一、數字電位器芯片有哪些
數字(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)器(DigitalPotenTIometer)亦稱數控可(ke)編程電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻器,是(shi)一種代替傳統機械電(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)器(模(mo)(mo)擬電(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)器)的(de)新型CMOS數字(zi)(zi)、模(mo)(mo)擬混合(he)信號處理的(de)集成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路。數字(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)器由數字(zi)(zi)輸入控制,產(chan)生一個模(mo)(mo)擬量的(de)輸出。依據數字(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)器的(de)不同(tong),抽頭電(dian)(dian)(dian)流最(zui)大值可(ke)以從幾百微安到幾個毫(hao)安。下面介紹幾種常用數字(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)器芯片:
1、數字電位器MAX5432/5433
MAX5432/5433的端到端電阻分別為(wei)50kΩ及100kΩ,端到端的電阻溫(wen)(wen)度系數(shu)標稱(cheng)值為(wei)35ppm/℃,比例溫(wen)(wen)度系數(shu)只(zhi)有(you)5ppm/℃,可(ke)應用于需要低溫(wen)(wen)度系數(shu)可(ke)變電阻的電路(lu)中,例如低漂(piao)移、可(ke)編(bian)程增益放大(da)器電路(lu)。芯片(pian)采(cai)用8引(yin)腳TDFN封(feng)裝,具(ju)有(you)一個散熱功(gong)能的接(jie)地焊接(jie)點EP,將該(gai)點焊接(jie)在具(ju)有(you)適當面積的印(yin)板銅皮上,使芯片(pian)可(ke)工(gong)作在-40℃:至+85℃擴展(zhan)級溫(wen)(wen)度范(fan)圍(wei)。
2、數字電位器MAX5438

二、數字電位器芯片選型的要點有哪些
選(xuan)擇(ze)數(shu)(shu)字電位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)器(qi)芯片(pian)(pian)應考慮(lv)的(de)方面很多,電位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)器(qi)的(de)個(ge)數(shu)(shu),滑片(pian)(pian)的(de)數(shu)(shu)目即有多少級,電阻的(de)阻值(zhi),有沒有緩沖觸頭,能(neng)否(fou)記憶掉電時的(de)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)置,封裝(zhuang)等。相似于3386電位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)器(qi)的(de)封裝(zhuang)及特點(dian),總的(de)來(lai)說數(shu)(shu)字電位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)器(qi)芯片(pian)(pian)選(xuan)型主要還是從以下(xia)三點(dian)進行考慮(lv)。
1、數字電位器抽頭的變化形式:系統(tong)重新通電(dian)時(shi),阻值能夠恢復(fu)上一次掉電(dian)時(shi)的(de)阻值,則(ze)要選擇非(fei)易失性的(de)數字電(dian)位器。
2、數字電位器電壓:帶(dai)緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)輸出(chu)的電(dian)位器(qi),輸出(chu)是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)電(dian)壓值(zhi),而(er)不是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)電(dian)阻值(zhi),這(zhe)時應該選擇不帶(dai)緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)的。
