龍須(xu)酥被稱為中國民間(jian)特(te)色傳(chuan)統小吃,因外觀潔(jie)白(bai)綿密、細如龍須(xu)而得名。
龍須酥由小麥精(jing)粉、麥芽糖等原(yuan)料精(jing)制而成,具有(you)色(se)澤乳(ru)白、細絲萬縷、層次清晰、營(ying)養豐富(fu)、入口即(ji)松(song)、回味甘甜等特點。
據(ju)說(shuo)是(shi)(shi)古代皇帝(di)吃(chi)的(de)小食品,已流傳民(min)(min)(min)間二(er)千余年(nian)了。正(zheng)德皇帝(di)游民(min)(min)(min)間時,發現民(min)(min)(min)間竟(jing)有味(wei)道、外形如此(ci)特(te)別之糖(tang),當時稱之為“銀絲(si)糖(tang)”,入口極(ji)香、口味(wei)特(te)別,因而對此(ci)物產生好感,于是(shi)(shi)下旨帶回宮(gong)中,并取名為“龍(long)(long)(long)(long)須糖(tang)”、也(ye)被稱為“龍(long)(long)(long)(long)須卷”及后再傳入民(min)(min)(min)間,一直(zhi)是(shi)(shi)深受臣民(min)(min)(min)們喜愛的(de)食品。龍(long)(long)(long)(long)須酥據(ju)傳已流傳民(min)(min)(min)間二(er)千年(nian),一直(zhi)為皇帝(di)御用(yong)點心,直(zhi)至雍正(zheng)年(nian)間,龍(long)(long)(long)(long)須酥才名聲大震。相傳,一日雍正(zheng)皇帝(di)設(she)滿漢(han)全席,宴請文武百官。當御廚(chu)現場制作該酥時,雍正(zheng)皇帝(di)見其手法嫻熟,似游龍(long)(long)(long)(long)舞鳳(feng),手中糖(tang)絲(si)雪(xue)白(bai)、纖細,如祥(xiang)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)之須,遂(sui)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)顏(yan)大悅,賞賜眾嬪妃(fei)臣子,并特(te)封此(ci)糖(tang)為“龍(long)(long)(long)(long)須酥”,自(zi)此(ci),龍(long)(long)(long)(long)須酥的(de)美(mei)名遍傳大江南北。
