中(zhong)山松(song)醪酒是河北(bei)省保(bao)定(ding)(ding)市(shi)定(ding)(ding)州市(shi)的特產(chan)。中(zhong)山松(song)醪酒以黃米為主料,外加三(san)七、黨參、杏仁等名貴中(zhong)藥,利(li)用黑龍泉(quan)天(tian)然礦(kuang)泉(quan)水釀(niang)制而成,被譽為“液(ye)體(ti)蛋糕”,具有一定(ding)(ding)的保(bao)健功效(xiao)。
松(song)(song)醪酒本是一種酒的品類,有(you)如黃酒、白酒一般,產地、釀造工藝皆有(you)不同(tong)傳承。中山(shan)松(song)(song)醪酒之(zhi)所以獨享盛(sheng)名,卻是源(yuan)于宋(song)代(dai)名家蘇東(dong)坡的一首《中山(shan)松(song)(song)醪賦》。
北宋哲宗年間,蘇(su)東坡(po)出任定州(zhou)太守(shou)。由于愛飲松醪(lao)酒(jiu)(jiu),蘇(su)東坡(po)根據當地(di)(di)的(de)(de)松醪(lao)酒(jiu)(jiu)釀(niang)造工(gong)藝,親自(zi)收集材料(liao),以(yi)當地(di)(di)的(de)(de)黑龍泉水自(zi)釀(niang)松醪(lao)酒(jiu)(jiu)。由于中(zhong)山國曾(ceng)定都(dou)于定州(zhou),所以(yi)蘇(su)東坡(po)便(bian)把(ba)自(zi)己在定州(zhou)釀(niang)制的(de)(de)酒(jiu)(jiu)稱(cheng)為(wei)“中(zhong)山松醪(lao)酒(jiu)(jiu)”。
后來(lai),蘇東坡作《中(zhong)山松醪(lao)賦(fu)》,贊(zan)美(mei)松醪(lao)酒(jiu)“味甘(gan)余之(zhi)小苦,嘆(tan)幽(you)姿之(zhi)獨高,知甘(gan)酸之(zhi)易壞(huai),笑涼州之(zhi)葡萄”。其(qi)賦(fu)成為中(zhong)國書(shu)法史上的傳世(shi)之(zhi)作,中(zhong)山松醪(lao)酒(jiu)的美(mei)名也(ye)隨之(zhi)傳遍(bian)四(si)方。
中山松醪酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)液金黃(huang)(huang)誘人,低度幽香,介于黃(huang)(huang)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)和白(bai)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)之(zhi)間。它(ta)不(bu)是白(bai)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu),更不(bu)是黃(huang)(huang)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)、果(guo)(guo)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)或(huo)保健酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu),但它(ta)具備了當今酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)類市場中各種主(zhu)要酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)種的優(you)點(dian),即白(bai)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)的陽剛之(zhi)氣,黃(huang)(huang)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)的營(ying)養價值,果(guo)(guo)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)的陰(yin)柔之(zhi)美,且兼具白(bai)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)、黃(huang)(huang)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)、果(guo)(guo)酒(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)的風格特點(dian),冬飲可加熱,夏飲可加冰。
