一、互感器有哪些類型
互感器分為電壓互感器和電流(liu)互感器兩大類(lei)。電壓(ya)(ya)互感器可在(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)和超高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)的電力(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)用(yong)于(yu)電壓(ya)(ya)和功率的測量等(deng)。電流(liu)互感器可用(yong)在(zai)(zai)交(jiao)換電流(liu)的測量、交(jiao)換電度的測量和電力(li)(li)拖(tuo)動(dong)線路(lu)中(zhong)的保護。
(一)電壓互感器
按用途分
測量用電(dian)(dian)壓互感(gan)器或(huo)電(dian)(dian)壓互感(gan)器的測量繞(rao)組:在正(zheng)常電(dian)(dian)壓范圍內,向測量、計(ji)量裝置(zhi)提(ti)供電(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)壓信息(xi);
保(bao)護(hu)(hu)用電(dian)(dian)壓互(hu)感器或電(dian)(dian)壓互(hu)感器的(de)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)繞(rao)組:在電(dian)(dian)網故(gu)障狀態下,向繼電(dian)(dian)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)等裝置提供(gong)電(dian)(dian)網故(gu)障電(dian)(dian)壓信息。
按絕緣介質分
干式電(dian)壓互感器(qi):由普(pu)通絕緣材料浸漬絕緣漆作(zuo)為(wei)絕緣,多用(yong)在及以下低電(dian)壓等級;
澆注絕緣(yuan)電(dian)壓互感器:由(you)環氧(yang)樹脂(zhi)或其他樹脂(zhi)混合材(cai)料(liao)澆注成型(xing),多用在及以下電(dian)壓等級;
油浸式電壓互感器:由(you)絕緣(yuan)紙和絕緣(yuan)油作為絕緣(yuan),是(shi)我國最常(chang)見的結構型式,常(chang)用于(yu)及以下電壓等級;
氣(qi)體(ti)絕(jue)緣電壓互感器:由氣(qi)體(ti)作(zuo)主絕(jue)緣,多用(yong)在(zai)較高電壓等(deng)級。
通常專供測量(liang)用的低(di)電壓互感器是干式(shi),高壓或超高壓密封式(shi)氣體(ti)絕緣(如六氟化硫)互感器也是干式。澆注式適(shi)用于35kV及以下的電壓互感(gan)器,35kV以(yi)上的(de)產品均為油浸式。
按相數分
絕大多數產品是單相的,因為(wei)電壓互感(gan)器容量小,器身體積不大,三相高壓套管(guan)間的內外絕緣(yuan)要求難(nan)以(yi)滿足,所以(yi)只有3-15kV的產品有(you)時采用三相(xiang)結構。
按電壓變換原理分
電(dian)磁(ci)式電(dian)壓(ya)互感(gan)(gan)器:根據電(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)(gan)應原(yuan)理變換電(dian)壓(ya),原(yuan)理與基本(ben)結構和變壓(ya)器完全(quan)相似,我國多在及以(yi)下電(dian)壓(ya)等級采用;
電(dian)容式電(dian)壓(ya)互感(gan)器:由電(dian)容分壓(ya)器、補(bu)償電(dian)抗器、中(zhong)間變壓(ya)器、阻尼器及載波裝(zhuang)置防護間隙等組(zu)成,用在中(zhong)性點接地系統里作電(dian)壓(ya)測量、功率(lv)測量、繼電(dian)防護及載波通(tong)訊用;
光(guang)電式電壓互感器:通過光(guang)電變換原理以實(shi)現電壓變換,還在(zai)研制中。
按使用條件分
戶內型電壓(ya)互感器:安裝在(zai)室(shi)內配電裝置中(zhong),一般用(yong)在(zai)及(ji)以下電壓(ya)等級(ji);
戶(hu)外型電(dian)(dian)壓互感器:安裝在(zai)(zai)戶(hu)外配電(dian)(dian)裝置(zhi)中,多用(yong)在(zai)(zai)及以(yi)上電(dian)(dian)壓等級。
按一次繞組對地運行狀態分
一(yi)次(ci)繞組接地的(de)(de)電壓互(hu)感器(qi):單相電壓互(hu)感器(qi)一(yi)次(ci)繞組的(de)(de)末端或三相電壓互(hu)感器(qi)一(yi)次(ci)繞組的(de)(de)中(zhong)性點直(zhi)接接地;
一次(ci)繞組不接地的電壓(ya)互感器(qi):單相電壓(ya)互感器(qi)一次(ci)繞組兩端子對地都是(shi)絕緣(yuan)的;三相電壓(ya)互感器(qi)一次(ci)繞組的各部分,包括接線端子對地都是(shi)絕緣(yuan)的,而且絕緣(yuan)水(shui)平與額(e)定(ding)絕緣(yuan)水(shui)平一致。
按磁路結構分
單級式電壓互感器:一(yi)次繞組和(he)二(er)次繞組(根(gen)據需要可設多個(ge)二(er)次繞組同(tong)繞在一(yi)個(ge)鐵(tie)芯上,鐵(tie)芯為地電位。我國在及以下電壓等級均(jun)用單級式;
串(chuan)級式(shi)電(dian)(dian)壓互(hu)感(gan)器:一次繞(rao)組分(fen)成幾(ji)個(ge)匝數相同的單元(yuan)串(chuan)接在(zai)(zai)相與地(di)之間,每一單元(yuan)有(you)各自獨立的鐵芯,具有(you)多個(ge)鐵芯,且鐵芯帶(dai)有(you)高電(dian)(dian)壓,二(er)次繞(rao)組(根據(ju)需要可設多個(ge)二(er)次繞(rao)組處在(zai)(zai)最末(mo)一個(ge)與地(di)連接的單元(yuan)。我國在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)壓等級常(chang)用此(ci)種結構型式(shi);
組(zu)(zu)合式互(hu)感器(qi)(qi):由電(dian)壓互(hu)感器(qi)(qi)和電(dian)流互(hu)感器(qi)(qi)組(zu)(zu)合并(bing)形成(cheng)一(yi)體的(de)互(hu)感器(qi)(qi)稱為(wei)組(zu)(zu)合式互(hu)感器(qi)(qi),也有把(ba)與組(zu)(zu)合電(dian)器(qi)(qi)配套生(sheng)產的(de)互(hu)感器(qi)(qi)稱為(wei)組(zu)(zu)合式互(hu)感器(qi)(qi)。
(二)電流互感器
按用途分
測(ce)量(liang)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)互感(gan)器(或電(dian)(dian)流(liu)互感(gan)器的測(ce)量(liang)繞(rao)組。在正常工作電(dian)(dian)流(liu)范圍內,向(xiang)測(ce)量(liang)、計量(liang)等裝置(zhi)提(ti)供電(dian)(dian)網的電(dian)(dian)流(liu)信(xin)息;
保(bao)護用(yong)電(dian)流互感器(qi)(或電(dian)流互感器(qi)的(de)保(bao)護繞組。在(zai)電(dian)網(wang)故障狀(zhuang)態下,向繼電(dian)保(bao)護等裝置(zhi)提(ti)供電(dian)網(wang)故障電(dian)流信(xin)息。
按絕緣介質分
干式電流互感器:由普通絕緣(yuan)材料經浸漆處(chu)理作(zuo)為絕緣(yuan);
澆(jiao)(jiao)注(zhu)式電(dian)流(liu)互感器:用(yong)環氧樹脂或其他(ta)樹脂混(hun)合材料澆(jiao)(jiao)注(zhu)成型的電(dian)流(liu)互感器;
油(you)浸(jin)式電流互感(gan)器:由(you)絕(jue)緣紙和絕(jue)緣油(you)作(zuo)為(wei)絕(jue)緣,一(yi)般為(wei)戶外(wai)型。目前我國在各種電壓等級(ji)均(jun)為(wei)常用;
氣體絕緣電流(liu)互感器(qi):主絕緣由氣體構成。
按電流變換原理分
電(dian)磁(ci)式電(dian)流互感(gan)器:根(gen)據電(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)應原理(li)實現電(dian)流變換的電(dian)流互感(gan)器;
光電(dian)(dian)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)互(hu)感器:通過(guo)光電(dian)(dian)變換原理以實現電(dian)(dian)流(liu)變換的電(dian)(dian)流(liu)互(hu)感器,還在研(yan)制中。
按安裝方式分
貫穿(chuan)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)流互感器(qi):用(yong)來穿(chuan)過屏板或墻壁的電(dian)(dian)流互感器(qi);
支(zhi)柱式電(dian)流互感器:安裝在平面或支(zhi)柱上,兼做一次電(dian)路(lu)導(dao)體支(zhi)柱用的電(dian)流互感器;
套管式電流互感器:沒有一(yi)(yi)次(ci)(ci)導體和一(yi)(yi)次(ci)(ci)絕緣(yuan),直(zhi)接套裝在絕緣(yuan)的(de)套管上(shang)的(de)一(yi)(yi)種電(dian)流互感器;
母線式電(dian)流互感器(qi):沒有(you)一次導體但(dan)有(you)一次絕緣,直接(jie)套裝在母線上使用的一種電(dian)流互感器(qi)。 有源(yuan)型電子式電流互感器特點是一(yi)次傳感器為(wei)空心線(xian)圈,高壓側電子器件需要(yao)由電源(yuan)供電方能工(gong)作(zuo)。
無源磁光玻璃型電(dian)(dian)(dian)子式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流互感器(qi)特點是一次(ci)傳感器(qi)為磁光玻璃,無需電(dian)(dian)(dian)源供電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
二、互感器的常用種類有哪些
1、電子式互感器
變頻(pin)功率(lv)傳感(gan)器是一種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)子式互感(gan)器,變頻(pin)功率(lv)傳感(gan)器通(tong)過(guo)對輸入的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)(dian)流(liu)信(xin)號進(jin)行交流(liu)采(cai)樣,再將采(cai)樣值(zhi)通(tong)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)、光纖(xian)等傳輸系統與數(shu)字(zi)量輸入二(er)次(ci)儀(yi)表(biao)相連,數(shu)字(zi)量輸入二(er)次(ci)儀(yi)表(biao)對電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)(dian)流(liu)的采(cai)樣值(zhi)進(jin)行運算,可以(yi)獲取電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)有(you)效值(zhi)、電(dian)(dian)流(liu)有(you)效值(zhi)、基波(bo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、基波(bo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)、諧(xie)波(bo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、諧(xie)波(bo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)、有(you)功功率(lv)、基波(bo)功率(lv)、諧(xie)波(bo)功率(lv)等參數(shu)。
互感器(qi)(qi)分(fen)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓互感器(qi)(qi)和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)互感器(qi)(qi)兩大類,其主要作用(yong)有:將一(yi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)系(xi)統的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)信(xin)息準(zhun)確地(di)傳遞到二(er)次(ci)(ci)(ci)側相(xiang)關設備;將一(yi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)系(xi)統的高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)變換為二(er)次(ci)(ci)(ci)側的低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)值)、小電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)值),使測量、計量儀表和(he)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)等(deng)裝(zhuang)置標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)化、小型化,并(bing)降低了對二(er)次(ci)(ci)(ci)設備的絕緣要求;將二(er)次(ci)(ci)(ci)側設備以及二(er)次(ci)(ci)(ci)系(xi)統與(yu)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)系(xi)統高(gao)壓設備在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣方(fang)面很好地(di)隔離,從而保證了二(er)次(ci)(ci)(ci)設備和(he)人身的安(an)全。
2、電壓互感器
測(ce)量用電(dian)流互感(gan)(gan)器主要(yao)與測(ce)量儀(yi)表配合,在線路正常工作狀態(tai)下,用來測(ce)量電(dian)流、電(dian)壓、功(gong)率等。測(ce)量用微(wei)型電(dian)流互感(gan)(gan)器主要(yao)要(yao)求(qiu):
1、絕緣可靠;
2、足夠高的測量精(jing)度;
3、當(dang)被測線路發生故障(zhang)出現的大電流時(shi)互(hu)感器應在適(shi)當(dang)的量程內飽和(如500%的額定電流)以保(bao)護(hu)測量儀(yi)表。
保護(hu)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)互(hu)感器(qi)(qi)保護(hu)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)互(hu)感器(qi)(qi)主要(yao)與繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置(zhi)配合,在(zai)線(xian)路(lu)發生(sheng)短(duan)路(lu)過(guo)載等故障(zhang)時,向(xiang)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置(zhi)提供信號切斷故障(zhang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),以保護(hu)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)安全(quan)。保護(hu)用微型電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)互(hu)感器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)工作條件與測量用互(hu)感器(qi)(qi)完全(quan)不同,保護(hu)用互(hu)感器(qi)(qi)只是在(zai)比正常(chang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)大幾(ji)倍幾(ji)十倍的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)時才開始有(you)效的(de)(de)(de)工作。
3、電流互感器
利(li)用變(bian)(bian)壓器原、副邊(bian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)成(cheng)比例的(de)特(te)點制成(cheng)。其工作原理、等值(zhi)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)也與一般變(bian)(bian)壓器相同,只是其原邊(bian)繞組(zu)串(chuan)聯在被(bei)(bei)測電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)中,且匝(za)數很少;副邊(bian)繞組(zu)接電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)表、繼電(dian)(dian)器電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)線圈等低阻抗負載,近(jin)似短路(lu)(lu)(lu)。原邊(bian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(即(ji)被(bei)(bei)測電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu))和副邊(bian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)取決于被(bei)(bei)測線路(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)負載,而與電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)互感器的(de)副邊(bian)負載無關。由于副邊(bian)接近(jin)于短路(lu)(lu)(lu),所以原、副邊(bian)電(dian)(dian)壓U1和(he)都(dou)很小(xiao),勵磁電流I0也很小。 電(dian)(dian)流(liu)互感(gan)器運(yun)行(xing)時(shi),副邊(bian)(bian)(bian)不允(yun)許開路。因(yin)為一旦開路,原邊(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)均成(cheng)為勵磁電(dian)(dian)流(liu),使磁通和(he)副邊(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)壓大大超過正常(chang)值而危及人身(shen)和(he)設備(bei)安全(quan)。因(yin)此,電(dian)(dian)流(liu)互感(gan)器副邊(bian)(bian)(bian)回路中不許接熔斷器,也不允(yun)許在運(yun)行(xing)時(shi)未經旁路就拆下電(dian)(dian)流(liu)表、繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)器等(deng)設備(bei)。 電(dian)(dian)流(liu)互感(gan)器的(de)(de)接線方式按其所接負載的(de)(de)運(yun)行(xing)要(yao)求確定。最常(chang)用的(de)(de)接線方式為單相(xiang),三相(xiang)星(xing)(xing)形(xing)和(he)不完全(quan)星(xing)(xing)形(xing)。
4、組合互感器
組合(he)互(hu)感器(qi)(qi)是將(jiang)(jiang)電壓(ya)互(hu)感器(qi)(qi)、電流互(hu)感器(qi)(qi)組合(he)到一起(qi)的互(hu)感器(qi)(qi)。組合(he)互(hu)感器(qi)(qi)可(ke)將(jiang)(jiang)高(gao)電壓(ya)變(bian)化(hua)為低電壓(ya),將(jiang)(jiang)大電流變(bian)化(hua)為低電流,從而起(qi)到對電能計(ji)量(liang)的目(mu)的。
5、鉗形互感器
鉗(qian)(qian)形電(dian)(dian)(dian)流互(hu)感(gan)器(qi)是(shi)一(yi)款精密電(dian)(dian)(dian)流互(hu)感(gan)器(qi)(直(zhi)流傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)),是(shi)專(zhuan)門為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力現場測量(liang)(liang)(liang)計(ji)量(liang)(liang)(liang)使用特點設計(ji)的。該系列互(hu)感(gan)器(qi)選用高導(dao)磁材料(liao)制成,精度高。線性優。抗干擾(rao)能力強等。使用時可(ke)以直(zhi)接夾住母線或母排上無須截線停電(dian)(dian)(dian)其(qi)使用十分方便。它可(ke)配合多種(zhong)測量(liang)(liang)(liang)儀器(qi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)能表(biao)現場校驗儀、多功(gong)能電(dian)(dian)(dian)能表(biao)、示(shi)波器(qi)、數字萬(wan)用表(biao)、雙鉗(qian)(qian)式接地電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻測試(shi)儀、雙鉗(qian)(qian)式相位伏安表(biao)等, 可(ke)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)力不斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態下,對多種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)參量(liang)(liang)(liang)進行(xing)測量(liang)(liang)(liang)和比對。
6、零序互感器
零序電流保護的基本原理是基于基爾霍夫電流定律:流入電路中任一節點的復電流的代數和等于零。在線路與電氣設備正常的情況下,各相電流的矢量和等于零,因此,零序電流互感器的二次側繞組無信號輸出,執行元件不動作。當發生接地故障時的各相電流的矢量和不為零,故障電流使零序電流互感器的環形鐵芯中產生磁通,零序電流互感器的二次側感應電壓使執行元件動作,帶動脫扣裝置,切換供電網絡,達到接地故障保護的目的。 作(zuo)用:當電路中發(fa)生觸電或漏電故障時,保護動作(zuo),切(qie)斷電源。 使用:可(ke)在三相(xiang)線(xian)路上各裝一(yi)個電(dian)流互(hu)感(gan)(gan)器,或讓(rang)三相(xiang)導線(xian)一(yi)起穿過(guo)一(yi)零序電(dian)流互(hu)感(gan)(gan)器,也可(ke)在中(zhong)性(xing)線(xian)N上(shang)安裝一(yi)個零(ling)序(xu)電(dian)流互感器(qi),利用(yong)其來檢測三相的電(dian)流矢量和。零(ling)序(xu)電(dian)流互感器(qi)采用(yong)ABS工程塑料外殼(ke)、全(quan)樹脂澆注成密封,有效避免了互(hu)感(gan)器(qi)在長期使用(yong)過程中的(de)銹蝕。絕緣性能好(hao),外形美觀。具有靈敏度(du)高、線(xian)性度(du)好(hao)運行可靠,安裝(zhuang)方便等特點。其性能優于(yu)一般的(de)零(ling)序電(dian)流互(hu)感(gan)器(qi),使用(yong)范(fan)圍廣泛,不僅適(shi)用(yong)于(yu)電(dian)磁型繼電(dian)保(bao)(bao)護,還能適(shi)用(yong)于(yu)電(dian)子和微機(ji)保(bao)(bao)護裝(zhuang)置。
