度(du)(du)嘗讀舊(jiu)史(shi),詳求往哲,或(huo)秉(bing)事君(jun)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)節,無(wu)開國(guo)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)才;得立身(shen)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao),無(wu)治人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)術(shu)。四(si)者備矣,兼而(er)(er)行之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),則(ze)蜀(shu)丞相諸(zhu)葛(ge)公其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)也(ye)。公本(ben)系(xi)在(zai)(zai)簡策,大(da)名蓋天(tian)地(di),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)復以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)云。當漢(han)(han)(han)祚衰陵,人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)心競(jing)逐,取(qu)威(wei)定霸者,求賢(xian)如不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)及;藏器在(zai)(zai)身(shen)者,擇主(zhu)而(er)(er)后動(dong)。公是(shi)時(shi)也(ye),躬(gong)耕南(nan)陽,自(zi)(zi)比管樂,我(wo)未從虎,時(shi)稱(cheng)臥龍(long)。《詩》曰(yue)(yue)(yue):潛雖(sui)伏矣,亦(yi)孔之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)炤。故州平心與(yu),元直神交。洎(ji)乎三顧而(er)(er)許以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)驅馳。一(yi)(yi)言而(er)(er)定其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)機勢,于(yu)(yu)是(shi)翼伏劉(liu)氏,纘承(cheng)舊(jiu)服,結吳抗(kang)魏,擁蜀(shu)稱(cheng)漢(han)(han)(han),刑政達(da)于(yu)(yu)荒外(wai),道(dao)(dao)化行乎域中(zhong)(zhong)。誰(shui)謂阻(zu)深?殷為強國(guo);誰(shui)謂遳脆?勵為勁(jing)兵(bing)。則(ze)知地(di)無(wu)常行,人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)無(wu)常性,自(zi)(zi)我(wo)而(er)(er)作,若金在(zai)(zai)镕。故九(jiu)州之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)地(di),魏有(you)(you)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)七,我(wo)無(wu)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)(yi),由僻陋而(er)(er)啟(qi)雄圖,出封疆(jiang)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)延(yan)大(da)敵(di);財(cai)用足而(er)(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)曰(yue)(yue)(yue)浚我(wo)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)生(sheng)(sheng),干(gan)戈動(dong)而(er)(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)曰(yue)(yue)(yue)殘(can)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)逞(cheng)。其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)厎定南(nan)方(fang)也(ye),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)力制,而(er)(er)取(qu)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)心服;震(zhen)疊(die)諸(zhu)夏也(ye),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)敢(gan)角其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)勝負(fu),而(er)(er)止(zhi)候其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)存亡(wang);法加于(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)也(ye),雖(sui)死徙而(er)(er)無(wu)怨(yuan);德(de)及于(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)也(ye),雖(sui)奕葉而(er)(er)見(jian)思。此(ci)(ci)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)謂精義(yi)入(ru)神,自(zi)(zi)誠(cheng)而(er)(er)明者矣。若其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)存,其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)政舉,則(ze)四(si)海可(ke)(ke)平,五服可(ke)(ke)傾。而(er)(er)陳壽之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)評(ping),未極其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)能事,崔浩之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)說,又詰其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)成功。此(ci)(ci)皆以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)變詐之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)略,論節制之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)師(shi),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)進(jin)取(qu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)方(fang),語化成之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)謬歟(yu)?夫(fu)委棄荊州,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能遂有(you)(you)三郡,此(ci)(ci)乃(nai)務增(zeng)德(de)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)吞宇宙,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)黷(du)武以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)爭尋常。及出斜谷,據武功,分兵(bing)屯(tun)田,為久駐之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)計(ji),與(yu)敵(di)對(dui)壘(lei),待可(ke)(ke)勝之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)期,雜乎居人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),如適虛邑,彼(bi)則(ze)喪氣(qi),我(wo)方(fang)養威(wei),若天(tian)假之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)年(nian),則(ze)繼大(da)漢(han)(han)(han)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)祀,成先(xian)主(zhu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)志(zhi),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)難矣。且權頃一(yi)(yi)國(guo),聲震(zhen)八纮,而(er)(er)上(shang)下無(wu)異詞,始終無(wu)愧色,茍(gou)非(fei)運(yun)膺五百(bai),道(dao)(dao)冠生(sheng)(sheng)知,曷以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)臻于(yu)(yu)此(ci)(ci)乎?故玄德(de)知人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)明者,倚仗曰(yue)(yue)(yue)魚之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)有(you)(you)水;仲(zhong)達(da)奸人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)雄者,嗟稱(cheng)曰(yue)(yue)(yue)天(tian)下奇才。度(du)(du)每跡其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)行事,度(du)(du)其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)遠心,愿奮短札,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)排(pai)群議,而(er)(er)文字蚩鄙,志(zhi)愿未果。元和(he)二年(nian)冬十(shi)月,圣上(shang)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)西南(nan)奧區,寇(kou)亂余(yu)孽,罷甿未息,污俗未清(qing),輟我(wo)股(gu)肱,為之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)父母(mu),乃(nai)詔(zhao)相國(guo)臨淮公,由秉(bing)鈞之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)重,承(cheng)推轂之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)寄,戎軒乃(nai)降,藩服乃(nai)理(li),將明帝道(dao)(dao),陬落綏懷,溥暢仁(ren)風(feng),閭閻滋殖,府中(zhong)(zhong)無(wu)留(liu)事,宇下無(wu)棄才,人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)知向方(fang),我(wo)有(you)(you)余(yu)地(di),則(ze)諸(zhu)葛(ge)公在(zai)(zai)昔(xi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)治,與(yu)相國(guo)當今之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)政,異代而(er)(er)同塵矣。度(du)(du)謬以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)庸(yong)薄,獲(huo)參管記,隨旌旄而(er)(er)爰止(zhi),望(wang)祠宇而(er)(er)修謁,有(you)(you)儀可(ke)(ke)象,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)赫厥靈,雖(sui)徽烈不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)忘,而(er)(er)碑表未立。古(gu)者或(huo)拳(quan)拳(quan)一(yi)(yi)善,或(huo)師(shi)長一(yi)(yi)城(cheng),尚留(liu)斯文,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)示來(lai)裔(yi),況(kuang)如仁(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)嘆,終古(gu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)絕,其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)可(ke)(ke)闕乎?乃(nai)刻貞(zhen)石,庶此(ci)(ci)都(dou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),存必拜之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)感云爾 。銘曰(yue)(yue)(yue):昔(xi)在(zai)(zai)先(xian)主(zhu),思啟(qi)疆(jiang)宇。擾攘(rang)靡依,英(ying)雄無(wu)輔(fu)。爰得武侯,先(xian)定蜀(shu)土。道(dao)(dao)德(de)城(cheng)池,禮義(yi)干(gan)櫓。煦物如春(chun),化人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)如神。勞而(er)(er)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)怨(yuan),用之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)有(you)(you)倫。柔服蠻落,鋪(pu)敦渭濱。躡跡畏威(wei),雜居懷仁(ren)。中(zhong)(zhong)原(yuan)旰食,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)測不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)克,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)待可(ke)(ke)勝,允臻其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)極。天(tian)未悔禍,公命(ming)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)果,漢(han)(han)(han)祚其(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)亡(wang),將星中(zhong)(zhong)墮。反旗鳴鼓,猶走司(si)馬。死而(er)(er)可(ke)(ke)作,當小(xiao)天(tian)下。尚父作周,阿衡佐(zuo)商(shang),兼齊管、晏,揔漢(han)(han)(han)蕭、張。易代而(er)(er)生(sheng)(sheng),易地(di)而(er)(er)理(li)。遭遇豐約,亦(yi)皆然矣。嗚(wu)呼(hu)!奇謀(mou)奮發,美志(zhi)夭遏。吁嗟嚴(yan)、立,咸受謫罰。聞之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)痛之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),或(huo)泣(qi)或(huo)絕。甘棠勿翦,駢邑斯奪。由是(shi)而(er)(er)言,殊途共(gong)轍。本(ben)于(yu)(yu)忠恕,孰不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)感悅。茍(gou)非(fei)誠(cheng)愨(que),徒云固結。古(gu)柏(bo)森森,遺廟沉(chen)沉(chen)。不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)殄禋祀,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)迄于(yu)(yu)今。靡不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)駿(jun)奔,若有(you)(you)照臨。蜀(shu)國(guo)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)風(feng),蜀(shu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)心。錦(jin)江清(qing)波,玉壘(lei)峻岑。入(ru)海際天(tian),如公德(de)音。
元(yuan)和(he)四年,歲在(zai)已(yi)丑,二(er)月二(er)十(shi)九日建。
該碑文曰“公是時(shi)也,躬(gong)耕南(nan)陽(yang),自比管樂,我(wo)未從虎,時(shi)稱臥龍”,可(ke)見裴度(du)認為諸葛(ge)亮躬(gong)耕地在(zai)南(nan)陽(yang)(今(jin)河南(nan)南(nan)陽(yang),因(yin)唐代宛縣已改名南(nan)陽(yang))
這(zhe)是(shi)迄今肯定諸葛(ge)亮躬耕(geng)南陽最早的石刻記載之一(yi)。像這(zhe)樣(yang)年代久遠,具有(you)重(zhong)要文獻(xian)價值的珍貴碑(bei)刻,能(neng)保存至今,實為難得。
