哈密(mi)(mi)瓜(gua)(gua)(gua),是(shi)甜(tian)(tian)瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)的一(yi)個轉變。又名雪瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)、貢瓜(gua)(gua)(gua),是(shi)一(yi)類優良(liang)甜(tian)(tian)瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)品(pin)(pin)種,果(guo)(guo)型圓形(xing)或卵圓形(xing),出(chu)產(chan)于(yu)新(xin)疆。味甜(tian)(tian),果(guo)(guo)實大,以哈密(mi)(mi)所產(chan)最為(wei)(wei)著名,故稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)哈密(mi)(mi)瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)。因為(wei)(wei)味道甜(tian)(tian)美。早熟(shu)的品(pin)(pin)種主要有黃旦子、納西(xi)甘、一(yi)包糖、包孜可(ke)口奇(qi)、石甜(tian)(tian)401等,其特(te)點(dian)(dian)是(shi)皮(pi)(pi)薄肉(rou)細(xi),香(xiang)味濃郁。中熟(shu)品(pin)(pin)種主要有紅心脆(cui)多汁(zhi)、肉(rou)厚細(xi)膩、清香(xiang)爽口而博(bo)得人(ren)們(men)喜愛。晚熟(shu)品(pin)(pin)種主要有黑眉毛(mao)密(mi)(mi)極干、青麻皮(pi)(pi)密(mi)(mi)極干、炮臺紅、青皮(pi)(pi)紅肉(rou)、青皮(pi)(pi)冬瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)、黃皮(pi)(pi)白肉(rou)可(ke)口奇(qi)等。“黑眉毛(mao)”、“青麻皮(pi)(pi)”的特(te)點(dian)(dian)是(shi)瓜(gua)(gua)(gua)肉(rou)呈淡(dan)青色,儲藏后肉(rou)質由脆(cui)硬,逐漸變得綿軟多汁(zhi)、甜(tian)(tian)爽而又醇香(xiang)。
