一、電源時序器和電源控制器的區別
1、電源時序器

2、電源控制器

二、如何挑選電源時序器
1、穩壓性
時(shi)序器穩定運行(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)是系(xi)統可靠的(de)(de)前(qian)提,時(shi)序器經常不開(kai)機,或(huo)時(shi)不時(shi)有(you)一兩個通(tong)道不開(kai),這樣再好系(xi)統都白搭。除(chu)本身運行(xing)(xing)可靠外,還需要(yao)有(you)一定的(de)(de)抗(kang)干(gan)擾(rao)能(neng)力(li),對時(shi)序沖擊的(de)(de)干(gan)擾(rao)源(yuan)一部(bu)分來電源(yuan)外網,這部(bu)分干(gan)擾(rao)主要(yao)有(you)感(gan)應雷(lei)、電動機、日光燈等產生的(de)(de)浪(lang)涌(yong)和脈沖尖峰;另一部(bu)分是系(xi)統起動時(shi),設備(bei)內部(bu)電源(yuan)充電或(huo)開(kai)關電源(yuan)造成的(de)(de)干(gan)擾(rao)。
2、測試時序器穩定性
首先給時(shi)序(xu)器上電,將時(shi)序(xu)器時(shi)序(xu)間隔時(shi)間設為(wei)1秒(miao),然后起(qi)動時(shi)序(xu)啟動功能,在起(qi)動過程中開關房間內的日光燈或電鉆等,注意時(shi)序(xu)器不能有(you)(you)重啟或有(you)(you)通道(dao)不開的情(qing)況,這種方法(fa)要測(ce)試(shi)多次(ci)。如(ru)果有(you)(you)條件的可(ke)能用脈沖發生器向時(shi)序(xu)器供電市(shi)電(220V電)注入(ru)干(gan)擾(rao)脈沖,測(ce)試(shi)中分(fen)次(ci)增加干(gan)擾(rao)強度,以測(ce)試(shi)出被測(ce)時(shi)序(xu)器的抗干(gan)擾(rao)強度,一般來說要達到1KV(1000V)以上。
給時(shi)(shi)(shi)序(xu)器的(de)每個輸出都(dou)接上負(fu)載(最好是大(da)功率功放),如沒有(you)那么多負(fu)載,可以將(jiang)負(fu)載接到(dao)連續的(de)后幾路上(如CH12、11、10、9)。然后給時(shi)(shi)(shi)序(xu)器上電并起動(dong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)序(xu)起動(dong)功能(注意如時(shi)(shi)(shi)序(xu)間隔(ge)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間可調(diao)的(de)設(she)備(bei),要將(jiang)間隔(ge)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間調(diao)整(zheng)到(dao)1秒),起動(dong)過(guo)程看(kan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)序(xu)器不(bu)能有(you)重啟或有(you)通(tong)道不(bu)開的(de)情況。
3、容量
系統整體的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流需求是(shi)(shi)挑(tiao)選時(shi)(shi)序器(qi)容量的(de)(de)(de)標(biao)準,現市場有20A、30A、40A、50A電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)(de)(de)可供挑(tiao)選;單路的(de)(de)(de)容量一般為(wei)10A或13A;現在有的(de)(de)(de)廠家吹自己使用(yong)30A的(de)(de)(de)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi),輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流達30A,而輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)座卻使用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)美式(shi)(shi)或萬能式(shi)(shi)插(cha)座,這種座的(de)(de)(de)額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流是(shi)(shi)10A,有的(de)(de)(de)加厚彈片的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)13A。由(you)此(ci)看(kan)出(chu)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流是(shi)(shi)達不來(lai)到30A的(de)(de)(de),大伙可以用(yong)30A的(de)(de)(de)負載測試一下;測試時(shi)(shi)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流達10A的(de)(de)(de)負載,接(jie)到標(biao)稱(cheng)總容量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,煮水4小時(shi)(shi)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源引線表面溫(wen)度不能超60度,摸起來(lai)不燙手;時(shi)(shi)序器(qi)不能發出(chu)糊味。
4、可擴展
電源時(shi)序器(qi)輸出通(tong)道(dao)數(shu)分(fen)為4路(lu)(lu)(lu)、8路(lu)(lu)(lu)、10路(lu)(lu)(lu)、12路(lu)(lu)(lu)等(deng)、當設備的數(shu)量超(chao)過一臺時(shi)序器(qi)通(tong)道(dao)的數(shu)量時(shi),就要(yao)擴展(級聯)使用了,選擇時(shi)要(yao)注(zhu)意擴展后能從第一路(lu)(lu)(lu)開到(dao)最后一路(lu)(lu)(lu),還能從最后一路(lu)(lu)(lu)關到(dao)第一路(lu)(lu)(lu)。
5、功能
