良(liang)質(zhi)咖啡(fei)(fei),溶(rong)解完全,湯汁(zhi)色棕(zong)紅而明(ming)亮(liang),具(ju)有濃(nong)郁的咖啡(fei)(fei)香,加糖后(hou)具(ju)有適口的苦味(wei)(wei)和酸味(wei)(wei),風(feng)味(wei)(wei)爽(shuang)直;劣質(zhi)咖啡(fei)(fei),溶(rong)解后(hou)杯底有沉淀(dian)物,湯汁(zhi)顏色偏暗(an),香氣淡且焦糊味(wei)(wei)濃(nong),加糖后(hou)苦味(wei)(wei)和酸味(wei)(wei)均濃(nong)重(zhong),尤其(qi)是回(hui)味(wei)(wei)辛(xin)苦。
