電飯煲可以烤紅薯嗎
街頭路邊的烤紅薯,都是在一個大大的圓筒里,用炭火烤制而成的,而自己在家烤紅薯,沒有專門的烤制工具如烤箱、微波爐的話,可以選擇電飯煲,電飯煲烤紅薯味(wei)道同樣也(ye)不錯。

電飯煲烤紅薯家常做法
食材:紅薯10個,清(qing)水(shui)100毫升。
做法:
1、首先把(ba)紅薯(shu)的(de)根須掰(bai)除(chu)干(gan)凈(jing),再放(fang)入清水中搓(cuo)揉(rou)干(gan)凈(jing)紅薯(shu)表面的(de)泥土,一個個搓(cuo)洗干(gan)凈(jing)。
2、然后放入電飯(fan)煲(bao)中擺放整齊,大的放在鍋底就可(ke)以,這樣(yang)熟得比較均勻。
3、再倒(dao)入100毫(hao)升的清水,記住,水不能多,要不就變成水煮(zhu)(zhu)紅(hong)薯了,口感就會差很多的,蓋上鍋(guo)蓋,設置煮(zhu)(zhu)飯(fan)鍵即可。
4、待煮飯程序結(jie)束(shu),再燜上10分鐘(zhong),一開蓋,鍋(guo)底一滴水(shui)都(dou)沒有(you),這時候紅薯也是(shi)香(xiang)甜撲鼻而來的,表(biao)皮金黃金黃的,咬(yao)上一口,真的香(xiang)甜流油,太好吃了。
