龍(long)須(xu)(xu)酥被稱為中國民間特色(se)傳統小吃,因外(wai)觀潔白(bai)綿密、細如龍(long)須(xu)(xu)而得(de)名。
龍須(xu)酥由小麥精粉、麥芽糖等原料精制(zhi)而(er)成(cheng),具有色(se)澤乳白、細絲萬縷(lv)、層次清晰、營(ying)養豐富(fu)、入(ru)口(kou)即松、回味甘甜等特(te)點。
據說是(shi)(shi)古代皇(huang)帝吃的(de)小食(shi)品(pin),已(yi)流(liu)傳民(min)(min)(min)間(jian)二(er)千余年(nian)了。正(zheng)(zheng)德皇(huang)帝游(you)(you)民(min)(min)(min)間(jian)時,發現(xian)民(min)(min)(min)間(jian)竟有味道、外形如此(ci)(ci)(ci)特(te)別之糖,當時稱(cheng)之為(wei)(wei)(wei)“銀絲(si)糖”,入口極香(xiang)、口味特(te)別,因而(er)對此(ci)(ci)(ci)物產生好感,于是(shi)(shi)下旨(zhi)帶回(hui)宮中,并取名為(wei)(wei)(wei)“龍(long)(long)須(xu)糖”、也被稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)“龍(long)(long)須(xu)卷”及后再傳入民(min)(min)(min)間(jian),一直是(shi)(shi)深(shen)受臣民(min)(min)(min)們喜愛(ai)的(de)食(shi)品(pin)。龍(long)(long)須(xu)酥(su)(su)據傳已(yi)流(liu)傳民(min)(min)(min)間(jian)二(er)千年(nian),一直為(wei)(wei)(wei)皇(huang)帝御(yu)用點(dian)心,直至雍(yong)正(zheng)(zheng)年(nian)間(jian),龍(long)(long)須(xu)酥(su)(su)才名聲大震。相(xiang)傳,一日雍(yong)正(zheng)(zheng)皇(huang)帝設(she)滿漢全席,宴請(qing)文武百(bai)官。當御(yu)廚(chu)現(xian)場制作該酥(su)(su)時,雍(yong)正(zheng)(zheng)皇(huang)帝見其(qi)手法嫻熟,似游(you)(you)龍(long)(long)舞鳳,手中糖絲(si)雪(xue)白、纖(xian)細,如祥龍(long)(long)之須(xu),遂(sui)龍(long)(long)顏大悅,賞賜眾嬪妃(fei)臣子,并特(te)封此(ci)(ci)(ci)糖為(wei)(wei)(wei)“龍(long)(long)須(xu)酥(su)(su)”,自此(ci)(ci)(ci),龍(long)(long)須(xu)酥(su)(su)的(de)美名遍傳大江(jiang)南北。
