形態特征
白果(guo)為銀杏科(ke)植物銀杏Ginkgo biloba L.除去(qu)肉質(zhi)外(wai)種(zhong)皮(pi)(pi)的(de)種(zhong)子(zi)。銀杏:落葉(xie)喬木,高可達40米(mi)(mi)。樹(shu)干直立(li),樹(shu)皮(pi)(pi)灰色(se)(se)。枝(zhi)(zhi)有(you)長短(duan)兩種(zhong),葉(xie)在短(duan)枝(zhi)(zhi)上(shang)(shang)簇生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),在長枝(zhi)(zhi)上(shang)(shang)互生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)或(huo)螺旋狀(zhuang)散生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)于(yu)長枝(zhi)(zhi),扇形(xing),長4~8厘(li)米(mi)(mi),寬5~10厘(li)米(mi)(mi),上(shang)(shang)緣(yuan)淺波狀(zhuang),先端中間2淺裂(lie)或(huo)深裂(lie),基部楔(xie)形(xing),葉(xie)脈平行,脈叉(cha)狀(zhuang)分(fen)歧;葉(xie)柄(bing)長2.5~7厘(li)米(mi)(mi)。花(hua)單性,雌(ci)雄異株,與葉(xie)同時開放;雄花(hua)呈下垂的(de)短(duan)柔荑花(hua)序,4~6個(ge)(ge)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)于(yu)短(duan)枝(zhi)(zhi)上(shang)(shang)的(de)葉(xie)腋(ye)內或(huo)苞腋(ye),有(you)多數雄蕊,花(hua)藥2室,生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)于(yu)短(duan)柄(bing)的(de)頂端;雌(ci)花(hua)每2~3個(ge)(ge)聚(ju)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)于(yu)短(duan)枝(zhi)(zhi)上(shang)(shang),每花(hua)有(you)一長柄(bing),柄(bing)端兩叉(cha),各生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)1心皮(pi)(pi),胚珠附生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)于(yu)上(shang)(shang),通常僅1個(ge)(ge)胚珠發育成熟(shu)。種(zhong)子(zi)核果(guo)狀(zhuang),倒卵(luan)形(xing)或(huo)橢圓形(xing),長2.5~3厘(li)米(mi)(mi),淡黃(huang)色(se)(se),被白粉(fen)狀(zhuang)蠟質(zhi);外(wai)種(zhong)皮(pi)(pi)肉質(zhi),有(you)白粉(fen),有(you)臭氣,熟(shu)時橙(cheng)黃(huang)色(se)(se);內種(zhong)皮(pi)(pi)灰白色(se)(se),骨質(zhi),兩側有(you)棱邊;胚乳豐富,子(zi)葉(xie)2。花(hua)期4~5月(yue)(yue)。果(guo)期7~10月(yue)(yue)。其根(gen)或(huo)根(gen)皮(pi)(pi)(白果(guo)根(gen))、樹(shu)皮(pi)(pi)(白果(guo)樹(shu)皮(pi)(pi))、葉(xie)(白果(guo)葉(xie))亦供藥用。
果大(粒重2.1-3.13克),殼薄(殼厚0.30-0.47mm),出核率高(平均(jun)26%以上),出仁率高(出仁率78.4-85.1%),仁飽滿(man)(采收后殼仁無空(kong)隙(xi)),漿水足,種殼結構細密(mi)(最大孔(kong)隙(xi)徑:1.0μm~3.5μm;平均(jun)單位面(mian)積孔(kong)隙(xi)數(shu):5-9個20μm×20μm;孔(kong)隙(xi)占總面(mian)積5.0%~8.0%),糯性(xing)強,貯藏期長(常規(gui)可(ke)貯5個月),其(qi)品質為中國之冠(guan)。
生長環境
據(ju)《中國銀(yin)杏(xing)(xing)》記載,銀(yin)杏(xing)(xing)的(de)水平(ping)(ping)分布大體(ti)是在北緯22-42度(du)(du),東經(jing)97-124度(du)(du)之間,年(nian)平(ping)(ping)均氣(qi)溫(wen)14-18℃,絕對最低氣(qi)溫(wen)不低于負20℃的(de)氣(qi)候(hou)區范圍內(nei),生(sheng)長良好(hao)。泰(tai)興位(wei)于東經(jing)119°54′05″~120°21′56″,北緯31°58′12″~32°23′05″,年(nian)平(ping)(ping)均氣(qi)溫(wen)15.9℃,與日本銀(yin)杏(xing)(xing)主(zhu)產(chan)區九州處(chu)于同一(yi)緯度(du)(du),為銀(yin)杏(xing)(xing)生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)最佳地帶。特(te)殊的(de)生(sheng)態環(huan)境,加之幾百年(nian)的(de)栽培歷(li)史,積(ji)累了豐富的(de)栽培經(jing)驗,培育了優良品質的(de)泰(tai)興白果(guo)。到2009年(nian),該(gai)市銀(yin)杏(xing)(xing)品種(zhong)(zhong)有大佛指(zhi)、七星果(guo)、扁(bian)佛指(zhi)、龍眼(yan)等4種(zhong)(zhong),其(qi)中大佛指(zhi)(即泰(tai)興白果(guo))占99%以上,是公(gong)認的(de)果(guo)用優良品種(zhong)(zhong)。
分布范圍
中國(guo)大(da)部分地(di)區有(you)(you)栽培,為中國(guo)特有(you)(you)樹種。浙江(jiang)天目山有(you)(you)野生,中國(guo)各地(di)廣(guang)為栽培。主產區江(jiang)蘇(su)(su)、廣(guang)西(xi)、四(si)川、河南、山東(dong)、湖北、遼寧等。以江(jiang)蘇(su)(su)泰興大(da)佛指產品為最佳,銷往(wang)中國(guo)各地(di),并出口。
