一、煉乳可以直接吃嗎

煉(lian)乳在日常(chang)生活中(zhong)常(chang)常(chang)作為調味品出現(xian),既可(ke)(ke)以(yi)當作一些(xie)炸貨(huo)的蘸(zhan)料,也可(ke)(ke)以(yi)夾在面包中(zhong)一起食用,有著(zhu)較高的營養價(jia)值。
二、煉乳可以做什么美食
1、煉乳蛋糕

3、牛奶煉乳布丁

4、煉乳紅豆湯
將煉乳加(jia)入紅(hong)(hong)豆(dou)湯中,也是一(yi)種(zhong)很好的食用(yong)方(fang)法(fa),它的口感遠遠吵(chao)吵(chao)純粹的紅(hong)(hong)豆(dou)湯,而且制(zhi)作方(fang)法(fa)極其簡單。先將紅(hong)(hong)豆(dou)洗干(gan)凈加(jia)水(shui)浸泡一(yi)夜,泡開后(hou)加(jia)水(shui),用(yong)高壓(ya)鍋壓(ya)上半小時,直至紅(hong)(hong)豆(dou)徹(che)底(di)煮爛(lan)后(hou)下鍋成為紅(hong)(hong)豆(dou)湯。然后(hou)將煉(lian)乳(ru)加(jia)入到紅(hong)(hong)豆(dou)湯中,自己調(diao)節甜(tian)度,調(diao)好后(hou)即可(ke)食用(yong)。
