甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)圈(quan)(quan)在(zai)美(mei)國大部分地(di)區(qu)都(dou)很受(shou)歡(huan)迎,夏(xia)威(wei)夷(yi)的(de)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)圈(quan)(quan)頗具特色。炸甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)圈(quan)(quan)malassada是夏(xia)威(wei)夷(yi)版本的(de)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)圈(quan)(quan),有點類(lei)似布里歐(ou),不過更(geng)加柔(rou)軟(ruan)。雖然甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)圈(quan)(quan)起(qi)源于葡萄牙,但現在(zai)已成為(wei)夏(xia)威(wei)夷(yi)深具代表性的(de)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)食之(zhi)一。
甜甜圈傳到夏(xia)威夷后被當(dang)地人(ren)改良,夏(xia)威夷的Malasada是(shi)有包餡(xian)料(liao)的。
油(you)炸(zha)后(hou)滾上砂糖,再擠入一(yi)種稱(cheng)為dobash的巧克力布丁內(nei)餡(xian);椰(ye)奶布丁內(nei)餡(xian)或是(shi)香草卡士達醬也是(shi)不錯的選擇。任何時(shi)間(jian)、場(chang)合(he)和地(di)點都能(neng)看(kan)到它的蹤影(ying):可以(yi)成為早餐或甜點,也能(neng)在派對、家(jia)族晚餐、畢業聚(ju)會(hui)等場(chang)合(he)上桌。如果還有(you)多余的,無需擔心(xin)——用吃剩下的炸(zha)甜甜圈變化成面包布丁(bread pudding)是(shi)十分受(shou)歡迎的做(zuo)法。
