電吹風(feng)構造(zao) 電吹風(feng)工(gong)作原(yuan)理
主要(yao)用(yong)于(yu)頭發的干(gan)(gan)燥和(he)整形,但也可供(gong)實驗室、理(li)療室及工(gong)業生產(chan)、美工(gong)等方面作局部干(gan)(gan)燥、加熱和(he)理(li)療之用(yong)。用(yong)于(yu)頭發吹干(gan)(gan)和(he)整型(xing)的整容電器。
電吹風-構造組成
電(dian)(dian)吹(chui)風(feng)主要(yao)由(you)外(wai)殼、電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)、風(feng)葉(xie)和電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)組成。外(wai)殼既是結構保護層,又是外(wai)表裝(zhuang)件(jian),要(yao)求造型美、重量(liang)輕,一(yi)(yi)般用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)金(jin)屬薄(bo)板沖制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)后表面鍍鉻或(huo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)程塑料(liao)壓制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)而成。永磁式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)和串激(ji)式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)轉速(su)高(gao),多(duo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)軸流式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)吹(chui)風(feng);感應式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)轉速(su)低,多(duo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)離心式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)吹(chui)風(feng)。風(feng)葉(xie)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)金(jin)屬薄(bo)板或(huo)塑料(liao)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)成,要(yao)求其(qi)風(feng)量(liang)大、效率高(gao)、風(feng)損小。電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)一(yi)(yi)般用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)鎳鉻絲纏繞在(zai)瓷(ci)質(zhi)或(huo)云母(mu)支(zhi)架上構成,大多(duo)數電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)上裝(zhuang)有過熱(re)(re)保護裝(zhuang)置,并可調節加熱(re)(re)溫度(du)。較(jiao)新型的(de)電(dian)(dian)吹(chui)風(feng)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)PTC元(yuan)件(jian)作電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian),其(qi)本(ben)身即有過熱(re)(re)保護功能。
電吹風-工作原理
電動機和風葉直接相連,通電后電動機帶動風葉轉動,從進風口吸入的空氣經過電熱元件,由開關控制,變成從出風口送出的熱風或冷風。通常只有當電動機通電時,電熱元件才能接通加熱,以避免機件過熱而損壞。吹風機調節風溫的簡易方法是轉動外殼上的檔板;有控制開關時,可分檔調溫;用PTC元件時可自動控溫。有的電吹風通過改變外接電源電壓,實現風溫和風量的無級調節。 是由一組電熱絲和一個小風扇組合而成的。通電時,電熱絲會產生熱量,風扇吹出的風經過電熱絲,就變成熱風。如果只是小風扇轉動,而電熱絲不熱,那么吹出來的就只是風而不熱了。吹風機吹出來的風屬于干風,若使用的時間過長,很容易會造成水分的流失,造成熱傷害,把損傷降到最低的秘訣就是:用毛巾先拍干(gan)頭(tou)發(fa)上的水分,用手輕輕梳(shu)順頭(tou)發(fa),然后(hou)再用吹(chui)風機(ji)。
