一、比例式減壓閥是什么
比例式減壓閥利(li)用閥(fa)(fa)體(ti)內(nei)部活塞兩(liang)端截面積不同產生的壓(ya)力(li)差,改變閥(fa)(fa)后的壓(ya)力(li)達(da)到減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)的目的,比(bi)(bi)例準(zhun)確,工作平穩,壽命長,適(shi)用溫度高,既可減(jian)(jian)動(dong)壓(ya),又可減(jian)(jian)靜壓(ya),水(shui)平、垂直安裝(zhuang)均(jun)可。比(bi)(bi)例式減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)閥(fa)(fa)的減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)比(bi)(bi)例是:2:1,3:1,4:1,3:2,5:2等,亦可根(gen)據要求設計特殊比(bi)(bi)例的減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)閥(fa)(fa)。
二、比例式減壓閥原理

三、比例式減壓閥和可調式減壓閥區別
比例(li)式減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥是通過(guo)更換閥芯和(he)缸(gang)套來(lai)實(shi)現進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)不同的壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)值(zhi),本身無(wu)法(fa)調(diao)節(jie)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)值(zhi),當(dang)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)值(zhi)升高(gao)時,出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)值(zhi)同時比例(li)升高(gao)。當(dang)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)值(zhi)降(jiang)低時,出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)值(zhi)同時比例(li)降(jiang)低。無(wu)法(fa)保(bao)證出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)是一個恒定(ding)值(zhi),這點是和(he)可調(diao)式減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥的主要區(qu)別。
可調(diao)式減壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)一般(ban)都有(you)調(diao)節(jie)彈簧(huang)(huang),通過調(diao)節(jie)螺(luo)釘來改變(bian)調(diao)節(jie)彈簧(huang)(huang)的壓(ya)(ya)縮量,進而改變(bian)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力設(she)定值,而且是(shi)一定壓(ya)(ya)力范(fan)圍內連續可調(diao)節(jie)的。比(bi)例式減壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)沒(mei)有(you)可調(diao)節(jie)彈簧(huang)(huang),更(geng)無(wu)法(fa)連續調(diao)節(jie)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力。
供水系統中,比例式減壓閥一般和(he)可(ke)調(diao)式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥一起使用(yong),比例(li)(li)式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥安裝在可(ke)調(diao)式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥前面(mian),主要(yao)是先(xian)比例(li)(li)減(jian)(jian)低出口壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)值(zhi)(zhi)。然后通過可(ke)調(diao)式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥為用(yong)戶設定一個壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)值(zhi)(zhi)。保持用(yong)戶供(gong)(gong)(gong)水穩定。不僅(jin)可(ke)以起到分級減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)作(zuo)用(yong),同時還有提高(gao)供(gong)(gong)(gong)水安全性(xing),避免一個減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥失靈,造成供(gong)(gong)(gong)水超壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。
