上(shang)半(ban)(ban)年小(xiao)龍蝦(xia),下(xia)半(ban)(ban)年大(da)(da)(da)閘(zha)(zha)蟹(xie)(xie),由于電商(shang)(shang)巨(ju)頭(tou)殺入,水產生(sheng)(sheng)鮮爆品被炒得越來越熱。眼下(xia)大(da)(da)(da)閘(zha)(zha)蟹(xie)(xie)即將上(shang)市(shi),京東(dong)生(sheng)(sheng)鮮、生(sheng)(sheng)鮮、易(yi)果生(sheng)(sheng)鮮、順豐優選等電商(shang)(shang)平臺紛紛摩(mo)拳擦掌,戰(zhan)火已燃至大(da)(da)(da)閘(zha)(zha)蟹(xie)(xie)產地(di)湖邊(bian)。與往(wang)年相比,今(jin)年大(da)(da)(da)閘(zha)(zha)蟹(xie)(xie)品牌更多元(yuan),電商(shang)(shang)與各區域龍頭(tou)養殖企業(ye)的(de)結盟,將終結“陽澄湖”大(da)(da)(da)閘(zha)(zha)蟹(xie)(xie)一枝獨(du)秀的(de)格(ge)局。業(ye)界分(fen)(fen)析,此(ci)番電商(shang)(shang)巨(ju)頭(tou)掀起的(de)這(zhe)場生(sheng)(sheng)鮮大(da)(da)(da)戰(zhan),也有望(wang)擠(ji)出大(da)(da)(da)閘(zha)(zha)蟹(xie)(xie)虛高(gao)的(de)價(jia)格(ge)水分(fen)(fen)。
相比我國大(da)(da)閘蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)全年總產(chan)量為80萬噸,陽(yang)澄(cheng)湖大(da)(da)閘蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)一年僅能(neng)生(sheng)產(chan)2000噸左右,但紅彤彤的(de)蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)黃(huang),白(bai)玉(yu)似的(de)脂膏,細(xi)嫩的(de)蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)肉,是(shi)整個“蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)界”的(de)精華所(suo)在,早已(yi)名聞全國。不同于普通(tong)生(sheng)鮮多(duo)在農貿(mao)市場(chang)和(he)超市銷售,這(zhe)2000噸陽(yang)澄(cheng)湖大(da)(da)閘蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)有(you)超過一半(ban)都是(shi)通(tong)過電(dian)商出售的(de)。據陽(yang)澄(cheng)湖大(da)(da)閘蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)行(xing)業協會統計,現在70%的(de)陽(yang)澄(cheng)湖大(da)(da)閘蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)都經由生(sheng)鮮電(dian)商銷售。而陽(yang)澄(cheng)湖大(da)(da)閘蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)大(da)(da)半(ban)被電(dian)商包養(yang)的(de)現狀,也對(dui)大(da)(da)閘蟹(xie)(xie)(xie)的(de)供應(ying)鏈提出了更高的(de)要求。
阿(a)里(li):今年表現(xian)尤為高調(diao),早在7月份(fen)就聯手陽澄湖(hu)舉辦六(liu)月黃文(wen)化節,又在8月份(fen)宣布承包(bao)5萬畝湖(hu)面,基本(ben)解(jie)決上游供應鏈(lian)關(guan)系,在物流商又推出最快6小時配送以及“缺重包(bao)退”標準,可謂(wei)野心勃勃。
京東(dong):聲稱(cheng)要包(bao)銷(xiao)陽澄(cheng)湖(hu)(hu)一半大(da)(da)閘蟹,京東(dong)(dong)生鮮(xian)聯(lian)合陽澄(cheng)湖(hu)(hu)、太湖(hu)(hu)、洪澤湖(hu)(hu)、大(da)(da)縱湖(hu)(hu)等11個大(da)(da)閘蟹產區(qu)的政府(fu)及協會,在(zai)京共(gong)同(tong)宣布成立京東(dong)(dong)生鮮(xian)大(da)(da)閘蟹產業聯(lian)盟。京東(dong)(dong)生鮮(xian)表示,將結合各個湖(hu)(hu)區(qu)特點,定(ding)制化提(ti)供(gong)包(bao)含(han)物流、運營(ying)和(he)營(ying)銷(xiao)在(zai)內的一整套解決方案。
蘇寧:蘇寧易購·黃河口大閘蟹產地直供戰略合作,通過蘇寧特色中華山東館將黃河口大閘蟹推向全國,借助蘇寧線下門店資源,后期還(huan)將舉(ju)辦萬人品蟹活動(dong)。同時,蘇(su)寧生鮮戰略(lve)完成(cheng)大(da)閘(zha)蟹全線(xian)布局(ju),席卷了8湖2河3產(chan)區(qu)在內(nei)的大(da)閘(zha)蟹水域(yu),堪稱(cheng)囊括了中國(guo)大(da)閘(zha)蟹產(chan)地的半壁江山。
