一、調壓器是什么
調壓器顧名思(si)義就(jiu)(jiu)是調節電壓(ya)的,又(you)叫電壓(ya)調整(zheng)器。一般(ban)用于科研、實驗、檢(jian)測、加熱(re)保溫、軟(ruan)啟動(dong)等場(chang)合,給負載提(ti)供不(bu)同的電壓(ya),并且電壓(ya)可(ke)以在(zai)通(tong)電的情況下線性調節。小型(xing)(xing)調壓(ya)器都是接觸(chu)式的,容量(liang)一般(ban)在(zai)30KVA以下,單(dan)相(xiang)220V輸(shu)(shu)入,0-250V輸(shu)(shu)出(chu);三相(xiang)380V輸(shu)(shu)入,0-420輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)。大(da)型(xing)(xing)調壓(ya)器種類就(jiu)(jiu)比較多,且容量(liang)、規格(ge)、都可(ke)以按照要求來(lai)設計生產。像平(ping)時(shi)最(zui)常見(jian)的穩壓(ya)器就(jiu)(jiu)是調壓(ya)器的一種,也常稱(cheng)為自動(dong)調壓(ya)器。
二、調壓器有什么作用
調壓(ya)(ya)器最大的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)是保持燃(ran)氣(qi)(qi)在使用(yong)時有穩定的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li),從而保證燃(ran)氣(qi)(qi)用(yong)具(ju)得(de)到穩定的(de)燃(ran)空(kong)比(燃(ran)氣(qi)(qi)與(yu)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)的(de)配合比例);燃(ran)氣(qi)(qi)供應系統中使用(yong)調壓(ya)(ya)器將氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)降低,并穩定在一個能夠使氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)得(de)到安全、經濟和高效(xiao)利用(yong)的(de)適(shi)當水平上。
調壓器能給負(fu)(fu)載也可調電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的調壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)源,不(bu)可調節的電(dian)(dian)網(wang)配電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),還有在(zai)一定(ding)范(fan)圍內平滑無級調節的負(fu)(fu)載電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)都是(shi)靠它來轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變的。能負(fu)(fu)載以穩定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的穩壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)源是(shi)自動(dong)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),在(zai)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)和(he)負(fu)(fu)載電(dian)(dian)流不(bu)斷變動(dong)的情況下就是(shi)由它來轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變不(bu)穩定(ding)的配電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。特殊設計的調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)和(he)自動(dong)控制器(qi)是(shi)自動(dong)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的主要組成。
