一、老年代步車是什么車
老年車,又叫老年電動車、老年代步車、老年助力(li)(li)車(che)(che),是(shi)老年人戶外(wai)出行(xing)代(dai)步(bu)的理(li)想車(che)(che)輛。其性(xing)能(neng)(neng)相對穩(wen)定,車(che)(che)速較(jiao)慢,運用(yong)電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)無需加(jia)油,故又稱環保老年車(che)(che),老年電(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)所使用(yong)的能(neng)(neng)源有很多,主要有鉛酸電(dian)(dian)池(含(han)鉛酸膠(jiao)體電(dian)(dian)池)、鎳(nie)氫電(dian)(dian)池、鎳(nie)鎘電(dian)(dian)池、鎳(nie)鐵電(dian)(dian)池、鋰離子電(dian)(dian)池(常稱之為鋰電(dian)(dian)池)、燃(ran)料(liao)電(dian)(dian)池等。電(dian)(dian)池按電(dian)(dian)化(hua)學(xue)方式(shi)直接將化(hua)學(xue)能(neng)(neng)轉化(hua)為電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)。它不(bu)(bu)(bu)經過熱機過程,因此不(bu)(bu)(bu)受(shou)卡(ka)諾循(xun)環的限制,能(neng)(neng)量轉化(hua)效(xiao)率高(40-60%);幾乎不(bu)(bu)(bu)產生NOx和(he)SOx的排放。
當前市面上出(chu)(chu)現了各種掛羊頭賣(mai)狗肉(rou)的所(suo)謂的“老(lao)(lao)年(nian)代步車(che)”,不僅混淆(xiao)了老(lao)(lao)年(nian)朋友的視(shi)聽(ting),更(geng)是(shi)給(gei)駕車(che)的老(lao)(lao)人、殘疾人帶來(lai)極大(da)的安全隱患(huan),各地政(zheng)府都在相(xiang)繼出(chu)(chu)臺相(xiang)關政(zheng)策(ce)法規(gui),禁止這些(xie)“老(lao)(lao)年(nian)代步車(che)”上路(lu)行駛。

二、老年代步車的組成結構
一般老年代步車是由(you)蓄電(dian)池、電(dian)動(dong)輪轂(gu)、控制器、充電(dian)器四大件和車(che)體部(bu)分組成。對于安全性有更高要求的臺(tai)生產廠家,則根據汽車(che)的設計(ji)思(si)路進行(xing)整體設計(ji),整車(che)一般分為(wei),電(dian)力供應系統、前橋、后(hou)橋、控制器、車(che)架(jia)等幾部(bu)分。
由于當前鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)成本相(xiang)對比較高,一(yi)(yi)般廠家都(dou)采用(yong)鉛(qian)酸電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),一(yi)(yi)般由一(yi)(yi)組電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)都(dou)由多(duo)個(ge)12V電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)串(chuan)聯成電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組,做為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力供(gong)應系統。根(gen)據國(guo)家相(xiang)關規定,電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓不(bu)得超(chao)過(guo)48V。

控制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)按控制(zhi)方式分類(lei)有全動(dong)型、智能(neng)型、雙控型和非零啟動(dong)型四種類(lei)型,控制(zhi)系統由(you)主控制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)、儀(yi)表顯(xian)示器(qi)(qi)、調速轉把和剎車斷電(dian)把等組成,其主要功能(neng)具有無級(ji)調速、剎車斷電(dian)保護(hu)、欠壓保護(hu)和過(guo)流保護(hu)等功能(neng)。
充(chong)(chong)電(dian)器(qi)按輸出插(cha)頭(tou)分類有蓮花插(cha)頭(tou)式、普通(tong)電(dian)腦(nao)插(cha)頭(tou)式、特制電(dian)腦(nao)插(cha)頭(tou)式。按充(chong)(chong)電(dian)性能(neng)分類為普通(tong)在線(xian)維護充(chong)(chong)電(dian)器(qi)、快充(chong)(chong)在線(xian)維護充(chong)(chong)電(dian)器(qi)。按充(chong)(chong)電(dian)電(dian)壓分類為24V、36V、48V。
