沈河(he)(he)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)館(guan)(guan)，沈河(he)(he)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)是沈陽市(shi)中(zhong)心城區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)，沈河(he)(he)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)館(guan)(guan)新址位(wei)于沈河(he)(he)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)奉天(tian)街113號，面積3100平方米。是沈河(he)(he)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)的(de)中(zhong)心區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)域，地(di)理(li)位(wei)置優(you)越，交通便(bian)(bian)利，極(ji)大(da)(da)方便(bian)(bian)了(le)廣大(da)(da)群(qun)(qun)眾就近(jin)就便(bian)(bian)前來(lai)參加(jia)各種(zhong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、游(you)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)、培訓活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)館(guan)(guan)功(gong)能(neng)齊備(bei)、設(she)施比較先(xian)(xian)進(jin)(jin)，有價值70余(yu)(yu)萬元的(de)廣場演(yan)出設(she)備(bei)，包括移動(dong)(dong)(dong)舞臺、遠程(cheng)音響及高檔燈光等(deng)。館(guan)(guan)內設(she)有多(duo)功(gong)能(neng)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)廳(ting)、排練廳(ting)、琴(qin)房等(deng)十個活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)室、基本滿足了(le)不同層(ceng)(ceng)面群(qun)(qun)眾的(de)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)需求。文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)館(guan)(guan)先(xian)(xian)后購置了(le)鋼琴(qin)、先(xian)(xian)進(jin)(jin)的(de)照相器材、融采集、編輯(ji)與(yu)一體的(de)電腦設(she)備(bei)、音頻編輯(ji)兼容(rong)機、影(ying)(ying)像設(she)備(bei)、電腦兼容(rong)機、打印機、掃(sao)描(miao)儀、投影(ying)(ying)儀、音響等(deng)現代化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)辦(ban)公(gong)設(she)備(bei)。沈河(he)(he)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)館(guan)(guan)每年(nian)舉辦(ban)大(da)(da)型活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)及各種(zhong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、展覽、演(yan)出活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)百余(yu)(yu)場，活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)場所(suo)每天(tian)開放8小時，并公(gong)示服(fu)務(wu)項(xiang)(xiang)目、開放時間，極(ji)大(da)(da)滿足了(le)廣大(da)(da)群(qun)(qun)眾的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)術需求。全區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)142個自(zi)娛自(zi)樂(le)(le)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)協會，有十余(yu)(yu)支隊(dui)伍(wu)常年(nian)在文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)館(guan)(guan)定期活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)，有的(de)已被命名為(wei)(wei)基地(di)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)項(xiang)(xiang)目，如省(sheng)群(qun)(qun)眾攝影(ying)(ying)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)術活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)基地(di)、沈河(he)(he)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)優(you)秀書法區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)，戲(xi)曲(qu)協會活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)基地(di)。每年(nian)結合“文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)四(si)進(jin)(jin)社區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)”、社區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)術節等(deng)專題活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)，組織(zhi)館(guan)(guan)辦(ban)文(wen)(wen)(wen)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)團隊(dui)和專業(ye)干部下(xia)基層(ceng)(ceng)演(yan)出及輔導(dao)達(da)350余(yu)(yu)場（次）。老(lao)年(nian)藝(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)術大(da)(da)學(xue)始終以(yi)“老(lao)有所(suo)為(wei)(wei)、增長(chang)知(zhi)識(shi)；老(lao)有所(suo)樂(le)(le)，延年(nian)益壽：老(lao)有所(suo)為(wei)(wei)，服(fu)務(wu)社會”辦(ban)學(xue)宗旨，每年(nian)舉辦(ban)聲(sheng)樂(le)(le)、器樂(le)(le)、舞蹈、書法班（培訓）18期以(yi)上，為(wei)(wei)廣大(da)(da)中(zhong)老(lao)年(nian)群(qun)(qun)眾提供服(fu)務(wu)，深受中(zhong)老(lao)年(nian)朋友的(de)喜愛和歡迎。
