4.一(yi)小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)后,將(jiang)奶(nai)凍(dong)從冰箱拿(na)出,切(qie)成小(xiao)(xiao)塊。這時(shi)的奶(nai)凍(dong)比較軟韌好切(qie);
5.將低粉、泡(pao)打粉和水調和成順滑黏稠(chou)的面糊;
6.大(da)火加熱(re)奶(nai)(nai)鍋中(zhong)的油(you)(you)至(zhi)7成熱(re),轉小火,將奶(nai)(nai)塊放(fang)在面糊(hu)中(zhong)蘸一層,然后(hou)放(fang)在油(you)(you)鍋中(zhong)小火慢炸(zha),至(zhi)外皮(pi)變硬、表面微(wei)微(wei)發黃即可撈出(chu)。撈出(chu)后(hou),放(fang)廚房(fang)紙巾上(shang)吸去多余的油(you)(you)分即可。
