用料:糯米(mi)、粳米(mi)紅糖(tang)、茶油、五香粉
做法:和浸洗泡(pao)透的糯(nuo)米(mi),蒸熟后倒入(ru)木槽里,加入(ru)紅糖,伴少許茶(cha)油、五(wu)香粉等佐料,然(ran)后用木棍攪勻(yun),掇成(cheng)(cheng)拳頭(tou)大小的團粒,外面裹上薄薄的一(yi)層用粳米(mi)做成(cheng)(cheng)的銀裝,即成(cheng)(cheng)。
明(ming)永樂年(nian)間,外(wai)邦(bang)遣使向中(zhong)(zhong)原進貢了一對金(jin)絲鳥(niao),如能(neng)養(yang)活,外(wai)邦(bang)將歲歲朝(chao)(chao)貢,反之將興師問罪(zui),朝(chao)(chao)中(zhong)(zhong)無(wu)人知道如何(he)養(yang)活,有一位新科狀元叫(jiao)商輅(lu),立即前去朝(chao)(chao)拜恩(en)師伍寧(ning),伍寧(ning)告訴(su)商輅(lu):“這種(zhong)(zhong)金絲(si)鳥(niao)(niao)為珍奇之禽,用礦(kuang)鐵(tie)鑄(zhu)成的鐵(tie)子,燒熱飼之,可保養活。”商輅(lu)啟奏(zou)皇帝(di),皇帝(di)隨即下旨(zhi),命(ming)架爐煉鐵(tie)子,貢(gong)(gong)鳥(niao)(niao)果(guo)然啄(zhuo)食。從此,外邦(bang)歲歲進(jin)貢(gong)(gong)。其后裔為紀念(nian)伍寧(ning)定(ding)國安邦(bang)之功,元宵(xiao)節用糯米(mi),粳米(mi)加工制(zhi)作成這種(zhong)(zhong)陷心饅頭(tou),祀祭(ji)伍寧(ning)公以示(shi)紀念(nian)。
