電飯煲可以烤紅薯嗎
街頭路邊的烤紅薯,都是在一個大大的圓筒里,用炭火烤制而成的,而自己在家烤紅薯,沒有專門的烤制工具如烤箱、微波爐的話,可以選擇電飯煲,電飯煲烤紅薯味道同樣也不錯(cuo)。

電飯煲烤紅薯家常做法
食材:紅薯10個,清(qing)水100毫升。
做法:
1、首(shou)先把紅薯的(de)根須(xu)掰(bai)除干凈,再放入清水中搓揉(rou)干凈紅薯表面的(de)泥土,一個個搓洗干凈。
2、然后放(fang)入(ru)電飯煲中擺放(fang)整齊,大(da)的放(fang)在鍋底就可(ke)以,這樣熟得比較均勻(yun)。
3、再倒(dao)入100毫升的清水,記住,水不能多(duo),要(yao)不就變成水煮(zhu)紅(hong)薯了,口感就會差很多(duo)的,蓋上鍋蓋,設置煮(zhu)飯鍵即可。
4、待煮飯程序結束,再燜上10分鐘(zhong),一(yi)開蓋,鍋底(di)一(yi)滴水都(dou)沒(mei)有,這時(shi)候紅薯也是(shi)香甜撲鼻而來的(de),表皮金黃金黃的(de),咬上一(yi)口(kou),真的(de)香甜流油,太好吃了。
