2、工作臺區別

4、加工狀況區別
立式加工(gong)中心在加工(gong)型(xing)腔或下凹的型(xing)面(mian)時,切屑不易(yi)排出,嚴重時會損壞(huai)刀具,破(po)壞(huai)已加工(gong)表面(mian),影響加工(gong)的順利進(jin)行,要特別注意(yi)刀具的安裝,以及工(gong)件的夾裝。臥式加工(gong)中心加工(gong)時排屑容(rong)易(yi),加工(gong)狀況相對較理(li)想。
5、價格區別
臥式加工中(zhong)心(xin)不論加工工藝還(huan)是結構復雜程度要(yao)超過立式加工中(zhong)心(xin)。有能力生產臥式加工中(zhong)心(xin)的廠(chang)家也(ye)相對較(jiao)少,相同加工范圍的臥式加工中(zhong)心(xin)價格比立式加工中(zhong)心(xin)高上(shang)一(yi)倍。
二、如何正確選擇立式與臥式加工中心
立式(shi)加工(gong)中(zhong)心(xin)和臥式(shi)加工(gong)中(zhong)心(xin)是兩種不同的加工(gong)中(zhong)心(xin),在選(xuan)擇的時候主(zhu)要(yao)是根據加工(gong)需(xu)求(qiu)來選(xuan)擇:
1、立式加工中心
立式加工(gong)(gong)(gong)中心占地(di)面積(ji)小,結構簡(jian)單,而且(qie)價格相對較低(di),裝夾工(gong)(gong)(gong)作比較方便,調(diao)試程序容(rong)易,應用范圍較為廣泛,但不(bu)能加工(gong)(gong)(gong)太(tai)高的零件,一般是加工(gong)(gong)(gong)盤、套、板類零件等加工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件體積(ji)相對較小的工(gong)(gong)(gong)件。
2、臥式加工中心
