冰箱壓縮機工作原理
壓(ya)縮機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)的(de)定子(zi)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感線(xian)圈,由于(yu)運(yun)行(xing)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)和啟(qi)動繞(rao)(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)線(xian)徑和匝數不(bu)相(xiang)同(tong)(tong),因(yin)此阻抗也(ye)就不(bu)同(tong)(tong)。當兩(liang)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)接入交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)中時,運(yun)行(xing)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)中的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)滯(zhi)后電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)90°會產(chan)生(sheng)兩(liang)個不(bu)同(tong)(tong)的(de)感抗值,雖然到達兩(liang)個繞(rao)(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)上(shang)的(de)是同(tong)(tong)相(xiang)位(wei)(wei)的(de)50Hz交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),而在(zai)兩(liang)個繞(rao)(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)上(shang)會產(chan)生(sheng)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)相(xiang)位(wei)(wei)差的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值,起到電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻分(fen)相(xiang)作用,產(chan)生(sheng)啟(qi)動轉(zhuan)矩。當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)轉(zhuan)速達到額定轉(zhuan)速的(de)70%~80%時,啟(qi)動繞(rao)(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)在(zai)啟(qi)動繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)控制下斷開啟(qi)動繞(rao)(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),只由運(yun)行(xing)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)驅動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)運(yun)行(xing)。

檢查冰箱壓縮機不工作原因
1、冰箱溫(wen)度(du)設置過高(gao),內(nei)部(bu)溫(wen)度(du)已經達到設定溫(wen)度(du),因此不(bu)啟動。
2、有可能冰箱出(chu)現(xian)故障。
冰(bing)箱壓縮(suo)機不啟動(dong)會(hui)有(you)以(yi)下八種原因(yin):
3、檢查(cha)外接(jie)電源以及壓(ya)縮機輸(shu)入(ru)電壓(ya)有無
檢查接電(dian)(dian)源、壓(ya)(ya)縮機輸(shu)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)是(shi)否符(fu)合標準要(yao)求(qiu)(187V~242V),用萬用表交流檔外接電(dian)(dian)源、壓(ya)(ya)縮機輸(shu)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)情(qing)況(kuang)是(shi)否在此范圍之內,如不符(fu)合要(yao)應采取(qu)措施調整到正(zheng)常(chang)范圍之內。
4、環境溫度過低
a. 環(huan)境(jing)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度過(guo)(guo)低(di)(1~10℃)時(shi)(shi),如果冰箱(xiang)(xiang)為(wei)人工補償方式,此(ci)時(shi)(shi)需要打(da)開補償開關,如果磁(ci)性溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度補償開關,則需要檢查磁(ci)性開關是否正常(chang):因(yin)為(wei)環(huan)境(jing)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度過(guo)(guo)低(di),特別是對于(yu)雙(shuang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)單控(kong)冰箱(xiang)(xiang)的冰箱(xiang)(xiang),只要壓縮(suo)機(ji)工作很短(duan)時(shi)(shi)間冷(leng)(leng)藏(zang)室就達到了預(yu)定的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(1~10℃),同時(shi)(shi)由于(yu)環(huan)境(jing)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度低(di),冷(leng)(leng)藏(zang)室的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度回升很慢或不回升,壓縮(suo)機(ji)長(chang)時(shi)(shi)間不工作,停機(ji)的時(shi)(shi)間過(guo)(guo)長(chang),而造成冷(leng)(leng)凍(dong)室的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度過(guo)(guo)高,達不到-18℃以下。
b. 當(dang)環境溫度低(di)(di)于0℃時(shi),應(ying)停止使用冰(bing)(bing)箱:因為(wei)環境溫度低(di)(di)于0℃時(shi),壓(ya)(ya)縮機油(you)變稠,潤滑性能變差(cha);同時(shi)冷(leng)凝壓(ya)(ya)力變低(di)(di),制冷(leng)劑不(bu)(bu)會(hui)流入蒸發(fa)器,此時(shi)若繼續使用冰(bing)(bing)箱不(bu)(bu)會(hui)正常工作還可(ke)能會(hui)造成(cheng)壓(ya)(ya)縮機損壞(huai)。
5、檢查溫控器或主控板(ban)是否正常
a. 首先(xian)檢查(cha)溫控(kong)器是(shi)否在“0”檔(dang),如不在此(ci)檔(dang)位(wei),再檢查(cha)溫控(kong)器是(shi)否正常:在通(tong)(tong)電(dian)的(de)情況下(xia)將溫控(kong)器檔(dang)位(wei)調(diao)至強(qiang)冷檔(dang)(無強(qiang)冷檔(dang)則(ze)調(diao)到7檔(dang)),如果感(gan)溫探(tan)(tan)頭在箱內也可(ke)用(yong)(yong)熱毛巾(jin)加溫溫控(kong)器感(gan)溫探(tan)(tan)頭,觀察壓(ya)縮機是(shi)否運行。如果壓(ya)縮機不啟動,則(ze)溫控(kong)器可(ke)能有(you)故障,此(ci)時可(ke)切斷電(dian)源(yuan)拆(chai)下(xia)溫控(kong)器用(yong)(yong)萬用(yong)(yong)表(biao)歐姆(mu)檔(dang)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)源(yuan)接點與壓(ya)縮機輸入接點是(shi)否導(dao)通(tong)(tong)(阻值為零(ling),根據溫控(kong)器的(de)型號、參數標牌測(ce)量(liang)相應的(de)接點)。如導(dao)通(tong)(tong)再檢查(cha)溫控(kong)器感(gan)溫管是(shi)否有(you)折斷、裂紋、泄露(lu)泄漏(lou)現(xian)象,如有(you)則(ze)需(xu)要更換溫控(kong)器。
b. 對于(yu)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)控(kong)制系統的冰箱,在通電(dian)(dian)的情(qing)況下,用萬用表交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)壓擋測量主控(kong)板(ban)輸(shu)入電(dian)(dian)壓與輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓是否(fou)正常(chang),顯(xian)示屏是否(fou)顯(xian)示壓縮機(ji)工作(zuo)?各傳感(gan)器(qi)是否(fou)正常(chang)?各接插件接觸是否(fou)正常(chang)?如輸(shu)入端電(dian)(dian)壓正常(chang)輸(shu)出端無電(dian)(dian)壓則說明主控(kong)板(ban)有故障(zhang)。
7、PTC啟動器故(gu)障(zhang)
用萬用表歐(ou)姆檔測量PTC啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)器運(yun)行插(cha)孔(kong)(kong)與啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)插(cha)孔(kong)(kong)兩端(duan)的(de)阻值(zhi)是(shi)否正常(chang)(常(chang)態(tai)下(xia)的(de)正常(chang)阻值(zhi)在16~50歐(ou)姆之間),如無(wu)窮大或為0則(ze)PTC啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)器損壞(huai),應更換。
8、過載保護(hu)器故(gu)障
用電流表(biao)測量壓縮機(ji)啟(qi)動(dong)、運行電流是否(fou)正常(啟(qi)動(dong)電流一般為運行電流的5~8倍(bei)左右),如電流正常過載保(bao)護器動(dong)作,則(ze)過載保(bao)護器失靈(ling),應更換(huan)。反之,則(ze)壓縮機(ji)有故障。
9、壓縮機各(ge)連(lian)接(jie)點接(jie)觸是(shi)否(fou)良(liang)好(hao)
檢查壓(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)PTC啟動保護器(qi)各個(ge)插接如何,并重(zhong)新(xin)插接通電測試。
10、壓(ya)縮(suo)機內部故障
如果測(ce)試壓(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)附(fu)件都正(zheng)常,而壓(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)仍不(bu)能啟(qi)動,并且過(guo)(guo)載保護器(qi)動作(zuo)(此(ci)時測(ce)量啟(qi)動電(dian)流過(guo)(guo)大)判定為壓(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)卡缸或壓(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)抱軸,需要更換壓(ya)縮(suo)(suo)機(ji)。
11、壓縮機繞組短斷路
用(yong)(yong)萬用(yong)(yong)表歐姆擋(dang)測量三端的(de)電阻,如果(guo)測得(de)某兩端的(de)阻值為零或者(zhe)(zhe)無(wu)窮大則說明該(gai)繞組(zu)為短路(lu)或者(zhe)(zhe)斷路(lu),則需要(yao)更換(huan)壓縮(suo)機。
引起壓縮機不啟動的其它因素:
1、壓縮機電機匝間短路。
2、溫度控制器(qi)不良。
3、過載保護器(qi)不良。
4、啟(qi)動繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)損壞(huai)。首(shou)先用萬用表測壓縮機電(dian)動機阻值正常(chang),再檢(jian)查溫度(du)控制器(qi)(qi)(qi)良好,過(guo)載(zai)保(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)無(wu)異常(chang)現象,估(gu)計啟(qi)動繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)內部損壞(huai)。試用絕(jue)緣導(dao)線將啟(qi)動接線柱(zhu)和(he)運轉接線柱(zhu)接通(tong),故(gu)障消失(shi),判(pan)斷啟(qi)動繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)損壞(huai)。
冰箱壓縮機不工作解決辦法
查溫控(kong)器(qi)、溫度(du)補償開關(室溫低于10度(du)應(ying)打(da)開)、啟動器(qi)、過流保護(hu)器(qi)及壓縮機本身(shen);
先把冰箱電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)拔掉,然(ran)后把(ba)溫控(kong)器數字打到最大,再插上電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),觀(guan)察冰箱(xiang)壓縮(suo)機是否啟動運(yun)轉,如果會(hui)運(yun)轉,說明壓縮(suo)機沒(mei)有(you)問題,如果不(bu)運(yun)轉,溫控(kong)器就有(you)問題;
這(zhe)種情況不(bu)是(shi)壓縮機(ji)壞(huai)就是(shi)溫控器(qi)壞(huai)!建議先檢查溫控器(qi)!
溫控器、壓縮機本身、啟動器、熱保護器、制冷劑泄漏干凈(jing),這幾個都可(ke)能。
燈亮說明(ming)電壓,主(zhu)線路基本正常。接下來查看溫控器,看有(you)(you)(you)沒(mei)有(you)(you)(you)220電壓送到壓縮機(ji)(ji),如果沒(mei)有(you)(you)(you),說明(ming)溫控器損(sun)壞(huai)。如果有(you)(you)(you),檢(jian)查壓縮機(ji)(ji)的(de)啟動線圈(quan),啟動電阻等。過(guo)熱,過(guo)流保(bao)護(hu)器。以上檢(jian)查都(dou)沒(mei)有(you)(you)(you)問題(ti)。必(bi)然是壓縮機(ji)(ji)損(sun)壞(huai),只能(neng)更換。
冰箱壓縮機故障維修
1、接(jie)通電源后,使用(yong)木錘或(huo)橡膠錘輕(qing)輕(qing)敲打壓(ya)縮機的外殼(ke),并不斷(duan)變(bian)換敲擊(ji)位置(zhi),此種(zhong)方法可排(pai)除(chu)輕(qing)微卡剛、抱(bao)住故(gu)障。
2、對于變頻壓(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)來說(shuo),可以利用調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)將電(dian)源電(dian)壓(ya)適當提高,或者在壓(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)的(de)啟(qi)動(dong)電(dian)路(lu)中串(chuan)聯一(yi)個無極性電(dian)解(jie)電(dian)容作為啟(qi)動(dong)電(dian)容,以增(zeng)加壓(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)的(de)啟(qi)動(dong)電(dian)流,來排(pai)除輕微(wei)卡缸,抱住故(gu)障。
3、對于嚴重的抱住,卡(ka)缸現象,則(ze)要更換新的壓縮(suo)機。
