜(lan)和控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)電纜(lan)屬于(yu)兩種不(bu)同類(lei)型的(de)(de)(de)電線產品,其(qi)執行標(biao)(biao)準也不(bu)同。通常(chang)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)電纜(lan)是(shi)按照9330標(biao)(biao)準執行生(sheng)產的(de)(de)(de),而電力電纜(lan)是(shi)按照GB12706標(biao)(biao)準執行生(sheng)產的(de)(de)(de)。如果(guo)從電纜(lan)芯(xin)數來比(bi)較,控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)電纜(lan)的(de)(de)(de)芯(xin)數更多,多達61芯(xin);電力電纜(lan)的(de)(de)(de)芯(xin)數大多為5芯(xin)及以下。
