不能。
硬冰(bing)淇(qi)(qi)(qi)淋粉(fen)可以做軟(ruan)(ruan)冰(bing)淇(qi)(qi)(qi)淋,但軟(ruan)(ruan)冰(bing)淇(qi)(qi)(qi)淋粉(fen)不能做硬冰(bing)淇(qi)(qi)(qi)淋,這是因為(wei)軟(ruan)(ruan)冰(bing)淇(qi)(qi)(qi)淋粉(fen)的膨(peng)脹率較低,即使進行硬化(hua)處理也很難(nan)得到普通硬冰(bing)淇(qi)(qi)(qi)淋的硬度,因此軟(ruan)(ruan)冰(bing)淇(qi)(qi)(qi)淋粉(fen)一(yi)般只(zhi)用來制作軟(ruan)(ruan)冰(bing)淇(qi)(qi)(qi)淋。
