一、農用殺蟲劑殘留多久失效
農藥殺(sha)蟲劑(ji)是(shi)毒性(xing)較大(da)的農藥,使用后(hou)通常會有一定(ding)的農藥殘留,殘留期一般需要根據殺(sha)蟲劑(ji)品種(zhong)和(he)性(xing)狀而(er)定(ding),一般來講(jiang),乳油、懸(xuan)浮劑(ji)等用于直接(jie)噴灑的劑(ji)型對(dui)農作物(wu)的污染相對(dui)要大(da)一些(xie),而(er)粉劑(ji)由于其容易飄散而(er)對(dui)環境和(he)施(shi)藥者的危害更大(da),下面是(shi)幾(ji)種(zhong)常用農藥殺(sha)蟲劑(ji)的殘留期:

溫馨提示:以上是(shi)正常使(shi)用情況下的殘留(liu)期,如果遇(yu)到下雨的話,大概殘留(liu)1-2小時(shi)就會失效。
二、如何去除農藥殺蟲劑的殘留
農(nong)業生產中為了減少蟲(chong)害(hai),會(hui)使用農(nong)藥(yao)殺蟲(chong)劑(ji),然后農(nong)藥(yao)殺蟲(chong)劑(ji)噴施后會(hui)有一定的殘留(liu),如果擔心的話,可以采取以下方(fang)法進行處理:
1、堿水浸泡法
先將蔬菜水(shui)果表面(mian)沖洗干凈,在堿水(shui)中(zhong)浸泡5~10分鐘,然后用清水(shui)沖洗2~3遍。
2、臭氧洗脫法
用市售(shou)的臭氧發生(sheng)器清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)和浸(jin)泡各(ge)類瓜果蔬菜,清(qing)洗(xi)(xi)和浸(jin)泡時間為10~20分鐘,可(ke)清(qing)除大部分農藥(yao)殘(can)留。
3、儲存法
部(bu)分農藥(yao)可(ke)隨時(shi)(shi)間流逝緩慢地分解為對人(ren)體無害(hai)的物質,因此對易于保存(cun)的瓜(gua)果(guo)蔬菜(cai)可(ke)通過(guo)一(yi)定時(shi)(shi)間的存(cun)放而減少農藥(yao)殘留(liu)量。此法(fa)適(shi)用于蘋果(guo)、冬(dong)瓜(gua)等不易腐爛的水(shui)果(guo)蔬菜(cai)。這類水(shui)果(guo)蔬菜(cai)一(yi)般存(cun)放15天以上,即可(ke)去除大部(bu)分農藥(yao)殘留(liu)。
4、加熱法
氨基(ji)甲(jia)酸(suan)酯類殺蟲劑會隨溫(wen)度升高(gao)而加(jia)(jia)快分解,因此可(ke)通過加(jia)(jia)熱去除部分農藥殘留。此法可(ke)用(yong)于芹(qin)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)、菠(bo)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)、小白(bai)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)、圓白(bai)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)、青(qing)椒(jiao)、菜(cai)(cai)(cai)花、豆角等。先用(yong)清水將(jiang)蔬菜(cai)(cai)(cai)表面(mian)洗(xi)凈,再放(fang)入(ru)沸(fei)水中焯2~5分鐘,再用(yong)清水沖洗(xi)1~2遍即可(ke)。
三、怎么預防農用殺蟲劑殘留危害
1、多買有(you)機食(shi)品(pin)。有(you)機農產品(pin)檢(jian)測(ce)到(dao)的殺蟲(chong)劑含量(liang)遠低(di)于常規種植的食(shi)品(pin)。
2、徹底清洗(xi)果蔬。把水果或蔬菜放在流動的水下面沖(chong)洗(xi),能比浸泡更有效地去除殘余農藥。
