花酥是什么
花(hua)(hua)酥是(shi)以鮮(xian)花(hua)(hua)花(hua)(hua)朵為原料(liao)制成的地方傳統特色小吃(chi),在(zai)江西(xi)省(sheng)吉安井(jing)岡山遂川一帶(dai)經(jing)常能見到。花(hua)(hua)酥的做(zuo)法是(shi)將鮮(xian)花(hua)(hua)先鹽(yan)腌,后蘸(zhan)米粉入籠蒸熟,再一朵朵攤開曬干,食用(yong)(yong)時用(yong)(yong)浮油爆炸,又(you)(you)香又(you)(you)脆,即可作(zuo)果品送(song)茶,又(you)(you)是(shi)下酒的美食佳肴。可以用(yong)(yong)來做(zuo)花(hua)(hua)酥的有南(nan)瓜(gua)花(hua)(hua)、絲瓜(gua)花(hua)(hua)、木槿(jin)花(hua)(hua)、芙蓉花(hua)(hua)、薄(bo)荷花(hua)(hua)、辛夷(yi)花(hua)(hua)等。
