一、無刷減速電機什么意思
直流無刷減速電機,即無(wu)刷齒輪(lun)(lun)減速(su)電(dian)機(ji),是在直(zhi)流無(wu)刷電(dian)機(ji)的(de)基礎上,加上配套(tao)齒輪(lun)(lun)減速(su)箱(xiang)。齒輪(lun)(lun)減速(su)箱(xiang)的(de)作用(yong)(yong)是,提供較(jiao)低(di)的(de)轉速(su),較(jiao)大的(de)力(li)矩。同時(shi),齒輪(lun)(lun)箱(xiang)不同的(de)傳動(dong)比(bi)可以(yi)提供不同的(de)轉速(su)和(he)力(li)矩。這(zhe)大大提高了直(zhi)流無(wu)刷電(dian)機(ji)在自動(dong)化行業(ye)中的(de)使用(yong)(yong)率。
直(zhi)流無(wu)刷減速(su)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)是指減速(su)機(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)無(wu)刷電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)集(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)體(ti)。這(zhe)種集(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)體(ti)通常也可稱為無(wu)刷齒輪馬達或(huo)無(wu)刷齒輪電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)。通常由(you)專業的(de)減速(su)機(ji)(ji)(ji)生產廠進行集(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)組裝好后成(cheng)(cheng)套供貨。使(shi)用無(wu)刷減速(su)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)優點是簡化設計、節省空間。

二、無刷減速電機的工作原理
無刷(shua)(shua)直(zhi)流減速(su)(su)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)為了實(shi)現直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)無電(dian)(dian)刷(shua)(shua)換向,一般將電(dian)(dian)樞(shu)繞組(zu)放在(zai)定子(zi)上,把永磁(ci)(ci)(ci)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)鋼(gang)放在(zai)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)上,與傳統永磁(ci)(ci)(ci)直(zhi)流減速(su)(su)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)結構(gou)剛好(hao)相(xiang)反。但僅(jin)這(zhe)樣(yang)做還不夠,沒(mei)有(you)電(dian)(dian)刷(shua)(shua)的(de)(de)(de)換流作用(yong),用(yong)一般直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)源給定子(zi)各繞組(zu)供電(dian)(dian),只能產(chan)生固定磁(ci)(ci)(ci)場,它不能與運動(dong)中的(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)鋼(gang)所(suo)產(chan)生的(de)(de)(de)永磁(ci)(ci)(ci)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)場相(xiang)互(hu)作用(yong),來產(chan)生持續的(de)(de)(de)單一方向的(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju),也就無法驅動(dong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)連續轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)。
無(wu)刷(shua)直(zhi)流減(jian)速電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)用(yong)(yong)位(wei)置(zhi)檢(jian)測(ce)器(qi)(有(you)位(wei)置(zhi)傳感器(qi)或無(wu)位(wei)置(zhi)傳感器(qi))、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)換(huan)向電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路來取代(dai)有(you)刷(shua)直(zhi)流減(jian)速電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)刷(shua)和換(huan)相(xiang)(xiang)器(qi),即(ji)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)換(huan)相(xiang)(xiang)取代(dai)機(ji)械換(huan)相(xiang)(xiang),由位(wei)置(zhi)傳感器(qi)提供轉(zhuan)子(zi)位(wei)置(zhi)信號(hao),經(jing)控制器(qi)邏輯處理后,控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)換(huan)相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路換(huan)相(xiang)(xiang),使定(ding)子(zi)繞(rao)組所(suo)產生(sheng)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樞磁場與轉(zhuan)子(zi)磁鋼產生(sheng)的(de)(de)永磁磁場相(xiang)(xiang)互(hu)作用(yong)(yong),產生(sheng)持續不斷(duan)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)矩,保證減(jian)速電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)連續運轉(zhuan)。
無刷直流減速電機的運(yun)行(xing)方式(shi)因減速電機本體的繞組型式(shi)不(bu)同而各異,多數無刷直(zhi)流減速電機的定子繞組是三相繞組。
