汽車空調系統的組成
汽車空調一般主要由壓縮機(compressor)、電(dian)控(kong)離合器、冷凝器(condenser)、蒸發器(qi)(evaporator)、膨脹閥(expansion valve)、貯液干燥(zao)器(qi)(receiver drier)、管(guan)道(hoses)、冷凝風扇、真空電磁閥(vacuum solenoid)、怠速(su)器和控制系統等組成。汽車空調分高(gao)壓管(guan)路和低壓管(guan)路。高(gao)壓側(ce)(ce)包括壓縮機(ji)輸(shu)出(chu)側(ce)(ce)、高(gao)壓管(guan)路、冷(leng)凝器、貯液(ye)干燥器和液(ye)體管(guan)路;低壓側(ce)包(bao)括蒸(zheng)發器(qi)、積累(lei)器(qi)、回氣管路、壓縮機(ji)輸入側(ce)和壓縮機(ji)機(ji)油池。
汽車空調系統工作原理
其實汽車空調和我們熟悉的家用空調制冷原理是一樣的。都是利用R12或(huo)是R134a壓(ya)縮釋放的(de)瞬間體積急(ji)劇(ju)膨脹就要吸收大量(liang)熱能的(de)原理制冷。(由于R12對(dui)大氣臭氧(yang)層的破(po)壞,出(chu)于環保(bao)的要(yao)求發達(da)國家從1996年(nian)開始改用R134a做制(zhi)冷劑)汽車空調的構造和家(jia)用(yong)的分體空調類(lei)似,它的壓縮機往往是安裝在發動機上,并(bing)用(yong)皮帶驅動(也有(you)直接驅動的),冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)安裝在(zai)汽車散(san)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的前方,而(er)蒸(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)在(zai)車里面(mian),工作(zuo)時從蒸(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)出來(lai)的低(di)(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)(qi)態致(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)流(liu)經壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)變成高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)溫氣(qi)(qi)體,經過冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)散(san)熱(re)管降溫冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)變成高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)(di)溫的液體,再經過貯液干燥器(qi)(qi)除濕與緩沖,然后以較穩定的壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力和流(liu)量(liang)流(liu)向膨(peng)脹閥(fa),經節流(liu)和降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)最后流(liu)向蒸(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)。致(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)一(yi)(yi)遇低(di)(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)環境即蒸(zheng)發,吸收大(da)量(liang)熱(re)能(neng)。車廂內的空氣(qi)(qi)不(bu)斷流(liu)經蒸(zheng)發器(qi)(qi),車廂內溫度也就(jiu)因(yin)此(ci)降低(di)(di)(di)。液態致(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)流(liu)經蒸(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)后再次(ci)變成低(di)(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)(qi)體,又重(zhong)新被吸入(ru)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)進(jin)行下一(yi)(yi)次(ci)的循環工作(zuo)。在(zai)整個系統(tong)中(zhong),膨(peng)脹閥(fa)是控(kong)制致(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)進(jin)入(ru)蒸(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)的機(ji)(ji)關,致(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)進(jin)入(ru)蒸(zheng)發器(qi)(qi)太多就(jiu)不(bu)易蒸(zheng)發而(er)太少(shao)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)氣(qi)(qi)又會(hui)不(bu)夠,因(yin)此(ci)膨(peng)脹閥(fa)是調(diao)節中(zhong)樞(shu)。而(er)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)是系統(tong)的心臟(zang),系統(tong)循環的動力源泉。
盡管汽車空調的空(kong)調(diao)(diao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的原理與其(qi)它(ta)空(kong)調(diao)(diao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)是相(xiang)同的,但(dan)汽車空(kong)調(diao)(diao)是移動式(shi)(shi)車載的空(kong)調(diao)(diao)裝置,它(ta)與固(gu)定式(shi)(shi)空(kong)調(diao)(diao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)相(xiang)比,動轉條件更惡劣,隨(sui)汽車行駛的顫振,空(kong)調(diao)(diao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的制冷(leng)劑比固(gu)定式(shi)(shi)更容易(yi)泄(xie)漏,空(kong)調(diao)(diao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的維(wei)修(xiu)與保養也比固(gu)定式(shi)(shi)頻繁(fan),空(kong)調(diao)(diao)裝置中風(feng)路系(xi)(xi)統(tong)在(zai)吸(xi)入(ru)新風(feng)時常常會(hui)將塵土吸(xi)入(ru),堵塞過濾網及蒸發(fa)器,在(zai)清洗過程中又往(wang)往(wang)會(hui)把制冷(leng)劑泄(xie)放到大氣中去。造成臭氧層消耗(hao),破壞了(le)環境。
