電飯煲可以烤紅薯嗎
街頭路邊的烤紅薯,都是在一個大大的圓筒里,用炭火烤制而成的,而自己在家烤紅薯,沒有專門的烤制工具如烤箱、微波爐的話,可以選擇電飯煲,電飯(fan)煲(bao)烤(kao)紅薯味道同樣(yang)也不(bu)錯。

電飯煲烤紅薯家常做法
食材:紅薯10個(ge),清水100毫升。
做法:
1、首(shou)先把紅薯(shu)的(de)(de)根(gen)須掰除干(gan)凈,再放入清水(shui)中搓(cuo)揉干(gan)凈紅薯(shu)表面的(de)(de)泥土(tu),一個(ge)個(ge)搓(cuo)洗(xi)干(gan)凈。
2、然后(hou)放(fang)入電飯(fan)煲中擺放(fang)整齊,大的(de)放(fang)在鍋底就可以(yi),這樣熟得比(bi)較均勻。
3、再倒入(ru)100毫升的清(qing)水,記住,水不(bu)能多,要不(bu)就變成水煮紅薯了,口(kou)感就會差很多的,蓋上鍋蓋,設(she)置(zhi)煮飯鍵即可。
4、待煮飯程(cheng)序結(jie)束,再燜上10分鐘,一(yi)開蓋,鍋底(di)一(yi)滴(di)水都沒有,這時候紅薯也是香甜(tian)撲鼻而來的,表皮金黃(huang)金黃(huang)的,咬上一(yi)口,真的香甜(tian)流油,太(tai)好吃了(le)。
