一、調功器工作原理
可控硅調功器以可控硅(gui)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)子功(gong)(gong)率(lv)器件)為基礎,以智能(neng)數(shu)字控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路為核心來控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源功(gong)(gong)率(lv)。其通過對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流和功(gong)(gong)率(lv)的精(jing)確控制(zhi),從而(er)實現精(jing)密控溫。并且憑(ping)借其先進(jin)的數(shu)字控制(zhi)算法,優(you)化(hua)了電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)使用(yong)效(xiao)率(lv)。對(dui)節(jie)約電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)起了重(zhong)要作(zuo)用(yong)。
三相電力調整器(qi)由觸發板、專用(yong)散熱(re)器(qi)、風機、外殼等組成(cheng)。核心部分(fen)使用(yong)0控制板與可控硅模塊;散熱(re)系統采用(yong)高效散熱(re)、低噪(zao)音風機。整機帶有控制板所有的功能(neng)。整機電流容量從40A到800A有7個等級(ji)。
三(san)相(xiang)可(ke)(ke)控(kong)(kong)硅(gui)調(diao)(diao)(diao)功(gong)(gong)調(diao)(diao)(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)是運(yun)用(yong)數字電路觸發(fa)可(ke)(ke)控(kong)(kong)硅(gui)實現調(diao)(diao)(diao)壓(ya)和(he)調(diao)(diao)(diao)功(gong)(gong)。調(diao)(diao)(diao)壓(ya)采用(yong)移(yi)相(xiang)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)方式(shi),調(diao)(diao)(diao)功(gong)(gong)有定周期(qi)調(diao)(diao)(diao)功(gong)(gong)和(he)變(bian)周期(qi)調(diao)(diao)(diao)功(gong)(gong)兩種方式(shi)。該控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)板(ban)帶鎖相(xiang)環同步電路、自動判別相(xiang)位(wei)、缺相(xiang)保護、上(shang)電緩起動、緩關(guan)斷、散(san)熱器(qi)超溫(wen)檢測(ce)、恒流(liu)輸出、電流(liu)限制(zhi)、過流(liu)保護、串行(xing)工作狀(zhuang)態指示等功(gong)(gong)能。
二、調功器和可控硅調壓器的區別
可控硅(晶閘(zha)管)作(zuo)為電力開(kai)關器件在工業生產自動化過程中,已經非常成熟(shu),論述頗(po)多。目前,在交流電源領域(yu)中,可控硅有兩(liang)種基本控制方式:調(diao)(diao)功(gong)(gong)(調(diao)(diao)節(jie)功(gong)(gong)率P)與(yu)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(調(diao)(diao)節(jie)電壓(ya)V)。相應的產品稱之為:調(diao)(diao)功(gong)(gong)器與(yu)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)器。調(diao)(diao)功(gong)(gong)、調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)作(zuo)為兩(liang)個不(bu)同的概念(nian),在使(shi)用中也是有所(suo)區別的。
調功器也稱之為周波數控制(zhi)器,可控硅(gui)在電(dian)壓(或(huo)電(dian)流(liu))過零(ling)點(dian)導通(tong)(tong),也截止于電(dian)壓(或(huo)電(dian)流(liu))過零(ling)點(dian),因此輸出的波形為完(wan)整的正(zheng)弦波。如果設定一個(ge)固(gu)定的時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)周期T,在這個(ge)周期時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)內,通(tong)(tong)過控制(zhi)導通(tong)(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)TON與截止時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)TOFF,就可以(yi)達到(dao)控制(zhi)輸出周波數(導通(tong)(tong)率)的目的。
可控硅調壓(ya)器(qi)則是(shi)通過(guo)控制(zhi)移相(xiang)角(jiao)達到改(gai)變(bian)電壓(ya)的目(mu)的。因(yin)此輸(shu)出端(duan)為移相(xiang)缺角(jiao)波。
由于調壓器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)出電壓為(wei)缺(que)角的(de)正(zheng)弦(xian)波,含有高次(ci)諧波,不(bu)采取(qu)措(cuo)施,對電網會產生一(yi)定的(de)污染,這對同網上的(de)用電器(qi)可(ke)能造成不(bu)良影響。
調功器作為(wei)可(ke)控(kong)(kong)硅(gui)電(dian)(dian)力開關(guan)設備(bei),由(you)于良好的操控(kong)(kong)性和經濟(ji)耐用,被廣泛地(di)用于電(dian)(dian)加熱的場合。
