一、調壓器是什么
調壓器顧(gu)名思義(yi)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是調(diao)(diao)節電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的,又叫電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)調(diao)(diao)整器(qi)(qi)。一(yi)般用(yong)于科研、實驗、檢測、加熱保溫(wen)、軟啟動(dong)等(deng)場(chang)合,給負載提供不同的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并(bing)且電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)可以(yi)在通電(dian)的情況下線性(xing)調(diao)(diao)節。小型(xing)(xing)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)都(dou)(dou)是接觸(chu)式的,容(rong)量(liang)一(yi)般在30KVA以(yi)下,單相(xiang)220V輸(shu)(shu)入(ru),0-250V輸(shu)(shu)出(chu);三(san)相(xiang)380V輸(shu)(shu)入(ru),0-420輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)。大型(xing)(xing)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)種(zhong)類(lei)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)比較多,且容(rong)量(liang)、規格、都(dou)(dou)可以(yi)按照要求來設計生產。像平時最常見的穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的一(yi)種(zhong),也常稱為自(zi)動(dong)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)。
二、調壓器有什么作用
調壓(ya)器(qi)最大的(de)作用是保(bao)持燃(ran)氣(qi)在使(shi)用時有穩定(ding)的(de)壓(ya)力,從而保(bao)證燃(ran)氣(qi)用具得(de)到(dao)(dao)穩定(ding)的(de)燃(ran)空比(燃(ran)氣(qi)與空氣(qi)的(de)配合比例);燃(ran)氣(qi)供應系(xi)統中使(shi)用調壓(ya)器(qi)將氣(qi)體(ti)壓(ya)力降(jiang)低,并穩定(ding)在一個能夠使(shi)氣(qi)體(ti)得(de)到(dao)(dao)安全、經(jing)濟和高(gao)效(xiao)利用的(de)適當水(shui)平上(shang)。
調壓器能(neng)給負載也可調(diao)(diao)電(dian)(dian)壓的(de)調(diao)(diao)壓電(dian)(dian)源,不可調(diao)(diao)節的(de)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)配電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓,還(huan)有在一定(ding)(ding)范圍內平滑無級(ji)調(diao)(diao)節的(de)負載電(dian)(dian)壓都(dou)是靠它(ta)來轉(zhuan)變(bian)的(de)。能(neng)負載以穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓的(de)穩(wen)(wen)壓電(dian)(dian)源是自(zi)動(dong)(dong)調(diao)(diao)壓器(qi),在電(dian)(dian)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)壓和(he)負載電(dian)(dian)流不斷變(bian)動(dong)(dong)的(de)情況下就是由它(ta)來轉(zhuan)變(bian)不穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)(ding)的(de)配電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓。特殊設計的(de)調(diao)(diao)壓器(qi)和(he)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)控制器(qi)是自(zi)動(dong)(dong)調(diao)(diao)壓器(qi)的(de)主要組成。
