一.產品介紹
小(xiao)(xiao)米(mi)(mi)又叫粟米(mi)(mi),為(wei)禾本科植物粟的種仁,“沁水(shui)(shui)(shui)黃(huang)小(xiao)(xiao)米(mi)(mi)”又簡稱(cheng)為(wei)“沁水(shui)(shui)(shui)黃(huang)”。我(wo)國(guo)北方盛產(chan)谷(gu)子,尤以太(tai)行(xing)、太(tai)岳、中條三山交界的歷山腳下(xia)沁水(shui)(shui)(shui)盆地米(mi)(mi)質(zhi)最佳,傳說《康(kang)熙(xi)(xi)字(zi)(zi)典》的總(zong)閱官,清(qing)朝大(da)臣(chen)陳(chen)廷敬是康(kang)熙(xi)(xi)皇帝(di)的老師,康(kang)熙(xi)(xi)皇帝(di)為(wei)了表達對(dui)老師母(mu)親的尊敬,前來探望,時(shi)值酷(ku)暑(shu),陳(chen)廷敬的母(mu)親住在沁水(shui)(shui)(shui)縣(xian)界內的“老母(mu)庵避暑(shu)山莊”,陳(chen)母(mu)用(yong)小(xiao)(xiao)米(mi)(mi)粥款待了康(kang)熙(xi)(xi)帝(di),康(kang)熙(xi)(xi)帝(di)看到小(xiao)(xiao)米(mi)(mi)色澤金黃(huang),顆粒(li)飽滿(man),食之米(mi)(mi)飯(fan)香味濃(nong)郁(yu),軟(ruan)而不黏結,龍(long)顏大(da)悅,便(bian)在山莊門(men)口的一棵(ke)奇特的大(da)白(bai)松下(xia)乘涼,看到一首打油詩(shi),“舜王耕歷山、悠悠五千載、天下(xia)稻花揚、唯有沁水(shui)(shui)(shui)香”,康(kang)熙(xi)(xi)帝(di)就指定要帶沁水(shui)(shui)(shui)黃(huang)小(xiao)(xiao)米(mi)(mi)回宮食用(yong),并提筆在大(da)白(bai)松樹根部(bu)的石壁上揮毫寫下(xia)了“玉(yu)質(zhi)龍(long)鱗”四個大(da)字(zi)(zi),現碑(bei)文尚存(cun),從此,“沁水(shui)(shui)(shui)黃(huang)小(xiao)(xiao)米(mi)(mi)”就成了宮廷貢品。
二.自(zi)然生態(tai)環(huan)境和人(ren)文(wen)歷史因素
沁(qin)水縣地勢西南高,東南低(di)。四周(zhou)群山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)環繞(rao),西部大山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)更(geng)為(wei)(wei)險峻,海拔(ba)(ba)1400米(mi)以上,最高峰(feng)(feng)為(wei)(wei)西南邊(bian)界歷(li)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)自(zi)然保(bao)護(hu)區(qu)(qu)的舜王坪,海拔(ba)(ba)2321.8米(mi),最低(di)處是在(zai)海拔(ba)(ba)520米(mi)的歷(li)史文化名人趙樹理家鄉尉遲村(cun)。境(jing)內山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)多(duo)林密,山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)巒(luan)重(zhong)疊,溝壑縱橫,高差懸殊,丘陵平(ping)川相間(jian),中條山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)主(zhu)峰(feng)(feng)歷(li)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)就在(zai)沁(qin)水縣境(jing)內,該區(qu)(qu)已(yi)被列為(wei)(wei)國家級森林自(zi)然保(bao)護(hu)區(qu)(qu)。土壤(rang)分(fen)布為(wei)(wei)4種類型:

4、宜農土壤(rang):全(quan)(quan)縣土壤(rang)有機含量1.8%,全(quan)(quan)氮含量0.093%,全(quan)(quan)速磷(lin)(lin)9.98ppm,全(quan)(quan)速鉀(jia)128.88pm,有機質鉀(jia)、氮、磷(lin)(lin)養分充足,土壤(rang)ph值6.8—8.2,呈中性(xing)至(zhi)微堿性(xing)。沁水(shui)(shui)縣屬黃(huang)河流(liu)域(yu),常年清水(shui)(shui)不斷,沁河為(wei)主干河流(liu),由安澤縣流(liu)經蘇莊鄉(xiang)馮(feng)岳村入(ru)(ru)境(jing),由加豐尉遲(chi)村出境(jing)入(ru)(ru)陽(yang)城,在本縣境(jing)內流(liu)長82公里。沁水(shui)(shui)縣水(shui)(shui)資源總量為(wei)9.88億立方米, 沁水(shui)(shui)縣西高(gao)東低,氣(qi)候因地形復雜,差異顯著,屬典型的溫暖帶(dai)季(ji)風(feng)氣(qi)候,特點是:冬天(tian)風(feng)多雨(yu)少,夏(xia)(xia)季(ji)潮濕多雨(yu),西部(bu)涼爽,東部(bu)溫和,年氣(qi)溫平(ping)(ping)均在10.3℃左(zuo)右,全(quan)(quan)年平(ping)(ping)均日照(zhao)時(shi)數2610.6小時(shi),年積(ji)溫≥14℃全(quan)(quan)年10℃以上有效積(ji)溫為(wei)3100℃—4100℃,年均降(jiang)水(shui)(shui)量643.7mm,霜凍期(qi)為(wei)10月上旬(xun)至(zhi)次年4月上旬(xun),無霜期(qi)173天(tian),四季(ji)分明,冬長夏(xia)(xia)短(duan),雨(yu)熱同(tong)期(qi),白天(tian)溫度(du)高(gao),光照(zhao)充足,有利于作物(wu)光合作用,夜間溫度(du)低,減少了作物(wu)呼(hu)吸消耗(hao),有利于有機物(wu)質的積(ji)累。

1、外(wai)在(zai)感官特征:沁水黃小米(mi)色澤(ze)金黃,顆粒飽滿,食之米(mi)飯香味濃郁(yu),軟(ruan)而不黏(nian)結,米(mi)香濃郁(yu)。

五.特定生產方式
1、產地選(xuan)擇與特殊內(nei)容(rong)規定:產地環境條件應(ying)符合NY/T391的要求。土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang):土(tu)(tu)層深(shen)厚、排水良(liang)(liang)好的砂(sha)壤(rang)(rang)土(tu)(tu)、紅壤(rang)(rang)土(tu)(tu)、黃壤(rang)(rang)土(tu)(tu)、紅粘土(tu)(tu)或(huo)紅沙土(tu)(tu)。土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang)有機質含(han)量2%以上,PH值在7左右。地理環境:地勢高、基本平(ping)(ping)坦(tan)、海拔800m—1200m的嶺地或(huo)灘地。光照充足,年日照時(shi)數2500h?—2600h。氣溫(wen):季(ji)(ji)節性變化明(ming)(ming)顯、四季(ji)(ji)分明(ming)(ming)、晝(zhou)夜(ye)溫(wen)差大、溫(wen)度不小于10℃的年活動積溫(wen)3000℃—3400℃,全(quan)年的平(ping)(ping)均氣溫(wen)18.5℃—20℃為宜。雨量適(shi)中,平(ping)(ping)均年降水量600mm左右為宜。本區域大氣通風良(liang)(liang)好且符合GB3095標(biao)準的規定。
2、品種選擇(ze)與特定要(yao)求:用已審定選擇(ze)推廣的、經生產(chan)實踐(jian)認可的、高產(chan)優質、抗倒伏能(neng)(neng)力和抗逆能(neng)(neng)力強的并適合于本(ben)地積(ji)溫條(tiao)件的優良(liang)品種晉(jin)(jin)谷(gu)21、晉(jin)(jin)谷(gu)40、晉(jin)(jin)谷(gu)41、晉(jin)(jin)谷(gu)42。種子純度(du)和凈(jing)(jing)度(du)98%以上,發(fa)芽率大(da)于90%,含水(shui)量在14%以下(xia)。播(bo)前(qian)(qian)一周(zhou),將種子在陽(yang)光下(xia)晾曬2d~3d。播(bo)前(qian)(qian)3天~5天,用10%的鹽水(shui)溶液浸泡,撈出(chu)漂在水(shui)面上的秕谷(gu)、草(cao)籽(zi)等,將下(xia)沉飽滿籽(zi)實撈出(chu),用清水(shui)洗凈(jing)(jing),晾干待播(bo)。
3、生(sheng)(sheng)產過程管理:選(xuan)地:選(xuan)擇耕(geng)(geng)層深(shen)厚、肥力較高、保(bao)水保(bao)肥及排水良好(hao)的(de)地塊。選(xuan)茬(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha):選(xuan)擇前茬(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)三年以上(shang)未使用高殘留農藥的(de)大(da)豆、小麥及耕(geng)(geng)作條(tiao)件好(hao)的(de)玉米、高粱茬(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha),避(bi)免重茬(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)和迎茬(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)。中(zhong)耕(geng)(geng)除(chu)(chu)草,第一次(ci)中(zhong)耕(geng)(geng)結合間苗定(ding)苗進行,應掌(zhang)握淺鋤細鋤,破碎土(tu)塊,做到除(chu)(chu)草務盡,深(shen)淺一致,防(fang)(fang)(fang)止傷(shang)苗壓苗。第二(er)次(ci)中(zhong)耕(geng)(geng)在谷(gu)子(zi)拔節后,結合追肥進行深(shen)中(zhong)耕(geng)(geng),深(shen)度7—8厘米。松土(tu)通氣,消滅雜草。第三次(ci)中(zhong)耕(geng)(geng)在孕穗期進行,深(shen)度一般(ban)以5厘米為(wei)宜。病、蟲(chong)(chong)(chong)害防(fang)(fang)(fang)治(zhi)(zhi),以預防(fang)(fang)(fang)為(wei)主,綜合防(fang)(fang)(fang)治(zhi)(zhi),以農業、生(sheng)(sheng)物防(fang)(fang)(fang)治(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)主,化學(xue)防(fang)(fang)(fang)治(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)輔,農藥使用嚴格(ge)遵(zun)守綠色食(shi)品(pin)農藥使用規(gui)則(ze)。主要(yao)(yao)病害防(fang)(fang)(fang)治(zhi)(zhi):谷(gu)子(zi)白發病一般(ban)在孕穗期至(zhi)灌漿(jiang)期發生(sheng)(sheng),發現病株連根拔起清除(chu)(chu),帶(dai)出大(da)田(tian)燒毀,并實行多次(ci)輪(lun)作倒(dao)茬(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)。主要(yao)(yao)蟲(chong)(chong)(chong)害防(fang)(fang)(fang)治(zhi)(zhi):粟灰螟(ming)一般(ban)在拔節后期發生(sheng)(sheng),主要(yao)(yao)防(fang)(fang)(fang)治(zhi)(zhi)辦(ban)法是在秋(qiu)后焚燒根茬(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)、清除(chu)(chu)根茬(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)、人工滅蟲(chong)(chong)(chong)。六月上(shang)中(zhong)旬(具體時間按當地蟲(chong)(chong)(chong)情(qing)測報),用樂斯本1000倍液—1500倍液葉噴,公頃(qing)用藥液780kg,防(fang)(fang)(fang)治(zhi)(zhi)谷(gu)子(zi)鉆心蟲(chong)(chong)(chong)。
4、產(chan)品收獲后處理的規定:收獲時(shi)間一(yi)般在每年9月下(xia)旬(xun)至(zhi)10月上中旬(xun),蠟熟(shu)(shu)(shu)末期或完(wan)熟(shu)(shu)(shu)期進行收獲。此(ci)時(shi)谷子下(xia)部(bu)(bu)葉片(pian)變(bian)黃(huang),上部(bu)(bu)葉片(pian)捎帶綠(lv)色(se)或呈黃(huang)綠(lv)色(se),籽粒變(bian)硬(ying),成熟(shu)(shu)(shu)(斷青)時(shi)及時(shi)收獲。收獲要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)要(yao)(yao)做到(dao)單(dan)收、單(dan)運、單(dan)脫粒、單(dan)儲存、確(que)保(bao)打、運、儲及加工過(guo)程中不發生第(di)二(er)次污染。
