北(bei)董(dong)大(da)(da)蒜(suan)(suan)種植區(qu)域(yu)地處紫(zi)金山(shan)沖積(ji)平(ping)原的黑(hei)河河道及(ji)沸泉(quan)干(gan)渠、天河水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)周邊(bian);土(tu)(tu)壤以潮土(tu)(tu)、褐土(tu)(tu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)主,適宜(yi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)生(sheng)蔬(shu)菜生(sheng)長(chang);土(tu)(tu)壤PH值介于(yu)8.2—8.5之間(jian),有(you)(you)機質38.4g/㎏,堿解氮220.7㎎/㎏,有(you)(you)效磷122.2㎎/㎏,速效鉀(jia)587㎎/㎏,這種土(tu)(tu)質有(you)(you)機質養分(fen)較高,為(wei)(wei)(wei)優質大(da)(da)蒜(suan)(suan)最(zui)佳生(sheng)產區(qu)域(yu)。該區(qu)域(yu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)重點水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)源保(bao)護地,澮河,天河,溢溝、沸泉(quan)一(yi)(yi)庫(ku)(ku)、二(er)(er)庫(ku)(ku)等五(wu)座水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)錯落有(you)(you)致,黑(hei)河、天河、澮河交匯于(yu)此,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)資源極為(wei)(wei)(wei)豐富。主要灌溉用水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)龍王池泉(quan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質達(da)到國家一(yi)(yi)級(ji)飲(yin)用水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)標準(zhun)(zhun),富含多(duo)種礦物質。區(qu)域(yu)內無工(gong)業污染(ran),森林覆(fu)蓋率達(da) 42%,空氣(qi)質量達(da)到國家一(yi)(yi)級(ji)標準(zhun)(zhun),為(wei)(wei)(wei)北(bei)董(dong)大(da)(da)蒜(suan)(suan)提(ti)供了獨一(yi)(yi)無二(er)(er)的自然生(sheng)長(chang)環境,為(wei)(wei)(wei)生(sheng)產優質商品大(da)(da)蒜(suan)(suan)提(ti)供了可靠(kao)的保(bao)證。北(bei)董(dong)大(da)(da)蒜(suan)(suan)種植區(qu)域(yu)平(ping)均海拔480-560米。屬(shu)暖(nuan)溫(wen)帶大(da)(da)陸性季(ji)風(feng)氣(qi)候,春季(ji)少雨多(duo)風(feng),夏(xia)季(ji)炎熱,降水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)集中(zhong);秋季(ji)多(duo)晴朗涼(liang)爽天氣(qi),冬季(ji)寒冷干(gan)燥,四(si)季(ji)分(fen)明,無霜期189天左右;年(nian)均氣(qi)溫(wen)12℃度,年(nian)均日(ri)照時數(shu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)2474小時,年(nian)均降水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)525.7㎜,集中(zhong)在6—9月份,其良好(hao)的氣(qi)候條件特別適宜(yi)大(da)(da)蒜(suan)(suan)生(sheng)長(chang)。
二.地域范圍
曲沃(wo)縣(xian)位于山(shan)(shan)西省臨汾(fen)盆(pen)地(di)(di)南(nan)(nan)端(duan),北(bei)(bei)依太行(xing)山(shan)(shan)余脈塔(ta)兒(er)山(shan)(shan)、喬山(shan)(shan)、壚頂山(shan)(shan),西傍汾(fen)河同襄汾(fen)河為(wei)界;南(nan)(nan)隔中條(tiao)山(shan)(shan)余脈紫(zi)金山(shan)(shan)與絳縣(xian)為(wei)鄰;東(dong)(dong)(dong)和翼城縣(xian)接壤;西同侯馬市(shi)毗連。縣(xian)境域總面積437.9平方千米。曲沃(wo)縣(xian)南(nan)(nan)、北(bei)(bei)部為(wei)山(shan)(shan)區,東(dong)(dong)(dong)部綿嶺(ling)延亙,其余大(da)部分是平川盆(pen)地(di)(di)。地(di)(di)勢平坦(tan),水(shui)源充(chong)沛,交通(tong)方便(bian),土(tu)壤肥(fei)沃(wo)。北(bei)(bei)董大(da)蒜栽植區域位于曲沃(wo)縣(xian)縣(xian)域南(nan)(nan)部,地(di)(di)理(li)坐標北(bei)(bei)緯北(bei)(bei)緯35°33′- 35°51′,東(dong)(dong)(dong)經110°24′- 110°37′之間。涉及北(bei)(bei)董景明(ming)村(cun)(cun)(cun)、南(nan)(nan)林交村(cun)(cun)(cun)、北(bei)(bei)林交村(cun)(cun)(cun)、東(dong)(dong)(dong)明(ming)德(de)村(cun)(cun)(cun)、西明(ming)德(de)村(cun)(cun)(cun)、南(nan)(nan)下(xia)郇(xun)村(cun)(cun)(cun)、東(dong)(dong)(dong)下(xia)郇(xun)村(cun)(cun)(cun)、東(dong)(dong)(dong)閆村(cun)(cun)(cun)、西閆村(cun)(cun)(cun)、白水(shui)村(cun)(cun)(cun)、李(li)野村(cun)(cun)(cun)、義門村(cun)(cun)(cun)等17個主要行(xing)政村(cun)(cun)(cun),曲沃(wo)縣(xian)北(bei)(bei)董大(da)蒜地(di)(di)理(li)標志保護總面積2000公頃,年生產(chan)總量60000噸。
三.產品(pin)品(pin)質特性特征
(1)外在(zai)感官特征:無(wu)磕碰,無(wu)損傷,蒜皮(pi)(pi)白(bai)或(huo)紫(zi)(因品(pin)種(zhong)而(er)異(yi)),無(wu)霉點,個大(da),且正。北董(dong)大(da)蒜分(fen)為白(bai)皮(pi)(pi)、紫(zi)皮(pi)(pi)兩種(zhong),頭大(da)瓣齊,皮(pi)(pi)薄如紙(zhi),清白(bai)似玉,粘辣清香,營養(yang)豐富。
(2)內在品質:大(da)蒜(suan)又名(ming)葫,為百合科植物的(de)根(gen)莖,其性(xing)(xing)溫味(wei)辛辣(la),所含(han)大(da)蒜(suan)辣(la)素具(ju)有(you)很強(qiang)的(de)殺菌(jun)作用,對于細菌(jun)性(xing)(xing)、真(zhen)菌(jun)性(xing)(xing)與原蟲性(xing)(xing)感(gan)染有(you)明顯(xian)的(de)治療與預(yu)防價(jia)值(zhi)。明李時珍著《本(ben)草(cao)綱目》稱:大(da)蒜(suan)“其氣熏烈(lie),能通五臟(zang),達(da)諸竅,去寒(han)濕,辟邪惡(e),消痛(tong)腫(zhong),化癥(zheng)積肉食此其功也。”北董大(da)蒜(suan)含(han)有(you)豐富的(de)維生素、蛋白質.營(ying)養(yang)價(jia)值(zhi)和藥(yao)用價(jia)值(zhi)較高,在品質上除(chu)了具(ju)有(you)香、辣(la)、粘(zhan)、濃、美(mei)味(wei)等(deng)特點外。北董大(da)蒜(suan)含(han)有(you)蛋白質5.46%;鈣238mg/kg、銅1.92mg/kg、鐵13mg/kg、錳(meng)4 mg/kg、鋅7.46 mg/kg、鉀0.502 %。具(ju)有(you)強(qiang)烈(lie)的(de)殺菌(jun)解毒、消濕祛(qu)瘟功效,并能降低(di)人體胃內亞硝酸鹽的(de)含(han)量,有(you)抗腫(zhong)瘤作用。
四.特定生產方式
(1)產地(di)選(xuan)擇與(yu)特(te)殊內容(rong)規定:
①選擇灌溉用(yong)水(shui)為沸泉(quan)一庫(ku)、二庫(ku),天(tian)河水(shui)庫(ku)、澮(kuai)河水(shui)庫(ku)以(yi)及地下井水(shui),灌溉條(tiao)件優越。
②海(hai)拔480-560米(mi)之(zhi)間的平坦地塊;土(tu)壤透氣好,排水通暢。③栽植(zhi)前(qian)要翻地,播撒復合肥(fei)或者有機肥(fei)。
(2)品種選擇與特定要(yao)求: 適(shi)宜品種:大蒜(suan)(suan)從蒜(suan)(suan)頭和蒜(suan)(suan)瓣(ban)外皮(pi)顏色來分,有紫(zi)皮(pi)蒜(suan)(suan)和白皮(pi)蒜(suan)(suan);由蒜(suan)(suan)瓣(ban)的(de)大小(xiao)分,有大瓣(ban)蒜(suan)(suan)和小(xiao)瓣(ban)蒜(suan)(suan),但是(shi)蒜(suan)(suan)瓣(ban)大小(xiao)都有紫(zi)皮(pi)和白皮(pi),所以(yi)應(ying)以(yi)蒜(suan)(suan)瓣(ban)大小(xiao)為(wei)分類依據。大蒜(suan)(suan)生(sheng)育期短,適(shi)應(ying)性較(jiao)強,適(shi)宜大蒜(suan)(suan)種植。
(3)生產(chan)(chan)過程管理(li): 栽(zai)(zai)植(zhi)蒜(suan)(suan)(suan)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)應選擇蒜(suan)(suan)(suan)瓣(ban)(ban)比較大(da)(da)(da)(da)、瓣(ban)(ban)形周正(zheng)的(de)(de)(de)品種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),每(mei)(mei)瓣(ban)(ban)酸(suan)(suan)重量在3.3克(ke)(ke)以上(shang)(shang),老(lao)熟(shu)無(wu)(wu)病蟲傷害,純度(du)≥98%,凈度(du)≥98%,發芽(ya)率(lv)≥80%。可(ke)(ke)保證(zheng)出(chu)苗(miao)粗(cu)壯(zhuang),耐寒,早熟(shu)、休眠(mian)期(qi)短(duan)。 開春解凍之后(hou)(hou)(hou),氣(qi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)逐漸回升,蒜(suan)(suan)(suan)苗(miao)返青生長(chang),于3月(yue)(yue)上(shang)(shang)旬(xun)左(zuo)(zuo)右(you)(春分(fen)(fen)(fen)前(qian)(qian)(qian)后(hou)(hou)(hou)),日(ri)均溫(wen)(wen)(wen)達(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao)7°C時(shi)(shi),根據墑情(qing)澆返青水(shui),如(ru)蒜(suan)(suan)(suan)苗(miao)長(chang)勢不壯(zhuang),可(ke)(ke)結(jie)合澆水(shui)畝(mu)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)尿(niao)素(su)40Kg。4月(yue)(yue)初(清明前(qian)(qian)(qian)后(hou)(hou)(hou))是(shi)蒜(suan)(suan)(suan)苔和(he)蒜(suan)(suan)(suan)瓣(ban)(ban)孕育分(fen)(fen)(fen)化期(qi),需水(shui)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)量較大(da)(da)(da)(da),要(yao)(yao)(yao)及時(shi)(shi)澆水(shui)追肥(fei)(fei)(fei),澆水(shui)時(shi)(shi)隨水(shui)畝(mu)沖(chong)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)復(fu)合肥(fei)(fei)(fei)20公(gong)(gong)(gong)斤(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)左(zuo)(zuo)右(you),在拔(ba)蒜(suan)(suan)(suan)薹前(qian)(qian)(qian)澆一次水(shui),視苗(miao)追復(fu)合肥(fei)(fei)(fei)20公(gong)(gong)(gong)斤(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)左(zuo)(zuo)右(you)。 待5月(yue)(yue)中(zhong)旬(xun)收(shou)貨蒜(suan)(suan)(suan)薹后(hou)(hou)(hou),蒜(suan)(suan)(suan)頭(tou)進(jin)入(ru)膨大(da)(da)(da)(da)盛期(qi),要(yao)(yao)(yao)及時(shi)(shi)澆透(tou)水(shui),結(jie)合澆水(shui)。 畝(mu)追施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)尿(niao)素(su)20公(gong)(gong)(gong)斤(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),磷(lin)酸(suan)(suan)二銨7公(gong)(gong)(gong)斤(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),硫酸(suan)(suan)鉀(jia)15公(gong)(gong)(gong)斤(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),或(huo)復(fu)合肥(fei)(fei)(fei)20-25公(gong)(gong)(gong)斤(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),此時(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)保持(chi)(chi)地(di)(di)(di)面(mian)(mian)見(jian)干見(jian)濕,根據天(tian)氣(qi)情(qing)況(kuang)6-7天(tian)澆一次水(shui),收(shou)獲蒜(suan)(suan)(suan)頭(tou)前(qian)(qian)(qian)3-4天(tian)停止澆水(shui),促進(jin)莖、葉(xie)部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)同(tong)化物加速(su)向蒜(suan)(suan)(suan)頭(tou)轉運,使(shi)(shi)蒜(suan)(suan)(suan)頭(tou)膨大(da)(da)(da)(da)達(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao)最大(da)(da)(da)(da)化,提高產(chan)(chan)量和(he)質量。5月(yue)(yue)底開始大(da)(da)(da)(da)規模收(shou)獲,拔(ba)蒜(suan)(suan)(suan)時(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)輕拿(na)輕放(fang)(fang),不磕不碰,隨即去泥,剝掉第(di)一層蒜(suan)(suan)(suan)皮,削去根須。
(4)產品收(shou)獲及產后處(chu)理(li)規定:大蒜收(shou)獲季節在5月底(di)——6月中旬(xun)。
(5)生(sheng)產(chan)記錄(lu)(lu)要求:北董(dong)大蒜種植各(ge)相關合作社和(he)(he)當地龍頭企(qi)業,應當 按照(zhao)農產(chan)品質(zhi)量(liang)安全(quan)法的(de)要求建立生(sheng)產(chan)記錄(lu)(lu),記載使用投入品的(de)名稱、來源、用法、用量(liang)和(he)(he)使用、停用的(de)日期(qi);病蟲害的(de)發生(sheng)和(he)(he)防治(zhi)情況(kuang);收獲日期(qi)等(deng),生(sheng)產(chan)記錄(lu)(lu)保(bao)存二年。
