1、什么是變頻器
變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器是采用變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)技術和微電(dian)子技術的交(jiao)流電(dian)機功率控制設備,變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器的主頻(pin)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化,一般電(dian)壓(ya)也隨頻(pin)率的變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化而變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化,電(dian)流也隨負載的變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化而變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化。
2、什么是變流器

二、風電變流器和變頻器的區別在哪里
風電(dian)變(bian)流器和(he)變(bian)頻(pin)器相(xiang)比,硬件基本相(xiang)同,主(zhu)要區別在控(kong)制算法和(he)操縱目的,變(bian)流器改(gai)變(bian)的是電(dian)流(也有幾率對頻(pin)率進(jin)行(xing)更改(gai)),變(bian)頻(pin)器改(gai)變(bian)的是主(zhu)要頻(pin)率。
變(bian)流器和變(bian)頻器之(zhi)所以稱(cheng)呼不同,主(zhu)要(yao)在(zai)于它們伺服的(de)對象的(de)特性不同。變(bian)流器伺服的(de)對象是雙饋(kui)發電(dian)機,變(bian)頻器主(zhu)要(yao)是調(diao)節(jie)異(yi)步電(dian)動機。
1、變流(liu)(liu)(liu)器(qi)的根本作用是(shi)采取一(yi)定(ding)的控制手段,讓雙饋發(fa)動機(ji)發(fa)出與(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)完全一(yi)致(zhi)的交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。原理如(ru)下:變流(liu)(liu)(liu)器(qi)是(shi)給雙饋發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)的轉子(zi)注入一(yi)定(ding)低頻的交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),使之產生旋轉電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)場(chang);并要(yao)求(qiu)這個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)場(chang)的轉速(su)加(jia)上發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)軸上的機(ji)械轉速(su)等于(yu)同步轉速(su)(比如(ru)4個(ge)極的雙空間發(fa)動機(ji)的同步轉速(su)是(shi)1500r/min),這樣轉子(zi)上的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)場(chang)切割定(ding)子(zi)線圈(quan)產生了交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),這個(ge)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的頻率(lv)、相位、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓與(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)的完全一(yi)致(zhi),從(cong)而發(fa)動機(ji)能夠并網(wang)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。?
2、變頻器的(de)根本作用是(shi)給異(yi)步電(dian)動機(ji)(ji)提供頻率(lv)變化(hua)的(de)交(jiao)流電(dian),讓電(dian)動機(ji)(ji)按照一(yi)定的(de)控制(zhi)方式(shi)旋轉并且轉速(su)可(ke)平滑調節,從而達到(dao)節能或者改善(shan)生產工藝的(de)過程(例(li)如火電(dian)廠的(de)風機(ji)(ji)、泵類負載的(de)節能改造;紡(fang)織(zhi)工業上(shang)變頻器對(dui)電(dian)動機(ji)(ji)調節可(ke)以紡(fang)織(zhi)出來的(de)細線在直徑(jing)大(da)小、質量上(shang)一(yi)致等)。
一般來說,風電變流器工作(zuo)的環境(jing)溫(wen)度范圍要(yao)比普通的變頻器(qi)大些,可靠(kao)性也要(yao)高(gao)些,因為(wei)風力發電一般都(dou)是(shi)無人(ren)值守的24小(xiao)時運行(xing),還要(yao)滿足(zu)大電流(liu)運行(xing),因此(ci)要(yao)求較(jiao)高(gao)。
