紅(hong)(hong)(hong)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)果(guo)是以井岡(gang)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)為主要(yao)原料制作(zuo)而(er)成的一(yi)種傳統小吃(chi),紅(hong)(hong)(hong)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)可以用(yong)來做紅(hong)(hong)(hong)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)果(guo)、紅(hong)(hong)(hong)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)飯、紅(hong)(hong)(hong)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)酒、紅(hong)(hong)(hong)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)飲(yin)料、紅(hong)(hong)(hong)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)八寶粥等食品。紅(hong)(hong)(hong)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)果(guo)的做法是用(yong)適量(liang)石灰(hui)水加紅(hong)(hong)(hong)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)、糯米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)磨成米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)漿,而(er)后蒸熟搓成團(tuan)子,蘸著豆(dou)粉吃(chi)。
井岡紅(hong)(hong)米(mi)(mi)(mi)為水稻(dao)品種(zhong)之(zhi)一,因米(mi)(mi)(mi)皮呈醬紅(hong)(hong)色而得名(ming),屬于長(chang)粒形米(mi)(mi)(mi),在(zai)貧瘠的土(tu)壤上也能(neng)栽(zai)培收獲。紅(hong)(hong)軍在(zai)井岡山堅持斗爭時期主食的“紅(hong)(hong)米(mi)(mi)(mi)飯,南瓜(gua)湯(tang)”指(zhi)的就是這種(zhong)米(mi)(mi)(mi)。井岡紅(hong)(hong)米(mi)(mi)(mi)米(mi)(mi)(mi)色粉紅(hong)(hong),糯性,米(mi)(mi)(mi)粒特長(chang),有香氣,營養(yang)豐(feng)富,蛋白質含(han)(han)量高,飯味香濃,口感好(hao),富含(han)(han)維生素、礦物(wu)質和以非水溶性為主的纖(xian)維素,營養(yang)豐(feng)富。其中(zhong)鐵元素含(han)(han)量最為豐(feng)富,補血養(yang)顏;紅(hong)(hong)米(mi)(mi)(mi)還富含(han)(han)能(neng)有效舒緩(huan)疲勞,保持活力的磷(lin),維生素B群(qun);花青素含(han)(han)量也極高,幫(bang)助保護視力。
