一、電源板強制開機方法
1、在實際檢測中,建議在主電源輸出的(de)各組(zu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)上均(jun)接上相應的(de)假負載,這(zhe)樣即可以準確地判(pan)斷(duan)抄(chao)主電(dian)(dian)源的(de)工作狀(zhuang)態,還可以避(bi)免部分電(dian)(dian)源因十12V(或(huo)十5V)空載而(er)不工作這(zhe)一情況襲(xi)出現(xian)。
2、強制開(kai)(kai)機(ji)(ji):在(zai)單獨檢修電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)板(ban)時(shi),應先找到電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)板(ban)上(shang)的開(kai)(kai)/關(guan)機(ji)(ji)控制端(duan),通常標注為(wei):0N/0FF、STB、P0W或PWR..0/F等(deng),然后(hou)通過(guo)一只1KΩ~2KΩ的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻與(yu)十(shi)5VS(或十(shi)5VSB)端(duan)相連(lian),讓開(kai)(kai)關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)各(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路全部(bu)(bu)進入工作狀態。對(dui)于大部(bu)(bu)分液知晶彩(cai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)而言,由于彩(cai)用(yong)的是(shi)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)(ping)開(kai)(kai)機(ji)(ji),道故彩(cai)用(yong)上(shang)述方法均能強制開(kai)(kai)機(ji)(ji),但有少(shao)數開(kai)(kai)關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)釆用(yong)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)(ping)開(kai)(kai)機(ji)(ji)方式,這(zhe)時(shi)用(yong)導線將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)板(ban)上(shang)的開(kai)(kai)/關(guan)端(duan)地短接即可。
二、電源板怎么量輸出和輸入
1、用指針式(shi)萬用表測量液晶電(dian)源板基本(ben)電(dian)壓。
(1)將轉換開關打到直流電壓檔DCV中(zhong)10V檔位上。
(2)將(jiang)紅色表(biao)(biao)筆插(cha)(cha)入標有(you)(you)“+”號的(de)插(cha)(cha)孔,黑(hei)色表(biao)(biao)筆插(cha)(cha)入標有(you)(you)“-”(或com)號的(de)插(cha)(cha)孔。
(3)將紅色表筆(bi)接(jie)(jie)液晶電源(yuan)板的5V接(jie)(jie)點,黑色表筆(bi)接(jie)(jie)液晶電源(yuan)板的接(jie)(jie)地點。
(4)觀察(cha)萬用表的(de)指針的(de)指示數(shu)值,然后讀數(shu)。
2、用指針式萬用表測量(liang)液晶電源板的12V輸出(chu)電壓(ya)。
(1)將轉換開(kai)關打到(dao)直流電壓檔(dang)DCV中20V檔(dang)位上。
(2)將紅(hong)色表(biao)(biao)筆插(cha)(cha)入標有“+”號(hao)的插(cha)(cha)孔(kong),黑色表(biao)(biao)筆插(cha)(cha)入標有“-”(或com)號(hao)的插(cha)(cha)孔(kong)。
(3)將紅色表(biao)筆接(jie)液晶電(dian)源(yuan)板(ban)的(de)12V接(jie)點處,黑色表(biao)筆接(jie)液晶電(dian)源(yuan)板(ban)的(de)接(jie)地(di)點處。
(4)觀察萬用表的指針(zhen)的指示數值,然后讀數。
