電飯煲可以烤紅薯嗎
街頭路邊的烤紅薯,都是在一個大大的圓筒里,用炭火烤制而成的,而自己在家烤紅薯,沒有專門的烤制工具如烤箱、微波爐的話,可以選擇電飯煲,電飯煲烤紅薯味道同樣也不(bu)錯。

電飯煲烤紅薯家常做法
食材:紅薯10個,清水100毫升。
做法:
1、首先把紅薯的根須掰(bai)除干凈,再(zai)放(fang)入清水中搓揉干凈紅薯表(biao)面的泥土,一個(ge)個(ge)搓洗干凈。
2、然后放入電飯煲中(zhong)擺放整齊,大的放在(zai)鍋底就可以,這樣熟得比較(jiao)均勻。
3、再倒(dao)入100毫升(sheng)的清水,記住,水不能多(duo)(duo),要不就(jiu)變成水煮(zhu)紅薯(shu)了,口感就(jiu)會差很多(duo)(duo)的,蓋上鍋蓋,設置煮(zhu)飯鍵即可(ke)。
4、待煮(zhu)飯(fan)程序(xu)結束,再燜(men)上10分鐘(zhong),一開(kai)蓋,鍋(guo)底一滴(di)水都(dou)沒有,這時候紅薯(shu)也是香甜撲鼻(bi)而來的(de),表皮金黃(huang)金黃(huang)的(de),咬上一口,真(zhen)的(de)香甜流油,太(tai)好(hao)吃(chi)了(le)。
