1、高電壓
從(cong)名稱就能看出來高壓(ya)(ya)線束的高壓(ya)(ya)特點,在此就不多介紹了。
2、大電流
新能(neng)源汽車高(gao)壓線束作為(wei)主要的能(neng)源傳輸通道,需(xu)要承受較(jiao)大的電(dian)流,直流母線額定工(gong)作電(dian)流都能(neng)夠達到300A以上(shang)。
3、密封性
由于(yu)高(gao)壓線(xian)束高(gao)電壓大電流(liu)的特(te)性,對線(xian)束的密(mi)封性也有(you)很(hen)高(gao)的要(yao)求,一(yi)般都會要(yao)求進行防(fang)水防(fang)塵(chen)試(shi)驗和氣密(mi)測試(shi),如果密(mi)封不好,導(dao)致(zhi)潮濕(shi)或(huo)(huo)進水,會造成(cheng)導(dao)線(xian)和連接(jie)部位(wei)的極速老化或(huo)(huo)損壞。如果在接(jie)插件(jian)部位(wei)的密(mi)封性能差,還能夠導(dao)致(zhi)絕緣電阻降低(di),整車報絕緣故障。
4、耐熱性
由于高壓線(xian)束長時間(jian)通(tong)過大電流,因為功率很(hen)大,由焦耳效(xiao)應產(chan)生很(hen)大的(de)熱量,因此高壓線(xian)束的(de)導(dao)線(xian)耐溫等級一般都達(da)到(dao)(dao)125℃(150℃),端(duan)子耐溫一般都達(da)到(dao)(dao)140℃。
5、EMC性能
